Best preschool around. Really helped my child develop after a bad experience at a different setting. Staff are so lovely and feel like family. Brilliant updates kept on the app so you can be informed about child's progress. Cannot fault it.

Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Haslington is an outstanding nursery. Since my little boy started in babies room, I cannot fault any of the care they provide. The staff are so friendly, caring and you can tell that they genuinely love their job. Leaving your baby at nursery for the very first time can be
a nerve wracking and worrying time for parents but the ladies in babies room go out of their way to reassure you and no question is too much. The constant updates throughout the day of food my little boy has eaten, photos and updates on his development are fabulous. I know that my little boy is in the best of care whilst I am at work. He is in a safe, caring environment where he can thrive and develop. I cannot speak more highly of the fantastic team and facilities at Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Haslington. Thank you so much for everything you do!

Kids Planet Haslington has been outstanding for my little one. I cannot fault any staff of the facility. As a parent, it’s so relieving that my little one gets excited to go a play at nursery and looks forward to going. I know whilst I work that he is in the best care, truly happy and I don’t need to
worry about him. Nursery have been so supportive with my little one's physio and have worked with the physio closely in nursery to make sure they’re supporting him the best they can, they have taken everything on board and go absolutely above and beyond to help. I’m so pleased that I decided to move my little one to Kids Planet Haslington!

Absolutely fantastic nursery, the staff are lovely, my son loves going and they have taught him so much, I'm so proud of him. I can't thank the staff enough for what they do! My little boy has made so many friends. It's lovely to know when I drop my boy off that he's safe and adores being there. The
updates I get of his development and what he eats every day are great. I'm so glad we chose this nursery for my son.

My daughter has been attending since November 2020. She really struggled to settle in for the first few weeks and as she is term time only, found it difficult to return after school holidays. The girls have done a brilliant job with her, she is happy to attend every morning, she packs her bag, has come
on in leaps and bounds with her confidence but most importantly she has made some wonderful friends, both with children and staff! She regularly tells me that her teacher is her best friend and really looks forward to seeing her each morning. My daughter is now independent enough to use the toilet and is doing excellently with table manners. I was so worried about her social skills as she has always been at home with me but the decision to send her to Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Haslington has been the best thing for us both. I really can't fault the room attendants, management and catering staff for their hard work to provide the very best for each child and in the middle of a pandemic. Thank you.

Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Haslington have been beyond caring and understanding with our family, especially with Covid-19 restrictions meant we had to keep pushing our sons start date further and further back for sheilding reasons. They kept in regular contact with us and ensured us that our sons place
would be kept for him until he was able to start. One member of staff has been especially lovely with us from the start of our nursery journey in the baby room and our son is really enjoying his days in nursery.

The staff that look after my daughter do an excellent job. They are always friendly and my daughter seems to love going to this nursery which speaks volumes. They do lots of activities with the children and provide a good environment for them to flourish. A big thank you to the team.

Our son is always welcomed with open arms. The staff are always pleasant and listen if I need to relay info re our sons. Age 3 and 10 years old, using pre-school and after school clubs for years now. I commend the staff on dealing with covid 19, the children settled back into the swing of things relatively
quickly. Considering this is all new, all staff are doing amazing.

We have been really impressed with Kids Planet. Our son was attending a local pre-school prior to starting at Kids Planet that closed during covid. The nursery were so accommodating and were so helpful in transferring/transitioning our son. He settled so quickly which clearly means he is happy. The
staff are so approachable and share a brief glimpse of his day on collection/pick up time which is so important to us. He is always bouncing in and out of nursery and talks about the great things he has done each day. Our experience has been first class, and the way the nursery has responded to the pandemic and challenging guidelines has been faultless. Well organised, great staff and thoroughly delighted with the service.

The nursery has so far been a wonderful, safe environment for our baby boy. Staff and facilities both encourage learning through play and have been fantastic throughout Covid. It’s been a highly unsettling time for the children and the nursery have tried to make it as stress-free as possible.

The care both of my children get at Kids Planet is excellent. The innovative and fun things my eldest does at breakfast club and after school club are excellent. My youngest is in rising 3’s and the care, attention and effort that goes into making his days fun, exciting and educational is outstanding.
The educational input he receives at such a young age is amazing! Also the feedback and updates I receive through ParentZone is wonderful. Thank you so much.

I can't put into words how amazing this nursery is. The staff have been unbelievable in their care and support of my son since he arrived with them aged five months. They are incredible at caring for, educating and engaging little ones. He is so happy here - he practically throws himself out of my arms
to get to the door. They have dealt with covid amazingly well and were incredible at dealing with my strange hours and changing timetable, thanks to covid. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I have a 3.5-year-old and an 18-month-old which both love the place. My son runs in each day so excited to see his friends and the staff. I never even get a goodbye and he speaks about the staff and other kids a lot at home and has nothing but nice things to say which
is great. My 18-month-old is a total mummy’s girl and I wasn’t looking forward to sending her in. She has surprised me and seems to love the place too. She always comes out happy and seems to be getting on really well and from the photos I’ve seen, she seems to have settled in really well. I love that they have an app so that I can see what both kids have been up to as well as info on meals, nappies and naps - they also upload photos which is great as I can see they’re always having fun. All the staff seem lovely and the nursery itself is amazing and has a huge outdoor area which is great.

My son has attended this nursery since October 2018 and I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and attention that they give the children, it is amazing. In September my son started in a new room, his key worker and the other staff in his room went above and beyond for my son and me he was so unhappy
going in and would scream and cry for me to not leave him and I would leave crying. COVID lockdown didn’t help as he didn’t attend for 4 months and was used to spending every day with Mummy. They uploaded photos throughout the day showing me my son was having an amazing time smiling, happy and having fun. They set up a book for my son which contained photos of the staff in his room, the toys and areas and the routine. We read this on the nights before nursery and after a week he started asking to go every day. He loves this nursery and the staff. He has come on in leaps and bounds and my son has an amazing time every day he is in. They truly are an amazing team.

My son started attending Kids Planet Haslington in January this year. The staff did a great job of making sure he settled in well and he absolutely loves it there. Communication is great and staff are always updating the portal with what they’ve been up to. The nursery staff have especially done a fantastic
job during covid and not only making sure everyone is safe but making sure it is still fun and normal for the children.

Brilliant nursery with excellent facilities and resources, organise a wide variety of trips and activities which my child also asks for so they can go extra days if needed.
