Kids Planet Haslington

A really lovely, warm and nurturing environment. My child has attended from the baby room through to preschool and in each room and stage it is lovely to see the benefits my child experiences from caring staff and from participating in activities that inspire learning and imagination. Meals are excellent, we love how the children participate in a shared meal time every day, trying many different types of food! Lots of outdoor play for preschoolers, and a great range of activities in the room that children can choose to participate in according to their own interests. Just a wonderful place for my child to grow and develop.

I’m so pleased with Kids Planet Haslington and my child adores the staff. There’s the right amount of structure to the day and the team provide inclusive activities with plenty of variety. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

All the staff at the nursery are very friendly and really care about the children. I get loads of updates during the day and when I pick up my son. They've been so helpful when we've been trying different options to manage his eczema too!

We love Kids Planet. I have one child who’s been there for 2 years now and another who started age 6 months and been there for 4 months already. The staff are amazing and both children love going - we never have tears on drop off or pick up and they look forward to going every session. Thanks for everything Kids Planet!

My son absolutely loves it here. The staff are so friendly and caring. They ensure they are familiar with my sons interests and his home life, which has helped made him feel comfortable in the nursery environment. The activities on offer are great and my son has so much fun, telling me all about his day when I pick him up.

A huge amount of care and attention goes into this place and that is obvious with the facilities, staff and children who attend.

Absolutely love this nursery! My son loves it here and learns lots of new things. He is in the tot's room and loves all of the tot's staff. Very happy with the service altogether.

My son spends a lot of time outside and since Kids Planet took over the nursery the resources and outside space have vastly improved. I am expecting my third child and will confidently be sending them to the nursery too.

Since our daughter joined the nursery in September 2020 she has really, really blossomed. She falls in love with every key worker she’s had in each of her classrooms because they’re all so kind, caring and loving towards the children. She comes home every day with a smile on her face. Throughout Covid-19 the nursery were extremely helpful with last minute increases with days due to family emergencies. Couldn’t recommend Haslington Kids Planet enough!

The staff have been amazing and have gone above and beyond for my little one. They have got to know our little one and are always friendly and approachable. The outside space is great and love the curiosity approach.

Best preschool around. Really helped my child develop after a bad experience at a different setting. Staff are so lovely and feel like family. Brilliant updates kept on the app so you can be informed about child's progress. Cannot fault it.

Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Haslington is an outstanding nursery. Since my little boy started in babies room, I cannot fault any of the care they provide. The staff are so friendly, caring and you can tell that they genuinely love their job. Leaving your baby at nursery for the very first time can be a nerve wracking and worrying time for parents but the ladies in babies room go out of their way to reassure you and no question is too much. The constant updates throughout the day of food my little boy has eaten, photos and updates on his development are fabulous. I know that my little boy is in the best of care whilst I am at work. He is in a safe, caring environment where he can thrive and develop. I cannot speak more highly of the fantastic team and facilities at Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Haslington. Thank you so much for everything you do!

Kids Planet Haslington has been outstanding for my little one. I cannot fault any staff of the facility. As a parent, it’s so relieving that my little one gets excited to go a play at nursery and looks forward to going. I know whilst I work that he is in the best care, truly happy and I don’t need to worry about him. Nursery have been so supportive with my little one's physio and have worked with the physio closely in nursery to make sure they’re supporting him the best they can, they have taken everything on board and go absolutely above and beyond to help. I’m so pleased that I decided to move my little one to Kids Planet Haslington!

Absolutely fantastic nursery, the staff are lovely, my son loves going and they have taught him so much, I'm so proud of him. I can't thank the staff enough for what they do! My little boy has made so many friends. It's lovely to know when I drop my boy off that he's safe and adores being there. The updates I get of his development and what he eats every day are great. I'm so glad we chose this nursery for my son.

My daughter has been attending since November 2020. She really struggled to settle in for the first few weeks and as she is term time only, found it difficult to return after school holidays. The girls have done a brilliant job with her, she is happy to attend every morning, she packs her bag, has come on in leaps and bounds with her confidence but most importantly she has made some wonderful friends, both with children and staff! She regularly tells me that her teacher is her best friend and really looks forward to seeing her each morning. My daughter is now independent enough to use the toilet and is doing excellently with table manners. I was so worried about her social skills as she has always been at home with me but the decision to send her to Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Haslington has been the best thing for us both. I really can't fault the room attendants, management and catering staff for their hard work to provide the very best for each child and in the middle of a pandemic. Thank you.

Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Haslington have been beyond caring and understanding with our family, especially with Covid-19 restrictions meant we had to keep pushing our sons start date further and further back for sheilding reasons. They kept in regular contact with us and ensured us that our sons place would be kept for him until he was able to start. One member of staff has been especially lovely with us from the start of our nursery journey in the baby room and our son is really enjoying his days in nursery.

Both our children have been to this nursery and have both enjoyed it. My daughter is still there and she is hard of hearing/deaf and we are getting lots of support.

The staff that look after my daughter do an excellent job. They are always friendly and my daughter seems to love going to this nursery which speaks volumes. They do lots of activities with the children and provide a good environment for them to flourish. A big thank you to the team.
