The staff that look after my daughter do an excellent job. They are always friendly and my daughter seems to love going to this nursery which speaks volumes. They do lots of activities with the children and provide a good environment for them to flourish. A big thank you to the team.

Our son is always welcomed with open arms. The staff are always pleasant and listen if I need to relay info re our sons. Age 3 and 10 years old, using pre-school and after school clubs for years now. I commend the staff on dealing with covid 19, the children settled back into the swing of things relatively quickly. Considering this is all new, all staff are doing amazing.

We have been really impressed with Kids Planet. Our son was attending a local pre-school prior to starting at Kids Planet that closed during covid. The nursery were so accommodating and were so helpful in transferring/transitioning our son. He settled so quickly which clearly means he is happy. The staff are so approachable and share a brief glimpse of his day on collection/pick up time which is so important to us. He is always bouncing in and out of nursery and talks about the great things he has done each day. Our experience has been first class, and the way the nursery has responded to the pandemic and challenging guidelines has been faultless. Well organised, great staff and thoroughly delighted with the service.

The nursery has so far been a wonderful, safe environment for our baby boy. Staff and facilities both encourage learning through play and have been fantastic throughout Covid. It’s been a highly unsettling time for the children and the nursery have tried to make it as stress-free as possible.

The care both of my children get at Kids Planet is excellent. The innovative and fun things my eldest does at breakfast club and after school club are excellent. My youngest is in rising 3’s and the care, attention and effort that goes into making his days fun, exciting and educational is outstanding. The educational input he receives at such a young age is amazing! Also the feedback and updates I receive through ParentZone is wonderful. Thank you so much.

Excellent, friendly staff. Flexible days- supportive of shift work. Varied programme and fun engaging activities. Not been inside for a while due to current circumstances but previously always seemed clean, inviting, interactive surroundings.

I can't put into words how amazing this nursery is. The staff have been unbelievable in their care and support of my son since he arrived with them aged five months. They are incredible at caring for, educating and engaging little ones. He is so happy here - he practically throws himself out of my arms to get to the door. They have dealt with covid amazingly well and were incredible at dealing with my strange hours and changing timetable, thanks to covid. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I have a 3.5-year-old and an 18-month-old which both love the place. My son runs in each day so excited to see his friends and the staff. I never even get a goodbye and he speaks about the staff and other kids a lot at home and has nothing but nice things to say which is great. My 18-month-old is a total mummy’s girl and I wasn’t looking forward to sending her in. She has surprised me and seems to love the place too. She always comes out happy and seems to be getting on really well and from the photos I’ve seen, she seems to have settled in really well. I love that they have an app so that I can see what both kids have been up to as well as info on meals, nappies and naps - they also upload photos which is great as I can see they’re always having fun. All the staff seem lovely and the nursery itself is amazing and has a huge outdoor area which is great.

My son has attended this nursery since October 2018 and I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and attention that they give the children, it is amazing. In September my son started in a new room, his key worker and the other staff in his room went above and beyond for my son and me he was so unhappy going in and would scream and cry for me to not leave him and I would leave crying. COVID lockdown didn’t help as he didn’t attend for 4 months and was used to spending every day with Mummy. They uploaded photos throughout the day showing me my son was having an amazing time smiling, happy and having fun. They set up a book for my son which contained photos of the staff in his room, the toys and areas and the routine. We read this on the nights before nursery and after a week he started asking to go every day. He loves this nursery and the staff. He has come on in leaps and bounds and my son has an amazing time every day he is in. They truly are an amazing team.

My son started attending Kids Planet Haslington in January this year. The staff did a great job of making sure he settled in well and he absolutely loves it there. Communication is great and staff are always updating the portal with what they’ve been up to. The nursery staff have especially done a fantastic job during covid and not only making sure everyone is safe but making sure it is still fun and normal for the children.

Brilliant nursery with excellent facilities and resources, organise a wide variety of trips and activities which my child also asks for so they can go extra days if needed. Has made wonderful friendships with children and staff and although doesn’t go on a regular basis due to work experiences vary, thoroughly enjoys it when they do.

My son loves attending the nursery. Recently they accommodated a birthday party for him as lockdown restrictions meant we couldn’t continue with the party we’d arranged for him. This demonstrates that they go above and beyond to ensure that the children are happy and that their emotional needs are met. Thank you for the ongoing care of my son.

My daughter loves this nursery and is excited about attending every day. She has excellent relationships with all members of staff and the other children and it’s obvious the staff really care about each and every child, making it very relaxed and I trust that she will be very well looked after whilst in their care. There is always a good range of activities and the learning resources are fabulous. The staff also use ParentZone very well, updating myself on any activities or learning steps my daughter has taken. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

My daughter attended Kids Planet Haslington from aged 10 months until she left, this August to start school. I would recommend the nursery to anyone, the staff are amazing and I felt totally happy and confident my daughter was happy and well cared for when she was there.

My child has attended the holiday club for several years now and I would be lost without this provision as her school only provides out of hours club during term time. My daughter has made nice friendships at the facility and enjoys the activities particularly the excursions which, unfortunately, have had to be put on hold during Covid. The staff are friendly, yet professional and supportive to my daughter when needed. At present, the charges represent value for money.

Excellent standards of care to my daughter. The staff have a really great connection with my child and she loves attending. We get chapter and verse at the end of each day about her friends, food she's eaten and what exciting activities she has done each session. It's so lovely to hear how much she enjoys attending. Communication is second to none.

I have nothing but great things to say about this nursery. Everyone is so kind, lovely and caring. They are very approachable and you can see a genuine interest for each child in their care. Even though it's their job, they go above and beyond to make you feel that your child is special. You don't just feel like a number. It was so hard dropping off my baby girl when she was just 1 year old, but it was the best decision I ever made and she has truly flourished there! She bounces in with a big smile on her face and has loved every minute spent there! She is now about to leave nursery and we have such mixed emotions, as although she is excited about starting big school, she is very sad to have to say goodbye to everyone there. They have a beautiful outside play area and make great use of it, which the kids love! And their inside facilities are fantastic too. They know how to keep the kids entertained whilst also teaching and educating them at the same time! Thank you Nursery!

We have two children attending Kids Planet in Haslington. They both love it and the staff are absolutely brilliant with them, they’ve been settled and happy since their first day. Perfect balance between learning and play makes their days fun and interesting. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
