Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool

My sons are absolutely thriving at this nursery and are always beaming with smiles when I collect them at the end of the day. It's been wonderful to see how much they've grown in confidence and developed since attending. The nursery provides a warm, caring and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to learn, play and flourish. Every member of staff is kind, supportive and genuinely dedicated to the children in their care. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do and couldn't be happier with our experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents.

I have had two children go through Clairmont and the care has been exceptional. Both children have thrived and enjoyed every day whilst there. The level of support they receive is immense, I will be sad when my second child finishes. I would highly recommend Clairmont to any parents.

They've also done an excellent job preparing both of my children for starting school. They focus on developing important skills, encouraging independence, and making sure the transition to school is as smooth as possible. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough to any parent looking for a caring, supportive, and engaging environment for their child.

Our second child is about to graduate from Clairmont Bright Horizons. Both children have had the best start to their education with the team there, we cannot recommend them more highly. The staff are knowledgeable, experienced and genuinely caring- we shall miss them very much. The facilities indoor and outdoor are fantastic and provide great learning and play space for the children. We are confident our second child is now ready for school, just as our son was. Our daughter had been at Clairmont since 7 months old, she is due to graduate pre school next month. At every stage of development they have supported her needs and included us in the journey. She is now a thriving 4 year old, who can write her name, getting ready to read and be independent at primary school. I could not recommend Clairmont enough for any working parent who wants a nurturing environment for their children.

We moved to the area last September meaning our 3 year old had to change nursery's. The preschool room couldn't have made this transition any easier. They offered Rowan the extra support he needed and helped him to integrate into friendship groups already formed. Rowan would cry at every drop off at his last nursery and now goes on happily. The staff really get to know your child, you can tell in their reviews that they take the time to learn their interests. Henry our 1 1/2 year old walks in happily every day and is excited to see the staff. All the employees know the children even if they aren't directly working with them and are so friendly at pick up and drop off. The garden spaces are lovely and the forest school is a bonus. Rowan says he likes nursery food more than mine. It's difficult to leave your children with someone you don't know but the staff here make it ok.

Communication with parents is excellent whether that be through the app, in person or at update meetings.

Both our sons have been through Clairmont in full time places and we have consistently been impressed with the level of care, skill and professionalism that the team deliver every day. There is low staff turnover, so the staff develop really strong relationships with the children. We especially appreciate the school-readiness that the pre-school team do, making the transition to primary school so much easier. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Both my children are very happy, well supported and nurtured at Clairmont. The staff are very experienced and knowledgable and really care about the children. There are also a number of long standing staff members which is great for continuity. You really feel part of the Clairmont family.

We've had such a positive experience at this nursery, our little girl started a few months ago and we felt reassured it was the right place for her right from the first communication we had with the nursery team. The inside of the nursery looks great (they had recently had a refurb before our daughter started) the outdoor space is great and well set up for lots of outdoor learning. We're so grateful for the baby unit team who have really taken the time to get to know our daughter and love reading her observations each month!

Bright horizons Clairmont is an absolutely fantastic nursery. Our son started in baby 1 (room) at the age of 1, and he's due to go to the preschool there in September. We've loved the staff in each room and we love to see all the pics on the app of what our son gets up to. The food options are great too. And we look forward to our other sons starting there soon. Would highly recommend the nursery!

Although we have not seen the food quality or standard, our child seems to be having a well rounded, healthy dining experience. This information is provided via the app (which is brilliant!) the best bit of the app, are the photos we get to see each day, of our child - happy with the added bonus of integrating / socialising with others & learning

I chose this nursery during Covid, via remote video tour, as we were moving into the area and had a 1yo. I'm so glad I picked it as my eldest son formed some great friendships during his time here and now my youngest is doing the same. The staff in all rooms are fantastic, caring and creative. They helped out with potty training so my eldest was out of nappies by the time his little brother arrived, prepared him for school and did interesting and creative activities every day. My little one is now in toddlers and loves being outside, eats pretty much everything they feed him and is learning how to communicate. Extra things make it special like the summer fair, Mother's Day and Father's Day craft sessions, birthday cards and daily photos and updates.

We moved to the area when our eldest was in the last stage of Rising 3s and then had a full year of Pre-school. Our youngest then also started in The Baby Room. The team came highly recommended from parents who'd had multiple kids go through the classes too. I have come to place complete trust in the team and am eternally grateful for the fantastic start they gave my son, and continue to provide for my daughter. Through the close working relationships with the local primary schools the transition worked well and gave us a door into the local community. Not all been smooth but any bites/fights/illness/bumps & bruises that happen with kids, has been dealt with properly & professionally. The app is excellent for checking in on pics throughout the day and messaging the staff if ever needed. I can wholeheartedly say we'll be going back to the summer fair fundraiser after the kids have left to continue to support them.

Both the nursery and its staff are absolutely fantastic. Having already had our eldest go from the baby room through to graduating pre-school we thought we'd seen the best of what the nursery can offer. Second time round with our youngest and the team still amaze us with their incredible warmth, care, enthusiasm for learning and creativity. Wouldn't be able to recommend higher.

You won't find a better nursery in the area than Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool. My little boy has attended the nursery from the age of 11 months in Baby 1 and is now due to leave for school in September. I could not have wished for a better nursery for him to have attended.
