Busy Bees Chester Hopscotch

Highly recommend Hopscotch nursery, both my children have attended this nursery since they were 9 months old. The staff offer a caring and friendly environment for the children, great facilities for the children particularly the outdoor space.

My little girl enjoys going to Hopscotch and we will be genuinely sad to say goodbye to everyone there.

Really like the garden at this nursery and was one of the main features why I chose it for my daughter. The staff are friendly and the children are always doing activities relevant to current topics.

My little one has been attending Hopscotch, Chester for a year now. She was 9 months when she started and right from day one, they have been really friendly and welcoming. Great settling in days at the start. The nursery facilities are fantastic, big rooms, very clean and fab outdoor area. The staff are brilliant with the children and I know she will be looked after 100%. Looking at 2nd child starting there shortly!

From the moment I stepped into the Hopscotch nursery in Chester, I knew it was the perfect place for our little boy. The rooms are so bright and airy and the staff are incredible, I feel like I've known them ages - they are so so supportive and really take the time to get to know you and your little one. My little boy did not take well to being left on his first settling in session, so whilst standing out in the corridor, whilst he got used to it, I was a blubbering mess, but the manageress was there with a supportive hug and chat. I was a wreck dropping him off on his first full day, but again there was the manager and her colleague with a hug and the right words. He had an absolute ball with activities including painting and a big long walk and some amazing home cooked fresh food. When I picked him up, we got a lovely piece of artwork detailing what he'd done on his first day with some pics. His keyworkers are amazing, along with everyone else. You couldn't ask for a better nursery.

Attending this nursery has helped my child develop a great amount and helped with confidence. The facilities are also very good. Lots of different activities for children to do with a lovely outdoor area. Staff are friendly, approachable and great at what they do. Would highly recommend this nursery.

Amazing!! I tried my son at two different nurseries before here, but he just wouldn't settle. As soon as he came here he bonded with the lovely staff straight away! I have never seen nursery staff that are as great with the children as they are here. My son loves going to nursery now and has gained so much confidence since being here. The nursery's garden is magical. I've never seen a garden like it, it has beautiful scenery, large space and lots of fun things for the children to do. The other children at the nursery are all happy and friendly, which says it all! From previous experience with other nurseries, the food menus for the children were always so boring and repetitive, but at Treetops there is so much new food on the menus, there is always something new every day and it is all homemade by their chef! My son is vegetarian and has lovely meals cooked for him. He refused to eat at his other nurseries but since he's been here he can't stop eating! I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

This was the best possible choice for my son as I had to return to work after maternity leave. Even though I was automatically encouraged by the outstanding rating I have to say it was the positive first impression and warm welcome that has made the decision for me. The staff are very nurturing and caring and the communication between staff and parents is flawless. The food is also amazing - very diverse and homemade!

Out 3-year-old is in the preschool and have developed a real love of learning through the activities and free play set up.

My little girl is settling in really well thanks to the lovely staff and facilities at Hopscotch. She loves the toys and watching the other babies. I really appreciate how supportive the staff have been during her settling in time.

I think the quality of food could potentially be improved.

My son has loved his time at Treetops. His key worker and the rest of the team have all been really caring towards him. They're great at keeping you updated on how they are doing and have been really supportive when he has been transitioning between rooms. Their garden is amazing and they seem to be really good at allowing the children to spend lots of time outdoors if they want to, which my son loves! I would say that it is quite expensive but as he enjoys it I'm willing to pay the extra.

Within 2 weeks of attending Treetops, my son's social interaction, communication and development took notable strides. He's two years old and he clearly looks forward to every day of nursery. The staff are friendly and professional and I really feel that I'm getting great bang for my buck

We have been particularly pleased with our daughter's personal development during her time at Hopscotch and notably in the 'Crocs' pre-school room. She has improved in terms of vocab and social skills, dramatically. I would like to extend special thanks to her key worker, whose knowledge and personal attention to the children in her care is second to none.

Our daughter has been attending Hopscotch from the age of 6 months. From her very first months she has loved her time here and as parents we have always been impressed with how caring and dedicated all the staff are. Our daughter will be leaving this summer to start school and she will miss nursery so much.

Wonderful place for child care. My daughter has learnt so much and its a joy to see her. Learning and growing after each session at the nursery. Staff are amazing.

I have 2 children within Hopscotch I cannot praise or thank the key workers for all their help and support.This is a nursery that identifies all key requirements, assists and develops all learning needs. When I leave my children I know I'm leaving them in the best capable hands.

Very good nursery, my child has come along massively, he loves counting and playing with his friends. He is always excited to go to nursery and comes homes telling us all the fun he's had. He has grown in confidence and his speech is improving on a seemingly weekly basis.
