Lovely nursery. All staff are friendly and caring. My little girl has thrived here. Would highly recommend. They serve a wide variety of healthy and nutritious food. I am also impressed with all the activities they put on for the children, celebrating every occasion. They also regularly invite parents to attend and join in.

My three-year-old son currently attends two days a week and my 8-month-old daughter will soon be starting. I'm looking forward to my youngest starting as we have had nothing but good experiences from the nursery since my eldest started at 11 months old. All the staff are amazing and make a conscious effort to update our child's daily feedback profile on the app as much as they are able to. His key person through each room has always made an effort to understand his character, needs and development areas. I also love how the nursery includes parents in seasonal activities so that we are able to come into the setting and see them interact with others.

Amazing nursery! The staff have been so amazing with my boys. They have been so inclusive to my son with special needs, they have been so nurturing and have supported us as a family so thoroughly. My children absolutely love this nursery, they love coming and exploring the wide range of resources, activities and experiences they have. They have great outdoor areas for the children to explore and provide new and exciting activities for my children every time they come to play!

I currently have two children who attend the nursery. They both really enjoy going to nursery. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and both my children have excellent relationships with their key workers. We get plenty of updates throughout the day, we love to see what they have been up to. The outside space is also excellent.

All members of staff go above and beyond for my daughter; they always give good handovers when I collect her and always keep me updated.

My experience with Busy Bees has been amazing, the staff from day one have worked closely to help my little girl settle in. The staff are great at providing very personable care to match your child's needs and personality. My little one has come on leaps and bounds since starting in September. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our daughter loves going to the nursery. She settled smoothly and her key worker is very caring. The online app gives us live updates, so we know how she spends her day in the nursery. The garden is amazing!

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees at Chester for over a year. She adores coming to preschool. Her key worker has a fantastic relationship with her and I can’t fault any of her work with my child. She has made so much progress since starting Busy Bees. She is always excited to go, she loves all of the different activities she is able to do and experience new things. Busy Bees really has helped my child and they have also been brilliant with myself. They always communicate when necessary and help is always on hand if I’m not sure what needs to be done.

Our little boy is very happy at Busy Bees. The staff worked hard in the baby room to help him to settle and his transition to the bumbles 1 room was made smooth and the staff have always shown compassion. The care he receives feels very individual, and he has grown and developed so much since being there. We love the updates we receive! The girls in bumbles are a credit to the nursery - their knowledge and expertise allows us to always feel at ease and we trust them completely. They are all so kind and caring within their role.

My daughter has just left Busy Bees after three and a half years there. She has enjoyed every minute! They have helped her to develop and learn, and she's now excited to start school. The staff at Chester have been fantastic - supportive, encouraging, caring, and fun! The facilities are great - most of all the garden and outdoor spaces which both my children have enjoyed so much. Daily activities are varied educational and fun, and develop confidence and teamwork. The food is great - so healthy and fresh. The app is great for keeping us updated. I am so glad we chose this nursery for our family!

My daughter has being going to Busy Bees at Chester Hopscotch for over three years and she absolutely loves it. The standard of care and education is superb, the staff are absolutely fantastic and my daughter looks forward to attending every day. In fact she's disappointed when it gets to the weekend! I would recommend this nursery to anyone in the Chester area.

My son has come on so much since starting this nursery. The staff have been wonderful with him bringing him out of his shell. His speech has come on and he socialises well due to being around other children. I would highly recommend this nursery for your child’s development.

Our daughter joined this nursery twenty months ago. She loves it. Staff are going above and beyond to help her enjoy her time. They have also helped us to face challenges at home throughout this period. The recent addition of the app is a bonus as we get updates on how she spends her day.

My son started in July 2020 during the pandemic which I was very worried about. The staff here have been nothing but amazing with settling in my son and easing my nerves. He looks forward to going every day! The nursery are fantastic with doing a range of activities and crafts. They also have amazing garden facilities.

Our daughter absolutely loves going to this nursery. Her key workers are fantastic and have really connected with her. We are kept updated throughout the day via the app and told what she has been up to with photos of activities. It's a lovely environment for children and our daughter is learning a lot whilst having a lot of fun! We plan on sending our second daughter to this nursery later this year.

Whenever our son arrives at the nursery, he can't wait for his first cuddle. We feel 100% comfortable to go to work as we know our 5 months old little boy is in good hands.

She is an asset to Busy Bees.

This is such a fantastic nursery. Both of my children have been going since they were 10 months old and they both absolutely love it!

The staff are lovely and so caring and they really take the time to get to know each child’s individual needs. They do this whilst still maintaining very high standards of health and safety and professionalism. They always try to do fun and lively activities, as well as having external teachers come in to teach drama and music.

The four different rooms mean that you don’t get large age gaps between children in the same room and all resources and activities are specific to that age group. The outside space is fantastic, with a huge garden and lots of space to explore. All of the rooms are bright and encourage the children to explore for themselves. The pre-school room and outside space, in particular, could rival any Reception classroom and means my little boy is totally ready for school. He says “I love my teachers.”
