Footprints is an outstanding nursery. My son has been coming to this nursery for nearly two years, and I couldn't recommend it enough. The staff are incredibly supportive, understanding and approachable, which has made the whole experience ten times easier as an anxious mum. They've always been very accommodating, providing you with a detailed overview of your child's day and how they're getting on in general, and you know as soon as you drop your child off that they're in safe hands. They offer a vast range of activities to keep your child occupied throughout the week, which have clearly been well thought out to aid development and key milestones. It's obvious that Footprints really cares about what they do and is continually striving to introduce new and exciting things to only add to an already exemplary nursery. I honestly couldn't praise them enough!

Highly recommend Footprints Day Nursery. The nursery has been amazing ever since my son started. I could not fault the nursery at all. The nursery takes children out of the setting frequently and brings in outside activities, such as the exercise sessions. My child looks forward to going to nursery every day. The staff feel like friends to the family and I know they have my child’s best interests at heart. They have recently introduced an app which lets me know activities my child has done that day, what meals he’s eaten and if he’s had a sleep.

Footprints Day Nursery has been brilliant for my twin boys, it was a really big thing choosing a nursery, like any new mum will experience. Everyone would say you just get that feeling as soon as you walk in, I visited four other nurseries and never got that feeling, I thought maybe I was overprotective but as soon as I went into Footprints, I got the feeling that this was the right nursery for my boys. Footprints really helped me settle the boys in and would update me on all progress and any issues. I feel the bond between myself and the staff is great and this makes me so much more comfortable leaving my children in their care. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

All three of my children have attended Footprints Day Nursery and I have never had a single complaint. The staff are all welcoming and are always happy to talk about any concerns you may have. My youngest child always has a smile on his face every morning when he gets to nursery.

We moved our daughter to Footprints Day Nursery at the end of January - I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, they have really gotten to know our daughter and we are constantly kept up to date with what she's up to. You can tell all the staff genuinely care about the children and nothing seems too much trouble. We recently attended a stay-and-play which was lovely, lots of different activities and a great way to spend some time seeing what our daughter gets up to. I can relax now knowing that she is being cared for and that all her needs are being met. Fab nursery, just wish I had made the move sooner!

We moved our daughter to Footprints at the end of January after removing her from another setting. Due to past experiences, I was extremely nervous leaving her with new people in a different place but all of the staff have been amazing. You can tell they really care about all of the children and I can relax knowing she is well cared for, and having lots of fun. I wish I had found Footprints sooner!

Amazing staff and everyone is so friendly, it’s a lot to leave your child in the care of others when first returning back to work, but Footprints is very thorough, get updated throughout the day with what my daughter has been up to, it’s nice to go to work knowing my daughter is in the best hands.

I’ve had two children at Footprints, one in the past and one is there now in Pre-school. The nursery has been taken over by Just Childcare and it has changed for the better so much! The nursery setting as a whole is airy, clean and a great learning environment. My daughter loves coming to nursery and talks about her key worker at home. Thank you to all pre-school and beyond for helping my daughter to be the best she can be! I would 100% recommend Footprints to anybody!

And a wonderful holiday club which offers a range of activities and outings which my little boys enjoy, seeing the staff and old friends.

I honestly couldn’t recommend the nursery highly enough. My children have been welcomed, loved and nurtured throughout their time here and I can’t thank the Footprints team enough.

The staff and the place are great! But what matters to me the most is the kids love it!

My twin girls started at Footprints Day Nursery from last year November 2022 and they stayed on and started preschool this year in September 2023. As like many other toddlers when they first join any class, my girls were anxious and cried upon getting to nursery and preschool, but that was history. How much do they love it now? Well, my twin A, would dress up on Sunday morning and insisted she has school on a Sunday, and my twin B would run back into the school building at picking-up time when she saw me at the gate to collect them, wanting to stay at school. That says a lot about how the teachers, and children minders really make sure the children are kept happy, well fed (this is truly a bonus), and enjoy every second of the time while they are at Footprints. Even on poorly days, my girls were closely monitored which gave me that peace of mind that they are in good hands. I'd name all the children's minders that are brilliant but the review says 1000 maximum letters only. I am one happy mama and Footprint is the way to go!

My child comes home every day really happy and feels she’s learning a lot there.

On hearing the news that Footprints had been taken over, I was unbelievably worried about the changes that were going to be made, and I can honestly say I didn’t need to worry - changes have been made but seem to be positive. I’m very happy, and my son is very happy at Footprints. I would still recommend it to anyone that is looking for childcare!

We were worried when the nursery was taken over, but we couldn't be more wrong they have brought a new lease of life to the place and my daughter loves it. The staff are brilliant and the little things like free breakfast just take so much pressure off us in the morning. The snacks at the end of the day are also brilliant, they have started taking the kids out to do things again - brilliant keep it up.

Simply the best nursery for miles! I chose to send my children to this nursery following several recommendations from friends, quite simply the best decision I've made. The staff are simply the best around, they not only teach your children but nurture them as if they are their own... my second child is due to move on to school and it will be a sad day when he leaves... I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Set in an old school, there is vast space for the children to enjoy, lots of different learning spaces with the best staff! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Both of my children have been attending Footprints for just over 18 months and it was the best decision we have made for our boys. The nursery provides so many opportunities for the children to learn and grow. Best nursery by far around Atherton. All the staff and management team are brilliant.

My daughter absolutely loves going to this nursery, always excited and happy to see her friends and the staff. Staff are always welcoming, and professional and always dealt with any queries I’ve had straight away. Always have new and fun activities going on and always make a fuss of her. Highly recommend it. I can go to work confidently knowing she is happy and cared for. Thank you Footprints!
