My son has attended Stepping Stones Nursery since the end of May this year.
The nursery has a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere and the staff are amazing.
I love the picture observations I receive each week showing how my son is developing within the nursery and all the activities he takes part in.
With the App, we have a full breakdown of his day, including meals, sleep and toileting/nappy changes and also the payment invoice all on the same app.
Over the past few weeks, the staff members have been fantastic in supporting my son with his toilet training.

My daughter has attended Stepping Stones day nursery since she was 18 months old, she has always been enthusiastic and excited to explore and participate in the nursery's daily activities and see all the staff and her friends. The staff continuously keep me up to date with what activities my daughter
is joining in with, I also get sent observations very often so I can track her progress through the app. I am very happy with the nursery and all the staff members making me and my daughter so comfortable and happy. Keep up the amazing work!

Our daughter has been at Stepping Stones Nursery for a year now and she absolutely loves it. We have also recently sent our son who has come on so much in such a short time.
The staff are always very helpful and will do anything to accommodate you. We as a family are so happy with the nursery and
would definitely recommend sending your child here!

I personally cannot rate the nursery highly enough. My daughter has been so happy here and looks forward to attending nursery every day. Stepping Stones Nursery provides a small, caring, nurturing setting where all staff know and care for your child. Their activities keep the children engaged all day
and children thrive within the environment. Staff are amazing and always cater to your child’s needs. My daughter in particular has allergies and they have been incredible in supporting her needs.

My daughter absolutely loves Stepping Stones! She loves the staff and is always coming home with a big smile on her face. The staff are really friendly and will always do handover when I pick my child up and let me know how my child’s day has gone. I recommend Stepping Stones, and you will not regret

The nursery has great staff, always there to help you and make you feel comfortable leaving your child there. My son loves to be there and is always happy. I completely trust them with him. They always communicate if there is a problem and help you with anything that is necessary. I highly recommend

My little boy started nursery at Stepping Stones in September, and he has developed so much since. He is starting to babble more, learning how to use his cutlery and eating so many more fruit and vegetables, which he refused to eat before he came to nursery. The staff are just amazing; you can see everything
your child is doing and eating during the day, and they are so good with my boy. The facilities they have are amazing, and he especially likes the outdoor play and the mud kitchen. I couldn't ask for a better nursery for him. The nursery manager is excellent, and his nursery leader is amazing too, but all of the other staff are also very involved in his development and so kind and caring.

We’re so pleased with the progress our daughter is making at Stepping Stones Nursery. Since moving up to pre-school her speech and development has improved massively and keeps improving week by week. She loves going to nursery and adores the girl who looks after her; you can tell they enjoy spending
time with each other which I think is another key point helping her development.

My son has been going to Stepping Stones for around 2-years and he absolutely loves it. He started in toddlers and is now in preschool. The variety of activities is excellent. The food provided is healthy and varied. The staff are superb. You can tell they genuinely care about the childrens wellbeing
and development. Regular updates are provided. The app is also a brilliant tool to directly see updates on your childs progress and development, and you can interact and communicate directly and easily with the staff. I'd strong recommend Stepping Stones.

My son has developed so much since he started to attend Stepping Stones Nursery!
Everyone is so kind and patient!
My son has a specific diet because he is lactose intolerant, and since day one, everyone has been really careful in making sure he has dairy-free options!
My son feels confident and

My son loves Stepping Stones. All the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure his needs are met. They always have so many fun, but also educational activities daily. There is a lovely big garden area where the children play outside. Such a warm and homely feel within Stepping Stones.

We have already recommended this nursery to our neighbours as our daughter has really enjoyed her time there over the last year. I had to undergo two surgeries in a row. My husband could not have any more leave. Then we started thinking to send our daughter to nursery, it was a really hard decision as she has never been away from us with being a typical two year old toddler and her first language not being English but we were
desperate. All the staff at nursery reassured us, we had settling in sessions and they explained everything, the app also gave us a picture of what's going on and we used to love to see her smiling face doing so many activities on the app. She settled in completely after a week. Now she is so eager to go to nursery, a smiling, joyful kiddo when she enters and leaves. The food also is good.

This nursery is fantastic. The second of my two boys are now at the nursery, currently in pre-school. The team are friendly, with a great range of resources on offer and the team are constantly looking to update and improve what’s on offer. The nursery is currently undergoing renovation so the setting
is only going to get better. Pre-school really focuses on learning French lessons, previously Spanish lessons, baking, constructing, learning to write and even the promise of homework activities in the coming months. All supported by lots of play obviously! The last year has been difficult all round but the team have reacted and adapted brilliantly making the best of the situation. I always feel my son is in safe hands, you can’t ask for more than that!

She has 8 years of experience working in the early years sector and has worked her way through MiChild from Deputy Manager. Charlotte is passionate about ensuring all children have a sense of belonging and ensuring we provided a home from home experience whilst supporting children's development.
