Stepping Stones Nursery

The long hours work well for our family. I love the fact that they hold events and invite families to join in so we feel like part of the nursery community.

Stepping Stones Nursery is great nursery, my daughter settled well since joining last September and she is looking forward to going to school every day. There are lots of activities for the children and they always support a charity with a good cause. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My little boy has attended the Stepping Stones since August and I can’t praise the place enough. The staff are amazing, caring and always trying to get engaged with kids in lots of different activities. I love the regular updates on the app, can always check on my son and see what he’s up to. Management is always helpful and accommodating when I need some last-minute ad-hoc sessions due to my irregular working times. Food is good and various, always some healthy snack provided as well. Overall - a fantastic experience so far!

My daughter is very happy here, always asking to go to nursery. Her confidence has grown and she has really flourished. My daughter absolutely loves it here. The staff are amazing, couldn't recommend it any more highly. Fantastic.

My daughter has attended Stepping Stones day nursery since she was 18 months old, she has always been enthusiastic and excited to explore and participate in the nursery's daily activities and see all the staff and her friends. The staff continuously keep me up to date with what activities my daughter is joining in with, I also get sent observations very often so I can track her progress through the app. I am very happy with the nursery and all the staff members making me and my daughter so comfortable and happy. Keep up the amazing work!

The staff are always very helpful and will do anything to accommodate you. We as a family are so happy with the nursery and would definitely recommend sending your child here!

I personally cannot rate the nursery highly enough. My daughter has been so happy here and looks forward to attending nursery every day. Stepping Stones Nursery provides a small, caring, nurturing setting where all staff know and care for your child. Their activities keep the children engaged all day and children thrive within the environment. Staff are amazing and always cater to your child’s needs. My daughter in particular has allergies and they have been incredible in supporting her needs.

Cannot thank Stepping Stones Nursery enough for its huge impact on my son's learning and development, by far the best nursery in the local area. They really strive for children to be as independent as possible but also are happy to accommodate any needs you or your child may have. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Overall excellent experience for my son.

The nursery has great staff, always there to help you and make you feel comfortable leaving your child there. My son loves to be there and is always happy. I completely trust them with him. They always communicate if there is a problem and help you with anything that is necessary. I highly recommend them.

Thank you, as always, to the team at Stepping Stones. I always look forward to receiving the daily updates and seeing what he’s been up to but, also provided with comfort that his daily schedule is recorded and his needs are always met. His two-year review was thorough, and it was great to see, in writing, how he’s progressed, as well as witness his development for myself.

My little boy started nursery at Stepping Stones in September, and he has developed so much since. He is starting to babble more, learning how to use his cutlery and eating so many more fruit and vegetables, which he refused to eat before he came to nursery. The staff are just amazing; you can see everything your child is doing and eating during the day, and they are so good with my boy. The facilities they have are amazing, and he especially likes the outdoor play and the mud kitchen. I couldn't ask for a better nursery for him. The nursery manager is excellent, and his nursery leader is amazing too, but all of the other staff are also very involved in his development and so kind and caring.

We’re so pleased with the progress our daughter is making at Stepping Stones Nursery. Since moving up to pre-school her speech and development has improved massively and keeps improving week by week. She loves going to nursery and adores the girl who looks after her; you can tell they enjoy spending time with each other which I think is another key point helping her development.

Could have not chosen a better place!

My son has been going to Stepping Stones for around 2-years and he absolutely loves it. He started in toddlers and is now in preschool. The variety of activities is excellent. The food provided is healthy and varied. The staff are superb. You can tell they genuinely care about the childrens wellbeing and development. Regular updates are provided. The app is also a brilliant tool to directly see updates on your childs progress and development, and you can interact and communicate directly and easily with the staff. I'd strong recommend Stepping Stones.

I was so worried about my son settling into the nursery, but the staff at stepping stones have been so wonderful with him! They really go above and beyond with all aspects of their care. His key worker is an absolute delight, and the baby room manager is truly amazing.

My daughter has been attending since she was 9-months-old, and she is now approaching 4-years-old. Attending has been great for her personal development, and I'd recommend the nursery to any parent. Amazing nursery.
