They are passionate and very kind. I developed health issues recently that made it difficult to walk. When the staff see me dropping the kids off, they come out to recieve them from me and make it less stress walking all the way to the door.
My kids are always happy to go into nursery, which
speaks volume.

Stepping Stones is a wonderful little nursery. My little boy has attended for just over two years now and really enjoys his time there. It is wonderful to see him go in so happy and he happily comes out telling me all about his day. All of the staff are wonderful and really care and look after the
children so well. The children participate in a number of different and fun activities every day which have clearly been well thought out and planned to encourage them to learn new things whilst enjoying themselves. My little boy has developed lots of friendships through Stepping Stones. There is always a clear handover of what my little boy has been up to as well as photos and updates on an app. On collection my little girl who used to attend Stepping Stones is always welcomed back which is lovely too. It really puts my mind at ease knowing that my little boy is being so well looked after and having such a great time whilst I am at work. Thank you to all at Stepping Stones.

My son started at Stepping Stones Nursery about 3 months ago and we are so pleased that we chose it. The staff are professional, kind and communication with them has been great. I really appreciate the time they take to update me on his activities during the day. It's great seeing what he takes part
in and there are lots of opportunities for him to go outside too. I feel confident leaving my son at nursery knowing he is going to be well looked after and engaged throughout the day.

My son enjoys his time at the nursery and is happy to go. It's clear that he is well cared for and feels comfortable there. The staff are lovely, friendly, and very attentive.
There are always plenty of activities for my son to do, which keeps him engaged and helps him learn through play.
Overall, we are very happy with the service the nursery provides and feel confident leaving our son in their care. I would definitely recommend it to other parents.

My son has been so happy at Stepping Stones after moving from a different nursery in September. He is so much more confident and happy and genuinely loves the people who work there. They give him loads of time outdoors, even when the weather isn't great which is exactly what he needs. His speech and
behaviour have come along so much since he started and I can easily relax that he is safe and happy on his nursery days. Would 100% recommend.

My daughter previously attended Stepping Stones a few years ago and now my son does, and I've noticed a hugely positive difference in how it's operated and the changes that have been introduced. It's a warm, caring and nurturing environment for my son and he's really enjoyed the past few months
since he's started. I appreciate how much thought they've put into supporting his development, providing healthy, varied meals and improving the facilities and equipment. It's wonderful to receive updates on his progress and regular observations, so I'm reassured that he's being well looked after. All of the team are lovely and considerate. They have really welcomed him and helped him settle into nursery life. He always has a huge smile on his face, loves the food and joining in with all the fun activities they do. It really puts my mind at ease that he's in safe hands and loves being at nursery so much!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 7 months old, she is 3 now. The nursery manager has changed since she first started attending this setting and Charlotte has brought in a lot of positive changes, lots of improvements, she is very professional and any concerns raised are
always listened to. The nursery has recently gone through refurbishment and was redecorated.
My daughter loves going to nursery every single day, it feels a safe and secure place with lots of different activities. She has made very good friends with other children and I feel like she is attached to the nursery staff.
With the manager change there have been a few bumpy months as it wasn't the smoothest transition but I cannot fault the nursery management, Charlotte has really turned the place around and we are so glad we chose Stepping Stones all those years ago.

Stepping Stones is a fantastic nursery and the staff are very kind, approachable and enthusiastic. Our kids always come home telling us about the activities they have been doing that day, and we receive regular updates both on the app and at the end of the day. The use of the indoor and outdoor
space is great and I love that they get outside all year round. We feel very confident sending them in knowing they will be safe, happy and learn through a variety of activities.

Both of my kids have been going here for some time now and are both incredibly happy. They love going to nursery and are constantly learning. The staff are really good at keeping us updated, teaching the kids new things and coming up with new ideas.

We absolutely love stepping stones nursery, out son has been attending since 2024, however over the past few months since the renovation works, Charlotte has put her all into transforming the nursery into a homely, fun and relaxing environment. The little touches just make a difference and you can
tell it's been done with love. Our son loves all the staff, which is reciprocated. He is very settled and we have no concerns when he is there, we know he is having the best time

My son has only recently started attending this nursery but seems to be absolutely loving it. Every staff member we've met has been really friendly and helpful even if they're not directly involved in his care. You get a really good update from the staff at the end of the day and updates about what
he's been up to on the famly app throughout the day. He always seems to eat really well at nursery and I'm not surprised because the food sounds delicious! They get the children outside as much as possible which is lovely to see and they do lots of inclusive events and activities. Keep up the good work everyone :)

We are very happy with Stepping Stone Nursery and feel confident about our son being there. He enjoys going every day and especially likes his nursery nurse, who is kind and supportive. We have seen great progress in his confidence, communication, and overall development. The caring environment and
engaging activities have really helped him grow, and we truly appreciate the positive impact the nursery has had on him.

My daughter has been attending stepping stones for almost 3 years and we couldn't be happier. She absolutely thrives there and loves all the staff members.
They are so supportive and nurturing and I'm so pleased with the care they provide. They have been excellent at dealing with my daughters food
allergy also.
Our son is starting in the spring and I have absolutely faith he will have the same brilliant care and experience.

The team at Stepping Stones are amazing! They're so so lovely and caring towards my little boy. When I talk to him about if he's had a good day he always says 'Yes!'. They always have updates for us and when we come and collect him they always take the time to give us any updates. Everyone is kind
and you can see how invested the staff are to progress and encourage the children. Thank you so much to the team at Stepping Stones.

This nursery is fantastic and have been a really welcoming home for our little boy when we are at work. He loves going, he's well supported and comes home very happy. He's fed well and there is such attention to detail with activities and extra curricular things such as book reading events. The
staff are so wonderful and friendly, each of them know my son very well now and I have never had one moment's worry about his care. Everything from helping us with his health where relevant, to ensuring he always has a clean nappy and clothes. I am so grateful to everyone at Stepping Stones. Charlotte the manager goes above and beyond to make sure our little ones are looked after properly and that parents are well informed and looked after too!

The nursery setting and all the staff have done wonders in bringing out so much development in our little girl! When she first started she was not quite 9 months and the staff have always been so loving with her and she loves nursery and her key worker who i have zero complaints about as she treats
our daughter with so much love and kindness. Its a blessing to see.

The setting is filled with purposeful resources and activities are carefully planned to encourage the children. Special events are covered and allow children to gain experiences of the world around them. Parents are also invited to events.
Since the new manager joined, the changes have been
fantastic. The resources that have been purchased have really developed the setting and both the communication with parents and provision that is provided has also improved.
The staff are wonderful. I am impressed with the kindness of every staff member and the effort they make to get to know the children. The reports we receive, show how well the key workers know our son and the reports reflect him and his personality.
The manager is excellent and all staff are so friendly and are always willing to answer questions and provide reassurance, whether this is face to face or by the app.
Above all, my son is happy and enjoys attending. He knows he is safe and has established strong relationships.

interaction, and independence, which reflects the structured learning activities and thoughtful daily routines. The nursery maintains good communication with parents through regular updates, feedback, and progress observations, which helps us support learning at home. I particularly appreciate the balance between educational play, outdoor activity, and emotional support, as well as the attention given to hygiene and safeguarding. Overall, we feel reassured leaving our child in their care and would confidently recommend this nursery to other parents.

My son has been attending Stepping Stones for over two years now, and I can honestly say this nursery is a real gem. From day one, it has felt like a safe, loving, and nurturing environment.
There are always lots of fun and engaging activities for the children, and it's clear how much thought and
effort the staff put into supporting their development. The children are genuinely cared for, loved, and made to feel secure in the hands of the staff, who all have such big hearts.
The manager is absolutely lovely, very approachable, and easy to deal with. She is always ready to listen and very supportive, which makes such a difference as a parent. I've also really loved seeing how the nursery continues to improve over time. The positive changes all the staff have made have been wonderful to see. The range of activities and food choices is excellent, and I especially love that there is fresh fruit available outside the door.
I'm so grateful for everything Stepping Stones Nursery!
