Can not fault anything. The staff and manager are spot on. The joy we see in our son's face when he is going and being picked up says it all about how much fun he has. As well as the times he doesn't want to leave. Couldn't say a single bad word.

My daughter has been attending Stepping Stones since February this year.
What attracted me to Stepping Stones was the homely cosy feel to the building which I thought would help settle my daughter rather than a bigger nursery. On my show around I was instantly impressed by all the staff and could
see all the children loved the staff.
My daughter loves all the staff at the nursery, especially the manager! I find all the staff approachable and easy to talk to if I have any concerns.
My daughter has developed a lot since attending nursery, and we have noticed a massive improvement in her speech. She has made many friends at Stepping Stones and has started talking about them at home. She has also started to role play nursery at home with her dolls pretending to do drop off and pick up.
I would definitely recommend Stepping Stones Nursery!

Our daughter loves it here, she's a confident, happy little girl and enjoys the various activities and crafts that take place. Always comes out at pick-up time with a big smile on her face!
We have found the nursery has really helped her progress and develop as a little person and would recommend

Overall the carers are very kind and nice.
My daughters are very happy all the time after we pick up. She seems to enjoy being in the nursery. But no daily photos are shared with us. If we can receive more photos and see what she is doing and what she learns in the nursery that will be good. Thanks!

My 2-year-old has been going to the nursery since April 2024 and we could not have asked for a better team of staff or setting, brilliant communication, meals, naps & nappy changes, etc all logged on an app, and amazing setup!
My son absolutely loves going and has come on leaps and bounds in all ways
since joining, always singing lovely nursery rhymes and knowing so many new words.
Great that they have a few rooms for age groups but not solely based on age but ability also so you're really getting the best learning/correct room for your child.

Our son has been attending Stepping Stones since I returned to work in July. As our first baby, we were nervous about choosing a nursery but the staff have been nothing but great. He has settled in well and we can see that his development has come on considerably since attending. We are kept up-to-date
with his nap and eating times, as well as sent photos of what he is up to which gives us peace of mind. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I had to change nurseries due to moving house so was really apprehensive about sending my daughter somewhere new. My daughter has settled so well and is so happy every day going to nursery. My baby son now also goes in the baby room and he loves his time at nursery also. With the setting not being too
big, you get to know all of the staff and everyone has such a lovely bond and is very caring and loving to the children. They also keep you updated regularly through the app and any updates. We really love sending our children to Stepping Stones.

My daughter started at Stepping Stones in November of last year and she loves it! All the staff are just excellent. They are so kind and friendly and care so much about the children in the setting. At the nursery, they do great activities for the children, which are really well thought out, educational,
and lots of fun. The setting itself is very clean with lots of great facilities in the rooms and great outdoor space. My daughter loves attending the nursery and has developed significantly since she started. The staff have been wonderful in looking after her. I have been so impressed, and I highly recommend the setting!

The team at Stepping Stones have been incredible with our little boy.
He has autism and is a very energetic child. After some difficulty getting him to settle, he now adores nursery and loves playing with his friends. The team are so patient with him and has helped him progress in incredible amounts
since he joined. Their support for us has been invaluable with the extra help he needed and their understanding.
All together I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery.

My little boy has very recently just started here and I’ve already seen such a big positive change in him! Amazing nursery. My youngest child has just started in January. This is now my 2nd child to attend Stepping Stones. This setting is amazing and the level of care is fantastic. Both my children have been so happy, which has made my life so much easier, as a parent it’s very hard to leave your children
but the staff at Stepping Stones always make this so much easier for me. My children love the Stepping Stones staff, but my eldest child who now attends primary school still wants to stay with the ladies on drop-off and collection.

If I could give zero stars believe me I would. Please don’t send your child to this nursery, I have taken mine out as soon as I witnessed a staff member shouting at him very aggressively for playing, singing and making ‘too much’ noise (he is two years old). The staff were unaware I was outside the
room listening to the whole thing as the doorbell never works when you go to collect your child. I feel physically sick to know they have been treating my child this way. There is a lack of care and attention to the children with zero communication to the parents even when you ask for pictures or information you will be ignored. The only messages you regularly receive are around payments, unfortunately, all they care about is signing up as many children as they can and then not being able to care for these children at all. I could honestly write a massive list of other reasons why not to send your child here but luckily for them, it limits how much you can write. My child lasted 12 days in total.

My son joined the nursery midway through November. He enjoys his days at nursery. The staff and management are very caring, attentive and easy to liaise with, they have gotten to know how my son is and what works best for him. Any questions/queries I have get responded to quite quickly. The app gives
me ease to know how my son is getting on throughout the day and the pictures uploaded of his day are very warming. I highly recommend this nursery setting.

Every member of the staff at Stepping Stones is amazing. As a first-time mum getting used to nursery drop-offs they make everything so smooth and I always know my little girl will be in excellent care. Communication on the app is also good too and I enjoy seeing pictures of what has been happening.
The long hours work well for our family. I love the fact that they hold events and invite families to join in so we feel like part of the nursery community.

My little boy has attended the Stepping Stones since August and I can’t praise the place enough. The staff are amazing, caring and always trying to get engaged with kids in lots of different activities. I love the regular updates on the app, can always check on my son and see what he’s up to. Management
is always helpful and accommodating when I need some last-minute ad-hoc sessions due to my irregular working times. Food is good and various, always some healthy snack provided as well. Overall - a fantastic experience so far!
