My daughter has attended Holly Tree Montessori Nursery from just turning three, having never been in a childcare setting before, and now is almost ready to start primary school.


From her first day both her and, her parents have loved it.


Her progression has been incredible to see, the nursery

staff are all lovely, the communication is outstanding and I feel she has been safe with excellent covid policies and procedures throughout the pandemic.


I would thoroughly recommend the Montessori approach to learn and feel all the staff at the nursery are experts in this.


We will all be sad for her to leave but Holly Tree Montessori could not have prepared her better for the transition to full time education.

My son loves coming to Holly Tree. He has settled in really well. I love seeing pictures of him on their Facebook page smiling all the time. They always seem to be doing so much with the children promoting their development. The staff have worked really hard after lockdown to ensure the health of our
children and so far they’ve had no problems with Covid which is fantastic. 5* nursery and I always recommend them to friends. Thank you.

Holly Tree Montessori does exactly what it says on the tin. From the moment your child walks into the building they are greeted by all staff with a welcoming smile.
The set up is brilliant. They provide as much information as they can throughout the day on the activities the children are engaged in
via FB posts and the app. It really makes you feel like you are involved in their day seeing how much they are enjoying it!
My son started in Sept aged 14 months, after only a few sessions he confidently walked in. He thrives in the Montessori environment and has learnt to transfer the skills learnt in to his activities at home. He has grown in confidence in such a short period. The staff are extremely friendly and informative, no question is too small, all whilst adhering to Covid guidelines. The home school diary helps us keep on top of what he has eaten (usually everything with seconds too!) and how often his nappies have been changed as well as what he's enjoyed that day.

Holly Tree continues to develop and strive to be better, the staff are continually updating their qualifications and always willing to try new activities with the children. All three of my children have attended here and we are very happy with the standard of care. The Montessori behaviours are really
positive and it’s a great environment for our youngest child.

Holly Tree is such a pleasant nursery where both my daughters have had the best start in their early years by attending here. My youngest daughter has the most wonderful time, always coming home talking about the range of brilliant activities and opportunities she is provided with throughout the week,
from sports sessions to practical life activities, which I know she will carry with her in her journey after nursery. The whole nursery staff team are such a wonderful caring group of people who have always made both my daughters feel welcome, happy and settled during their time here. Always love looking at pictures on FaceBook and tapestry of how she is developing, and progressing in her learning.

Holly Tree is a truly special nursery. My little boy asks every day if it is a ‘nursery day’. The team are so caring to all children and the communication to parents is excellent. The Montessori activities are superb for children’s development. The indoor space and garden are wonderful, light bright
and the perfect size for each age range to be together in. I really recommend this nursery to anyone and am so happy both my boys have had their early years in this setting.

Holly Tree is an amazing setting for our daughter! She is in the baby room and shown so much love from everyone it’s lovely to see. She is given healthy meals which she loves and always eats everything, sometimes two lots! There are lots of activities and areas for her to choose, she does something
new each day! We can’t wait to watch her grow at Holly Tree!

We are so happy my Son got a space at Holly Tree, he is always excited to go and has lots to tell us when we pick him up.
The outdoor area is lovely with the climbing areas and grass.
Every week he has something to take home, whether it be from baking, painting or just his book that’s filled in
with all his activities from the day.
The staff are all friendly and professional.

Holly Tree is an amazing nursery. My daughter began her settle sessions a week or so after her first birthday. The workers really made a big effort with her and she settled in really fast. She absolutely loves the nursery now and has been in the baby room for 4 months. She has come on so much physically
and mentally since being there. It really is a wonderful place!

My wife and I were so happy when we managed to get our son a place into this wonderful nursery after hearing good reviews from other parents in the area.
I’d only been in there 1 hour, through my sons settling in day, and knew instantly we’d made the right choice.
The staff were very friendly and
made sure my little boy settled in straight away. He loves going to the nursery and he’s already made a few friends.
They have a great outdoor area and provide wetsuits for when it’s raining.
I’m also impressed with the communication from the staff to parents via email so I know every week how my son is progressing.

My child has been at Holly Tree for 2 months since she left her previous nursery. There has been such a difference in care between the two. I feel like the staff are truly engaged and care, and supported to do their jobs in caring for and teaching my daughter.
I love sending her to Holly Tree and
I love hearing about her day, where she appears to have the most fun and with caring staff who observe her development.
The owner took me around the nursery before my daughter started and she was very passionate about the nursery's vision. I felt inspired and confident in the nursery myself after leaving.
I am so happy to have found a Montessori nursery close to home with such lovely people.

I love Holly Tree! It’s such a nurturing environment, and I feel totally confident leaving my son there, knowing they have his best interests at heart.

I have sent both of my boys to Holly Tree with my youngest still there. My eldest absolutely thrived in the Montessori environment and it was wonderful to see him develop over the years in their care. Often bringing the skills and experiences brought from nursery into the home. Lovely to see the satisfaction
of feeling useful and having a responsibility by carrying out tasks independently. It's never too early to learn and children really do flourish. My youngest is still there and very early in his journey but I have no doubt he will follow in the footsteps of his older brother.
The staff are amazing, they genuinely care for the children and parents and the feeling is mutual. It really is a home from home compared to the hustle and bustle of other nurseries. They are also really good with dietary requirements for food intolerances and work with me to provide suitable alternatives. I would have no hesitation saying this is the best nursery you could send your child(ren) to.

We have been over the moon with the Holly Tree since we started using them 3 months ago. All the staff have been great and very quickly got to know us as well as the bigger brother who loves to help with pick up.
We have used a couple of nurseries in the area over the last 4 years and none of them
have compared to Holly Tree. We saw an instant positive change in our boy's development, speech and general persona from week one. He went from crying through frustration at everything to trying to communicate using words when he wanted something, now, he doesn't draw breath while his eyes are open and I believe that's down to the staff, the environment and the way they do things at Holly Tree.
Our only regret was not being able to get our 4-year-old in there as by the time we knew about this place, the waiting list was too long.

I’ve got two children who attend Holly Tree and we couldn’t be more pleased with the setting, we feel very lucky to have obtained a place for them. Throughout the nursery, there is a lovely calming atmosphere which just puts you at ease. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and nothing is too
much trouble.
They run many events throughout the year and actively encourage parents, grandparents etc to come in and spend time with the children.
I have recommended Holly Tree to several people and will continue to do so.

This nursery is the best nursery I've seen. We were really stressed about sending our child to some other nurseries in the area, and thankfully a space came available here for us after being on the waiting list. Our son's development has come on so much because of the way Holly Tree look after the children
and help their learning. Our son loves it, the food is great, and the activities they do are great. The staff are attentive, friendly, and welcoming to parents. The nursery also goes above and beyond with their open evenings/parents evenings to help support at home learning also.

I feel very lucky that both my children have been cared for by Holly Tree. My youngest is still there and loves the time she spends in class 2. She is very fond of the teachers who really get to know the children well. The communication with the staff is excellent. They give a detailed personal handover
every day so I really get a feel for how my daughter has been that day and all the fun things she gets to experience with them. My son left in September to go to school having progressed through the nursery since he was 1. The confidence he gained from being at Holly Tree was clear and he took the transition to school in his stride. He was ready and already able to complete school work because of the fantastic work the preschool teachers do. Even his school teacher commented to me about how good the nursery was when she found out he attended Holly Tree. I’ve felt safe and happy leaving my children in their care, knowing that they are in great hands.
