Holyrood Nursery Shaw

I last left a review when my daughter was 6 months old and had been at Holyrood a month. She is now nearly 3 and has been at Holyrood ever since. I cannot fault anything about this nursery. They have the best attitude towards your child’s development and they are always a pleasure to greet in the mornings/ pick up. I honestly believe my daughter eats such a good variety of food due to Holyrood. She can’t wait to get to nursery, so that says it all!

This nursery is amazing, my son has come on leaps and bounds since attending. All staff go above and beyond. It's a very clean and sage environment. The care each child receives is amazing and individual to them. My son stuggled at first and did cry a lot but no matter what staff members attended to him they always started with a hug and reassurance.

I'd recommend Holyrood to anyone! Staff are caring and attentive, the space is beautiful and the facilities are great. My child has come on leaps and bounds thanks to Holyrood. They enjoy it every day and get so excited when we arrive! 5 starts from us!

There is a wide range of activities and experiences for the children to take part in and enjoy.

Also he loves the meals.

Myself and my wife really love Holyrood Nursery. Our child learns so much and is excited in the mornings to go, and can't tell us enough about their day when they come home. The staff are all super friendly and really intuitive. They understand how to connect with the kids and they give great feedback on development. We can't recommend it here enough.

Holyrood Nursery Shaw is very good for my daughter. They understand her needs and take good care and attention to her. They also keep me informed on what she has been up to during the day

I highly recommend Holyrood Nursery. My son has been attending since June 2022 and, in that time, has developed close relationships with the staff. I can tell how much the staff care as well as being friendly and professional. I can tell how much he loves nursery, and he has developed so much in the last six months.

Holyrood Nursery Shaw have been really good for his development since he was 6 months old. The staff have made his development improve a lot in his walking and eating.

The staff at Holyrood Nursery Shaw are absolutely fantastic, both of my children attend and they absolutely love it. They have come on leaps and bounds with all aspects of learning since attending Holyrood and are very settled. Management is always helpful and my childrens key workers are so friendly and helpful.

We have had nothing but a positive experience sending our daughter to Holyrood. When we drop her off, she runs inside excited, and when we pick her up, she is in a great mood. We really can't thank the staff enough for all the effort, support and care they show our child. We couldn't be happier and are very excited for our second child to start there soon!

The only thing which I would like seeing improved is the outdoor area, in terms of more physically stimulating toys. Like something to ride, climb, swing. Playground things.

Brilliant, couldn't leave my children with better people! From day one the girls have always gone all the way for my girls to give them the best start in life. Thank you.

All the staff are great. They all know my son and take time to greet him in the morning. They are all aware of his needs around his eczema and possible food allergies, which are catered for by offering a meal alternative to anything he can't have. Update his food diary and myself with any foods he has had a reaction to. Time at the end of the day to give a full handover of 3what he has been up to that day. Observations and pictures regularly updated on the app which I love looking at and reading. All staff are fantastic and my son loves going to nursery.

Both my children have attended Holyrood in Shaw. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they get to know my children so well and I feel that they care and have pride in everything they do. Throughout Covid they have been excellent and not let it impact the children as much as they could.

All four of my children have attended this nursery and I absolutely love it, as do they. I can go to work and not worry about them because I know they are fully looked after and all their needs are tended to. You can tell all the staff really do care about the children and the children love them all. I highly recommend this nursery! The nursery itself has lots to offer the children, they do plenty of activities with them and my children have learnt so much, my elder two, who are now in school were so prepared for school from learning so much at the nursery.

My daughter has been with Holyrood Shaw since she was 11-months-old and has just joined the preschool room. She loves nursery and all of the staff who have created a nurturing environment and encouraged her development throughout. The various nursery rooms are spacious with lots of different activities for the children to explore. My daughter loves the outdoor space and activities they do outside. The staff and management are professional and have been fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Holyrood is a fantastic nursery, my two oldest children aged 16 and four attended and my youngest ages two, and three and a half months currently attend. The care and support the children receive is second to none, my two-year-old gets upset when she can't go in. My youngest has just started and the support and reassurance from all the staff has been invaluable and helped ensure a smooth transition. I would highly highly recommend Holyrood to every parent, it is amazing.
