Holyrood Nursery Shaw

Holyrood Nursery Shaw is very good for my daughter. They understand her needs and take good care and attention to her. They also keep me informed on what she has been up to during the day

I highly recommend Holyrood Nursery. My son has been attending since June 2022 and, in that time, has developed close relationships with the staff. I can tell how much the staff care as well as being friendly and professional. I can tell how much he loves nursery, and he has developed so much in the last six months.

Holyrood Nursery Shaw have been really good for his development since he was 6 months old. The staff have made his development improve a lot in his walking and eating.

The staff at Holyrood Nursery Shaw are absolutely fantastic, both of my children attend and they absolutely love it. They have come on leaps and bounds with all aspects of learning since attending Holyrood and are very settled. Management is always helpful and my childrens key workers are so friendly and helpful.

We have had nothing but a positive experience sending our daughter to Holyrood. When we drop her off, she runs inside excited, and when we pick her up, she is in a great mood. We really can't thank the staff enough for all the effort, support and care they show our child. We couldn't be happier and are very excited for our second child to start there soon!

The only thing which I would like seeing improved is the outdoor area, in terms of more physically stimulating toys. Like something to ride, climb, swing. Playground things.

Brilliant, couldn't leave my children with better people! From day one the girls have always gone all the way for my girls to give them the best start in life. Thank you.

All the staff are great. They all know my son and take time to greet him in the morning. They are all aware of his needs around his eczema and possible food allergies, which are catered for by offering a meal alternative to anything he can't have. Update his food diary and myself with any foods he has had a reaction to. Time at the end of the day to give a full handover of 3what he has been up to that day. Observations and pictures regularly updated on the app which I love looking at and reading. All staff are fantastic and my son loves going to nursery.

Both my children have attended Holyrood in Shaw. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they get to know my children so well and I feel that they care and have pride in everything they do. Throughout Covid they have been excellent and not let it impact the children as much as they could.

All four of my children have attended this nursery and I absolutely love it, as do they. I can go to work and not worry about them because I know they are fully looked after and all their needs are tended to. You can tell all the staff really do care about the children and the children love them all. I highly recommend this nursery! The nursery itself has lots to offer the children, they do plenty of activities with them and my children have learnt so much, my elder two, who are now in school were so prepared for school from learning so much at the nursery.

My daughter has been with Holyrood Shaw since she was 11-months-old and has just joined the preschool room. She loves nursery and all of the staff who have created a nurturing environment and encouraged her development throughout. The various nursery rooms are spacious with lots of different activities for the children to explore. My daughter loves the outdoor space and activities they do outside. The staff and management are professional and have been fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Holyrood is a fantastic nursery, my two oldest children aged 16 and four attended and my youngest ages two, and three and a half months currently attend. The care and support the children receive is second to none, my two-year-old gets upset when she can't go in. My youngest has just started and the support and reassurance from all the staff has been invaluable and helped ensure a smooth transition. I would highly highly recommend Holyrood to every parent, it is amazing.

My son has been coming to this nursery for a number of years and is now in the preschool class. He has transitioned from each room with no issues, having frequent and regular visits to his new room and new staff. My son settled in well to each room because the staff are so good at what they do. They do a variety of activities and crafts with the children which often means you have little keepsakes to take home. My son has had numerous positive relationships with staff and often comes home talking about them. The nursery has also facilitated my son to form peer friendships. The nursery are excellent in keeping parents informed of everything that is going on at nursery and will often ring if they need to speak to you for any reason. My son enjoys attending nursery and is achieving his developmental goals with the support of the excellent management and staff at Holyrood Shaw.

This is a fantastic nursey. My daughter only left due to moving house and was too far to travel; I was gutted. The staff are amazing, and she always had a smile on her face at nursey. I would recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for everything you did for her.

My daughter has been with Holyrood Shaw since she was a baby, she is now four, and in the preschool room. I've been thrilled with the care she has received and how the staff have encouraged her development and how her personality has flourished. Staff are always planning fun and educational activities. I know she is well cared for and nurtured. I feel very lucky that our daughter goes to such an excellent nursery.

My daughter started at Holyrood Shaw when she was 9 months and has just moved into preschool and she loves going, there hasn’t been a day that she hasn’t wanted to go. The amount she has learnt and developed throughout her time there is just amazing, I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, all the staff are so welcoming, helpful and go above and beyond for your child’s needs.

My daughter has been going to Holyrood Day Nursery Shaw for nearly a year now and she absolutely loves it. All she talks about are her friends! And she has come on so much since she’s been going there. All the staff are brilliant they will try and do as much as they can for you and they really do care about your child. I would defiantly recommend this nursery.

My son started at the nursery during the Coronavirus pandemic. I had previously viewed the nursery before this but couldn't go into the nursery once he started for social distancing reasons. My son couldn't be happier when we drop him off and pick him up. The staff are so lovely and professional, they look after him so well, giving a daily diary sheet when we collect him. He has developed loads already, including his speech, social awareness skills and confidence. Seeing pictures on the nursery Facebook page is great as you get to see all the activities they involve the children in. I'd definitely recommend the nursery to others.

All the staff at the nursery are so professional, welcoming, kind and extremely supportive with the children and families. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough. Thank you all again.
