Our two boys attended The Village Nursery and they both had an amazing time from the baby room all the way to preschool. The employees are amazing, they go the extra mile to make the children happy and their communication with parents is second to none. The facilities are also great, the fact that it was a purpose-built nursery is what attracted me in the first place to register my first son and the positive feeling carried on when visiting the nursery from the size of the rooms, the lovely gardens and the friendliness of the staff and management. I also liked the fact that there was a dedicated cot room so I knew my baby would get a good nap when needed. I would definitely recommend the village nursery to anyone who is looking for a great nursery that you can trust to help raise happy and curious children and make them ready for the big step to school.

My children all had a super time at The Village Nursery. All the team really care about the children, it’s a fun and friendly atmosphere, and the outdoor space is great with lots of variety and places to explore.

Our daughter has attended The Village Nursery for the past 3 years, and it is such a fantastic environment, filled with fun every single day and lots of opportunities for the children to learn and develop through play. It has a great spirit and caring focus, which runs through all of the rooms from baby's right through pre-school. The management team and all of the staff have been fantastic, and it's evident every day that they care so much for the children. There's lots of fantastic space, which is clean, well maintained and regularly refreshed. The handling of the current situation has been impressive, with clear and consistently applied measures and excellent communication whenever a question is asked. She has flourished in her time at The Village and now leaves as a confident, inquisitive, considerate and life-loving girl ready for school. I can't recommend them highly enough. First-class!

I strongly recommend The Village Nursery! My son had a bad experience in his first nursery but the team had made the impossible happen and he was in love with nursery when he left. My son is bilingual so the team have developed special initiatives in order to make sure he felt at home. The staff are really well trained and they will go the extra mile to make sure your kid is supported all the time. We have reallocated to Portugal now but my son would have stayed until primary school. The management team will also make sure they support you whatever your situation. They are a 5-star team.

Our son joined The Village Nursery at 9 months and has loved it from the start. As new parents, we received essential support and advice before our son started nursery. Two staff (one of whom would be his key worker) came to do a home visit which was a great opportunity in our own setting. The settling in sessions at nursery were a great way to build his confidence and get him into a routine, meeting other children and doing activities. Our son loves nursery and happily gets out of the car, eager to get inside and see what's going on. He has come on so well and his confidence now with other children and adults is fantastic. The staff are brilliant - from nursery nurses to management and cannot do enough for you. Oh and the food menu is incredible. As adults, we arrive at the end of the day and look at the menu with envy.

My son started at The Village when he was one. He is now two and a half and has progressed through three different rooms. We've never had any doubt that we made the right choice for him. Every room that he's been in, he has had great relationships with the staff and they have always encouraged him to be himself. The updates staff give about his day, along with photos of the activities he's been doing, help us to see the thought that goes into the children's learning and development. Often staff from other rooms will stop to talk to him, they will know about him and his personality, which is just lovely. It's reassuring to know that he's always got someone looking out for him. The key worker scheme is fantastic, having a point of contact for your child is brilliant, and my son has always loved every one of his key workers. My son also has a heart condition and they have always taken it very seriously, which is a huge comfort for us.

We had our youngest at The Village Nursery when I first went back to work and since he’s chopped and changed between nurseries due to us moving job locations but when we had our second and the experiences we had faced we realised that The Village was incomparable. The kids love this nursery very much, the staff are a credit to the nursery including top management who have been amazing for us. Both have come on leaps and bounds as just like that our son goes to primary in September and he’s so ready! Thanks to all the guys at The Village Nursery for cherishing our babies and giving them the best start in life! It’s such a big weight lifted off the shoulders of any parent when you know you get a fantastic quality of care, especially for me being able to work full time without a worry that my babies are in safe hands, educated, fed and most importantly happy, not to mention they are tired when they come home.

Excellent staff knowledge and skills in understanding my child's need. She was settled into nursery very quickly so that I could go back to work. She has learnt so much and developed into a bubbly, energetic little girl. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I would (and have) recommend The Village for every parent.

They keep him busy with lots of different activities and have improved his eating habits by giving him lots of menu choices that I wouldn't think of at home. We viewed 4 different nurseries and are both very happy that we chose this one.

My son began school as an incredibly confident, happy and enthusiastic child; this is in no small part, due to his time at the nursery. They helped develop his thirst for learning and encouraged his love of stories and books. The staff are wonderful across all rooms, and our children have been blessed with some exceptional key workers. The management is incredibly supportive and approachable and the fact that they hold on to their staff shows that they know how to listen to them too. The facilities are fab and children are out in the garden whenever possible. I would happily recommend this nursery to any parent wishing to find the best for their child. Outstanding!

Fantastic knowledge of my children, their needs and their routines. Great communication between nursery and home and they build on all of the interests that my girls have at home or any interests they show whilst at the nursery. Great activities like yoga and visits to the library.

I would recommend this nursery without a shadow of a doubt, they helped me get my children in quickly when their previous nursery closed down. I have been through bad times in personal life and they have supported me on that level too, always approachable and understanding. They are fantastic with the children, both of mine settled in quickly and love it there. Staff are always friendly, food menu is amazing and lots of activities.

Excellent nursery, in a fantastic setting. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for both the children and their parents. They also provide a range of events, they are all really good.

Our little boy started at The Village Nursery shortly after his 1st birthday. Having looked around several nurseries we chose The Village Nursery as we were impressed by the facilities and the happy smiling faces of the children there, who were clearly well looked after.

In the 2 and a half years he has been there, our little boy has grown from a child who was nervous of others, into a confident, loving little boy who just loves being at nursery. His development is thanks to the staff who I cannot praise highly enough. The Village Nursery is full of amazing people who care passionately about what they do and this is clear to see in all the children. Our son has had some wonderful experiences during his time at nursery. There certainly never seems to be a dull moment at The Village Nursery!

Sadly we are leaving the area so have no choice but to leave The Village Nursery. Any future nursery will have a lot to live up to and if we could take The Village Nursery with us then we certainly would! An outstanding nursery in every way.

P.S. the menu is good too.
