Holyrood Nursery Prestwich is a stunning, large detached house on Bury Old Road.

The nursery began in this beautiful house in 1994, owners chose to keep the original feel and character of this property which has resulted in a warm and homely atmosphere throughout.   

Situated in a residential area of Prestwich, Manchester, close to a number of local shops and motorway links.

The nursery has access to Heaton Park where children enjoy going for walks, looking at the animals and feeding the ducks.

The nursery has 7 playrooms over 3 floors these are generously proportioned, carefully planned and extensively resourced to create inspiring learning environments, where children are able to access a wide range of activities based around their interests.

The nursery also has access to a large enclosed outdoor space where children can explore the natural environment on the grassed area or ride a bike on the painted road. The large castle and outdoor equipment allow plenty of outdoor adventures.

An experienced and skilled staff team have many years of continuous service and work with children and parents in an enthusiastic, supportive manner encouraging every child’s growth and development. The nursery has a full time qualified teacher and one of the senior staff has an early years professional status.

Everyone has been superb and wonderful.
The staff always have time to have a chat and let us know how my child has been doing that day.
Any concerns have been looked into right away. Overall, very happy with everything.

We love this nursery. Having been unsatisfied with a previous nursery, what we really appreciate about Holyrood is the caring nature of the staff. Our child has social and communication difficulties and the nursery has worked with us to set targets that have really helped our child improve. He is talking
now and mixing with other children. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Very pleased my child enjoyed every day attending Holyrood Nursery. My child has developed so much with the great interaction with other children as well as the great staff.

From when my daughter started here the staff have always been approachable and friendly. She settled quickly and with no problems. Everyone knew my daughter 's name which showed how close everyone worked together.
My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since being here.
Can not thank them all enough

My son really enjoys Holyrood. He's a fussy eater so can be awkward but the staff always make sure he is well looked after. He's moving to a different nursery in September as we have recently moved house, we are a bit reluctant to move him as he loves it here!

My daughter loves her time at this nursery. Despite being there a very short time the staff have been exemplary in helping her settle in speedily. The daily handovers are thorough and really make me feel at ease leaving her every day.

I am very pleased with all the staff at Holyrood Nursery. It is an amazing nursery. My son, since he has started attending this nursery from September 2017, has improved his English a lot, which is his second language. He loves to go there and he always has a good time with new friends. The staff are

Holyrood Day Nursery Prestwich provides an excellent, safe and happy adventure into care and education for my 1 and 4-year-old. Since putting my daughter into Holyrood Day Nursery I have really noticed a difference in her, at the beginning my daughter didn't want to leave my side and now she has more confidence to explore and learn which is a real joy to see.
The staff at Holyrood Day Nursery were patient in getting her to
this point and supported me in her transition into part-time nursery as at times she didn't make it easy for me!! To conclude I would recommend Holyrood Day Nursery as they truly love children, they highlight concerns, work through the challenges. I trust them completely and my daughter enjoys going.
