Our child had a good time and learnt a lot at Baby room2 in echoes nursery and staff really looked after very well. I would refer their parents to send their babies . Thanks for your support.

Since my daughter started , I couldn't be more proud of her. She's more confident about herself, talks more each day , been super happy and I'm just so proud. All the nurses thank you for taking your time with her , I know when she started she was not comfortable and a very cuddle baby and now look

My son has been going to the nursery in the baby rooms since April 2025. He started when he was 11 months and has had a great time - the staff are attentive to the children, not just for meal time and nappy change time but to help in their development and learn what the babies do and don't like, and
can and can't do. They are chatty and have really gotten to know my son.
Any problems at the nursery are quickly resolved - accident forms, the app is also used to communicate on my son's health immediately rather than waiting till the end of the day.
The office staff are also excellent and have guided us through accessing funded hours and kindly advised us on processes on how to change my son's attending days.
The kitchen staff are excellent and have helped me construct a vegan menu for my son. There was no problems liasing this through the office staff.

I have had both my daughters at Echoes and it is a wonderful nursery. I cannot speak more highly of the amazing staff. They are what makes this nursery so great and they work so hard! They have looked after my girls with such care. My daughter runs in to the nursery with a smile on her face , hugging
the staff so I know she loves it there. It is clean, open with large windows so you can see in to each room which I love. I feel that my daughter is safe and well looked after here which is the main thing. They have a large outside area which my daughter enjoys and I love receiving regular updates about her daily activities! A brilliant nursery!

The standards of this nursery is impeccable! The bonds all the staff have with my child is amazing, my child can be handed to any one in a morning and they show so much care and compassion to him. My child has some dietary requirements and the cook is amazing at providing an alternative that is similar
to what the other children are eating where possible. They have individual care and health care plans for each child who may have needs/health issues, which every staff member can read so are all informed which puts me at peace of mind knowing that everyone understands what's to do with my child's health needs. My child's key person keeps me very informed about my child's day at the handovers and via the app. The garden is a big lovely outdoor space and I love seeing pictures of him playing outside! I am happy with the care and development of my child, who now he attends Echoes, he has come on leaps and bounds since starting with them at the end of March!

The deceitful tactics this nursery employs is truly mind boggling. The management of this nursery needs a serious review & change. We were notified that we don't have to pay the consumables charge 24th of March @2pm thru the app, not via email & we were only given until the 28th @12pm to opt out. Why
the 28th & not the end of the term you may ask?! We all know The 2 documents provided (THRU THE APP not via email), 1 document regarding what we can give our own children to eat was 3 pages, and the other regarding the consumables information - 7 pages! They told us of the deadline on the 4th of the 7 pages!! Important information they wedged right in the middle of 7 pages of information, instead of being upfront and clear about it, GAVE US ONLY 3 DAYS TO OPT OUT ON THE LAST WEEK OF THE TERM!!! Its funny how vastly different they remind parents about government funding that Echoes will receive compared to how they notify parents of money they may save and in turn Echoes will lose out on.

We have received overwhelming feedback from all other parents in support of the action we have taken. Safeguarding of children in our care is our highest priority and we will never compromise on this. Since the DfE announcement at the end of February, it has taken time to create new policies that meets both the requirements of the funding entitlements as well as ensuring that all children remain safe, particularly at mealtimes. You did not inform us by the stated deadline that you wished to opt out of consumables, and this was communicated to you, but nonetheless, chose to bring in a packed lunch the following week for your child that contravened our policy and healthy eating guidelines. We wish you and your family good luck for the future.

Echoes has been a wonderful safe space for my little one. All the staff are caring, great communicators and so loving towards my son. He enjoys all the activities at the nursery and/ always eats all his meals, truly could not ask for anything more. Thank you Echoes!

They've worked hard to help a lot of kids settle after their previous nursery was unexpectedly closed. The nursery team were great with helping our son feel safe and cared for. They also send us meaningful updates on our son's development without feeling like they're jumping through perfunctory hoops.

I can't recommend Echoes Nursery highly enough. Both my daughter and son attend and the staff have just been amazing with both of them. All the staff have been so kind and will go out of their way to ensure both child and parent feel happy and at ease. I'm updated daily with pictures of the activities
that have taken place each day and a write up about their learning progress through these activities. I feel so fortunate to have both my children in such an amazing facility with equally amazing people. Thank you Echoes!

Our son has been going to nursery since January 2024 and instantly we were made to feel at ease knowing our baby was safe.
We have watched him progress with his movement, speech, eating habits and social skills and we couldn't be more grateful.

Echoes have provided the best care I could have hoped for to our daughter. She has been going since she was 7 months old and will stay until she starts school. She adores everyone who works there and has made some wonderful little friends. Her development has been fantastic, thanks in large part to

My son loves going to Echoes. All the staff are amazing.
they give updates with photos of what my son has been up to from day to day.
The communication between the staff it's great and stay and play sessions are great activities for all parents and kids to interact.
I'd highly recommend this nursery

Amazing nursery. Very forward with technology and how they communicate necessary information. And lovely how they give updates with photos of what our daughter has been up to from day to day. Staff are always there if we need them and our daughter loves them all. Absolutely perfect.

Both my children received excellent care at Echoes. The facilities, activities and ethos are outstanding, but what makes this nursery truly exceptional are the staff. They are dedicated, professional and friendly, always ready to go the extra mile. My children enjoyed the hands-on activities and the
trips most. They always come home with lots to tell and they miss the nursery if they are away for a while. There’s an on-site kitchen providing balanced and nutritious meals. The staff and motivation are high thanks to good management.

Our two kids (now 6 and 4) have been going to Echoes Nursery since they are 6 months old. I would have always send them there again. This is a very reliable nursery with amazing staff that love spending time with the kids. The location is very convenient too.

Our daughter loves going to Echoes. All the staff are great; really approachable and lovely. They always keep us up to date with her progress, her daily activities, and if there have been any problems (which there rarely are). The space itself is great too - with the age groups separated out into different
rooms, with an outdoor area where they're able to mix sometimes. I'd highly recommend this nursery to any new parents.

Tayla, Echoes Nursery Manager, has been a valued member of the Echoes Family since October 2024. She holds a Level 4 qualification in Leadership and Management, alongside a Level 3 qualification in Special Educational Needs. Tayla is extremely passionate about child development and is committed to ensuring that every child has the very best start in life. She leads a dedicated and strong staff team of over 25 professionals and works hard to ensure the environment is inclusive, nurturing, and tailored to support each child to thrive.

Jamie is a highly valued member of the Echoes team, bringing 14 years of experience in the childcare sector, including roles in teaching and learning management, special educational needs, and Nursery Management.
