Our daughter has been at the nursery for a year and a half and we have had a great experience here. Every staff member we have interacted with in each room has been caring and diligent, always sure to inform us of her activities and progress. The staff all show wonderful care for the children and work through any issues when needed. Overall, we're very happy!

My son has been with Echos since he was 11 months, now nearly 2.5 years old. He is always busy doing fun activities with the staff or playing outside which he loves. He's not generally a great eater but they are great with mealtimes sitting with him and encouraging him (I've sat and watched this when I've arrived early for pick up). The staff are great at updating the app and I feel like I've got such a good insight into his day. He goes to another nursery for part of the week and I certainly don't get as much information from them. The nursery itself always seems spotless and each staff member you come into contact with is friendly. I was given the option to put my son back into his other nursery for that extra day (we needed an extra day last minute and Echos were so helpful and got my son in and settled quickly), but decided to stay with Echos as it's a joy to take him there and collect him each day knowing he'll have had a brilliant time and been well looked after. Thank you!

What a wonderful environment for my granddaughter - she absolutely loves attending nursery here, and the resources prepared to engage the toddlers each day are amazing. The careful support she received whilst settling in was very impressive, and my daughter's comment after dropping her off this morning was that she "hurtled in without a second glance!" Very happy grandma!

Echoes has been amazing, and I'm so happy I chose this nursery for my daughter. She loves it, she dived in there this morning so happy which I never thought id see but she's so happy to be there and I'm so happy with all the staff with how they interact with her

Our baby has been with this nursery since he was 7 months old. His key person keeps me informed about his day when I I pick him up and via the app which captures the daily schedule and highlighted moments of the day. The members of staff are friendly and caring. I like the variety of food the nursery offers for the babies which I think is very important during the weaning period. The only improvement I could think of is the outdoor space. It is a little bit on the small side and north facing thus it is without any sun during any time of the day. With Charles Street carpark right opposite undergoing demolishment in the future, that outdoor space will be noisy and dusty. The nursery should be given access to the back side where current is out of use residential carpark. It is a much quieter, sunnier and more spacious spot for the outdoor playground.

Our kid has been going here since 13 months old and we are delighted by how well she has settled. Since week one she has been so happy with the nursery, excited to turn up, loving all the staff. The equipment is great - all high quality educational gear. Her key worker in babies room was wonderful and knew her inside out. She's now in the toddler room and has taken to that just as well with her keyworker who again is incredible and learned her moves in a few days. The nursery have taken our early potty training on seriously and have her nearly fully trained! We know she learns and gets so much from Echoes from how she listens, talks, plays, dances (a lot), and all the little quirks that we didn't teach her! Our only complaint is that food info is lacking and not forthcoming. I wish information on ingredients, nutritional information for meals was upfront as we like to understand what exactly she's eating. We can't comment on how 'good' the food is because we don't really know!

All four of my children have attended Echoes Nursery, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care and support we have received. The staff have been truly amazing with each of my children, showing kindness, patience, and genuine dedication. Two of my sons are autistic, and the team has been incredibly supportive in helping with their development. They have guided us through starting the process of EHCP applications and arranging SALT (Speech and Language Therapy) support, which has been invaluable for my boys. From the management to the teaching staff, everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure my children felt safe, included, and cared for. I always had peace of mind knowing they were in a nurturing environment where their needs were understood and met. Echoes Nursery has been such a positive part of our lives, and I can't thank them enough for all the love, patience, and support they've shown our family. I would highly recommend them to any parent.

Our child had a good time and learnt a lot at Baby room2 in echoes nursery and staff really looked after very well. I would refer their parents to send their babies . Thanks for your support. Thanks to staff and management

Since my daughter started , I couldn't be more proud of her. She's more confident about herself, talks more each day , been super happy and I'm just so proud. All the nurses thank you for taking your time with her , I know when she started she was not comfortable and a very cuddle baby and now look at her , she goes play with her friends , more comfortable thank you

My son has been going to the nursery in the baby rooms since April 2025. He started when he was 11 months and has had a great time - the staff are attentive to the children, not just for meal time and nappy change time but to help in their development and learn what the babies do and don't like, and can and can't do. They are chatty and have really gotten to know my son. Any problems at the nursery are quickly resolved - accident forms, the app is also used to communicate on my son's health immediately rather than waiting till the end of the day. The office staff are also excellent and have guided us through accessing funded hours and kindly advised us on processes on how to change my son's attending days. The kitchen staff are excellent and have helped me construct a vegan menu for my son. There was no problems liasing this through the office staff.

I have had both my daughters at Echoes and it is a wonderful nursery. I cannot speak more highly of the amazing staff. They are what makes this nursery so great and they work so hard! They have looked after my girls with such care. My daughter runs in to the nursery with a smile on her face , hugging the staff so I know she loves it there. It is clean, open with large windows so you can see in to each room which I love. I feel that my daughter is safe and well looked after here which is the main thing. They have a large outside area which my daughter enjoys and I love receiving regular updates about her daily activities! A brilliant nursery!

The standards of this nursery is impeccable! The bonds all the staff have with my child is amazing, my child can be handed to any one in a morning and they show so much care and compassion to him. My child has some dietary requirements and the cook is amazing at providing an alternative that is similar to what the other children are eating where possible. They have individual care and health care plans for each child who may have needs/health issues, which every staff member can read so are all informed which puts me at peace of mind knowing that everyone understands what's to do with my child's health needs. My child's key person keeps me very informed about my child's day at the handovers and via the app. The garden is a big lovely outdoor space and I love seeing pictures of him playing outside! I am happy with the care and development of my child, who now he attends Echoes, he has come on leaps and bounds since starting with them at the end of March!

The deceitful tactics this nursery employs is truly mind boggling. The management of this nursery needs a serious review & change. We were notified that we don't have to pay the consumables charge 24th of March @2pm thru the app, not via email & we were only given until the 28th @12pm to opt out. Why the 28th & not the end of the term you may ask?! We all know The 2 documents provided (THRU THE APP not via email), 1 document regarding what we can give our own children to eat was 3 pages, and the other regarding the consumables information - 7 pages! They told us of the deadline on the 4th of the 7 pages!! Important information they wedged right in the middle of 7 pages of information, instead of being upfront and clear about it, GAVE US ONLY 3 DAYS TO OPT OUT ON THE LAST WEEK OF THE TERM!!! Its funny how vastly different they remind parents about government funding that Echoes will receive compared to how they notify parents of money they may save and in turn Echoes will lose out on.

Echoes has been a wonderful safe space for my little one. All the staff are caring, great communicators and so loving towards my son. He enjoys all the activities at the nursery and/ always eats all his meals, truly could not ask for anything more. Thank you Echoes!

They've worked hard to help a lot of kids settle after their previous nursery was unexpectedly closed. The nursery team were great with helping our son feel safe and cared for. They also send us meaningful updates on our son's development without feeling like they're jumping through perfunctory hoops.

We are so grateful for the wonderful experience our child has had at this nursery. The staff have been amazing in creating a nurturing environment. I can't recommend Echoes Nursery highly enough. Both my daughter and son attend and the staff have just been amazing with both of them. All the staff have been so kind and will go out of their way to ensure both child and parent feel happy and at ease. I'm updated daily with pictures of the activities that have taken place each day and a write up about their learning progress through these activities. I feel so fortunate to have both my children in such an amazing facility with equally amazing people. Thank you Echoes!

Our son has been going to nursery since January 2024 and instantly we were made to feel at ease knowing our baby was safe. We have watched him progress with his movement, speech, eating habits and social skills and we couldn't be more grateful. The attention we feel our son gets is extremely comforting and we know he is looked after and striving as a little boy.

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter receives at this nursery. From the moment we enrolled her, the staff have been incredibly attentive and nurturing. It's evident that they genuinely care for her well-being and take the time to understand her individual needs. The facilities are top-notch, providing a safe and stimulating environment for her to learn and grow. The regular updates and communication from the staff give us peace of mind throughout the day. We highly recommend this nursery to any parents seeking a warm, caring, and enriching environment for their child.
