Echoes Nursery

We have had such a lovely experience with the nursery so far. From the very beginning, all the staff have been incredibly kind, attentive and caring towards my son. They have made what could have been a difficult transition so much easier for both him and me as a mum.

A special thank you to Abeerah and Rhianne, who have been absolutely amazing. They are so patient, caring and attentive, and you can really see how much they care about the children. They always keep me updated and reassure me when I'm worried, which means so much to me.

Honestly, all the staff members we have met have been wonderful. My son is now settling in so well - he plays, eats, sleeps and, most importantly, he is smiling and enjoying himself! Seeing him so happy there makes me feel so reassured that we made the right choice.

Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of my little boy. We really appreciate everything you do!

Excellent daycare! Our child always wants to come back. The teachers are super involved and engaging. They helped her integrate into this new environment, even though we have just come to the UK. It's very clean, the food is really good and diverse.

I have seen the Echoes nursery visibly improving, even in the event of having more babies joining out of a sudden because the other nursery for the Uni staff rated with the worst grade at Ofsted. The communication with our parents is great through phone calls, app messages and the verbal feedback everyday when we pick our child up. Our child enjoys going to nursery everyday without any convincing. Moreover, we are a multilingual family and we don't speak English that much at home, but our child speaks and sings in English that sometimes surprises us, thanks to the members so staff here communicating with him nicely.

My son has attended this nursery since he was one, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care and support he has received. The staff are kind, welcoming and genuinely care about the children. They have helped him grow in confidence, develop new skills and become much more independent.

Our 15 month-old twins have started in Echoes this September following the very positive experience we had with our eldest who was there since he was one until end of August when he moved to reception in our local school. The staff is very helpful and they care about the children development. The management staff is always there to help and accomodate parents' needs and request. More importantly, they actively ask for feedback and act upon it making improvements and changes around the facilities

I wish less staff change happens in the future as children like to bond with their key person. If the key person changes soon, children may not feel as secure and happy as they were previously.

Echoes has gone through a huge transformation since my child started there in 2023. The new manager has created such a warm, welcoming nursery. The home links are great and the preschool provision is above and beyond.

Pleased that my child attends nursery at Echoes and is being nurtured by caring colleagues across the different rooms. The transition was managed positively and I was regularly informed of what was happening. Staff know my child and have been encouraging them to develop alongside the EYFS framework. I appreciate how communicative the app helps me to stay in tune with what's happening when they attend nursery.

They are a fantastic team. Our son has Downs Syndrome and they've been very thoughtful of his needs and how he can develop. He's starting to interact more with others thanks to the adults in the room and they keep us up to date with his activities. Definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

One thing that has particularly stood out is how attentive the staff are when it comes to children's safety and wellbeing.

My child attends this nursery and he loves coming in everyday he gets really excited and overall enjoys his time at this nursery. The staff and management team who all work at this nursery are really down to earth and help you out when you need it the most, the menus at this nursery are also really good and nutritious!

My child loves coming to this nursery. And looks forward to coming everyday. The staff are all amazing and the food is very nutritious and menu is varied. The outdoor space is large considering the city centre Location.

I must say your staff is top of the class and amazing. They're very gentle and friendly with my son who seems to have social anxiety. They're very gentle and have helped him interact with new people and make new friends. Jannat is my favourite as she's always making sure my son is okay and always check up on him and not just him everyone else. She treats my son the same as with the other kids and that has allowed him to really develop these past couple of months. Jannat thank you so much for your service.

Our daughter has been at this nursery since she was 14 months (she's now 3 years 4 months) and her confidence is growing and growing. The preschool room particularly is fantastic, with thoughtful activities and friendly, lively staff members. We love that staff from the baby and toddler rooms occasionally come into the preschool room for a while as we know our daughter loves to see them. Our daughter had allergies when starting at the nursery and although there were a couple of minor incidents, the nursery's response was brilliant. The way they constantly look for improvements to the nursery (in this area and others) is exemplary. They have a range of home learning activities available often, and a wide selection of books for children to bring home. Our daughter took a long time to settle at nursery in the beginning but now I drop her off and she laughs and waves whilst getting her breakfast ready.

I am very happy with the care my child receives at Echoes Day nursery. Staff are attentive and caring, always putting the children first. The nursery frequently hosts stay and play sessions giving parents the chance to interact with children in the nursery environment. Communication is excellent and staff are always happy to provide updates. My child has come on leaps and bounds since attending two days per week.

Our daughter has been going to Echoes for 3 months - she has settled in really well to the baby rooms and loves all the staff who are brilliant. It's a very welcoming, warm and safe space. The food menu is fresh/varied and the activities are fun while helping with learning - she has made noticeable developmental progress in a short period of time. I'd definitely recommend.
