My daughter really enjoys going to nursery she settled in really well and made a few friends. The staff are friendly and caring my daughter has a good bond with them all. They helped me with toilet training and trying new foods, really appreciate them.

My nephew has attended Echoes since he was baby and what I love is how Echoes always feels like home. He attends school alongside the nursery now and when he returns it always feels like he has never been away. The staff are welcoming and inviting and they always put heart into everything they do. He
really enjoys his time in the nursery and one of his favourite things is the outdoor play area and the climbing frame. For City Centre, it is a brilliant area.

I have two children currently at Echoes and they are both really happy and enjoy going into nursery every day. The staff are very helpful and friendly and I know they take good care of my children. The nursery serve good healthy meals and my children love them and always come home telling me what they
have that day! I would definitely recommend Echoes to anyone looking for an amazing city centre nursery!

We have recently experienced settling my grandchild into the nursery and cannot praise the staff team enough for their time and patience. Our granddaughter was born in lockdown and she hasn't seen many other people which made us feel anxious about her starting at nursery but it also made settling in
very difficult but the staff team took it slow and moved at her pace. They provided reassurance throughout and she is now fully settled.

Both my children have been attending Echoes for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the level of care and love they receive every day. My son has been going to Echoes Day Nursery since he was a year old. Now, almost 3-years has passed, and I couldn't be happier with our choice! He has learned and developed so much through all these years, and the staff were always there for him. Everyone in the nursery is very helpful, and they really
care about the kids.
I know that in a few months my son will leave to go to reception and I am sad that he will leave the Echoes environment and the staff with whom he has connected so much.

Both my children have attended Echoes (in the old setting and the new setting) and were happy and settled. The staff are excellent with the children, which made me feel very comfortable leaving them in their care. My eldest daughter still talks about her keyworkers as she built such a strong bond with
them!
The range of activities Echoes does with the kids are brilliant - stimulating, creative and challenging. Both my children loved the meals provided, which were all home-cooked and gave them the opportunity to try new tastes regularly.
The new setting on is lovely - clean, bright rooms with a great range of toys and activities for each age range and great outdoor space.
I can't recommend Echoes enough if you live or work in the city centre!

Echoes nursery has been like our second home, and the staff take care of children like they are family members. This is my second child in the nursery, and I wouldn’t have them anywhere else. The nursery is always developing, growing and providing the children with everything they need to learn. I found
my settle in sessions very well planned and what I liked was that they were adapted for us, as my child struggled at first to settle the nursery extended the sessions and helped to put my mind at ease. My child can now not wait to get to nursery and is always very excited to see the staff each day.

My son joined Echoes when he was one year old and he's now reached pre-school age. We are very fortunate to have found such a nurturing place for him and watch him thrive throughout these years.
I can remember how worried I was when my maternity leave was over and had to part with him... if you're
in the same position, rest assured that your little one will be in great hands. All the staff are wonderful - caring and loving and you can see they are invested in what they do (the variety of activities they come up with is astounding!). The management is also very good and approachable. The recent addition of an online platform means that I can track my son's development and see photos of daily activities, which we love.

Our son is just over 12 months old and joined the nursery a few weeks ago. The staff have been wonderful in welcoming him (and us) in. We had the chance to have a settling in period, which was very well structured and thought out. During this time, we observed first hand how his key worker and staff
interact with him and other children and the kind of experiences children get during the day, which are all very positive. Although just a few weeks in, our son has gained confidence in being around other children and adults and has been enjoying learning new things. The food menu is well balanced and nutritious. Getting quick reports during the day about what's been up to is great. His key worker sends us also more detailed reports and reflections on our son's activity and development, which demonstrate attentiveness and care. So, the early signs are all extremely positive and we feel we've made the right choice with Echoes.

I would highly recommend this nursery. My son really enjoys coming to echoes, playing and exploring, and he gets on very well with the staff and children. The staff are very caring and friendly and made my child feel welcome and safe during his time at echoes. He looks forward to coming back to echoes
to see everyone now that he has gone to school.

Fantastic nursery. Baby's room staff is amazing, especially the staff member who cares about our baby. She made things so easy for our settling sessions and we can see that our baby enjoys his days spent there.

The nursery has a lovely manager and staff. The nursery environment is perfect and very clean. The staff make amazing activities with children. They look after the children like a family member. My daughter really likes to go the nursery and she is very happy there. I extremely recommend Echoes Day

My son has attended this nursery since he was 14 months and he is now 2 years old. The amount of progress he has made whilst being at the nursery is amazing, his speech and social skills have come on so much and it is often acknowledged by family and friends who have kids that don’t go to a nursery,
just how well he is doing for his age.
All of the staff are friendly and very welcoming, my son talks about them all at home constantly, particularly his key worker.
I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

I'm very happy with Echoes. Our daughter settled in very quickly due to Echoes' nurturing and friendly approach. She has made a lot of friends and has a good relationship with the staff. They learn something new every day, which helps to develop my daughter's learning, and I love that they play outside
in the fresh air. Everybody at Echoes has always been so welcoming, informative, kind, helpful and supportive with anything we have asked. Thank you for being so wonderful with our daughter!

My two children have been at Echoes Day Nursery for nearly 3 years now. During their time at Echoes they have flourished - growing in confidence, independence, and understanding. The staff are warm and caring and truly dedicated to the well-being of the children. They are brilliant at planning activities
centred on the interests of the children, going above and beyond to engage and challenge them. My son, in particular, has experienced some behavioural issues and Echoes has been amazing in identifying his needs, planning for them, and working to support him and help him progress. We are (sadly) leaving in September for my son to begin school, but he couldn't be any better prepared for it after his time at Echoes. They have worked to support his transition every step of the way. I cannot recommend Echoes Day Nursery highly enough - I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful staff and the time the children have spent with them!

This is a fantastic nursery with great staff, a wonderful overall philosophy and new (and much enlarged) premises. I now have my fourth child there and have only positive things to say about the care and attention that she receives. My wife and I could not be happier. The nursery manager, her deputies
and all the other staff members are so dedicated and hard-working. Our daughter has developed in a truly spectacular manner, not least through the loving attention from her key person. She is always keen to go to nursery, even though she is only two years old. She loves her key person and all her friends, and it is hard to imagine a better environment in which she could thrive.
So a big thank you to the manager, key person and all the other lovely nursery teachers at Echoes.
