Friendly, hard working staff. Organised management who keep us informed and are easily contactable. Detailed report and handover at the end of day. Regular activities and time outdoors. Informed of any injuries/illness promptly.

I can't recommend The Cottage Nursery enough!

We would recommend this nursery and the staff.

It is also a benefit to us that this nursery is a little bit cheaper than the last one, which is quite incredible given the level of service they provide.

I think the nursery is very well organized and good with communication. I think the activities and engagement that you set up for the children is great and so enriching for them. I also feel very confident in the overall "progression pathway" for children from the infant room into the older classes that work on school readiness.

My son has settled in wonderfully at The Cottage Nursery and the care and support shown by the incredible staff team has been exceptional. My son absolutely loves going to nursery each day and as a single parent, this is so reassuring ! He has come on leaps and bounds in the few months he has been attending nursery and I would highly recommend to any families in the area.

My son has just come to the end of 2 years at The Cottage. His brother attended before him, so we knew he was in safe and caring hands. He has had a wonderful experience at The Cottage. The care and attention the staff pay to each individual child is mirrored in their wonderful bonds with them. My son adored going to nursery. They have provided him with so many learning activities and experiences, from classroom activities to their weekly French and Jo Jingles sessions. He has left for 'big school' with a fantastic understanding of phonics, already attempting to decode words, wonderful social skills and excellemt spoken language skills. They have fostered a genuine love of learning through Montessori style learning opportunities and most importantly through play! Thank you to everyone at The Cottage, we will miss you!

The Cottage is such a wonderful nursery! All the staff are amazing. My daughter absolutely loves attending every day. They do so many activities and communication is excellent. I know they genuinely care about each child.

The Cottage Nursery is exceptional. My children started when they were 12 months old; my son is now 3 and is in Prep 1 Junior and my daughter left last summer and started school in reception September 2023. The outstanding level of care has been consistent throughout the years and in each room as the children progress in their development. Both of my children absolutely love their time at nursery; the staff are nurturing, loving and want each child to thrive in the amazing learning environment. The educational aspect of the nursery is unparalleled. Both of my children could read and write at 3 years old due to the nursery's strong emphasis upon phonics, reading and writing that begins when the children are very young. My daughter when she started school was hugely ahead of her peers because of the incredible foundation of learning she secured whilst at the cottage. My children have a passion for learning which the nursery has instilled in them and all the children.

My child has attended since 9 months old and has been in Badgers, Butterflies and is now in Pre-prep. Every single member of staff that has worked with my little girl has been excellent and she loves going to nursery. Her development since starting The Cottage has been incredible and I can not recommend them highly enough. They are incredible!

This is an incredible nursery that has a perfect balance of fun, creativity and education. I can’t believe the level of care, compassion and kindness the staff have. My daughter skips into the nursery every day excited to greet her friends and see the staff. Every day they have brand new activities with lots of outdoor play, playing with the nursery pets and trips. It feels like a family, every staff member knows the children so well and bends over backwards to find things they enjoy and like. My second daughter has just started and the process has been so much easier thanks to the amazing staff.

Really impressed with the staff, experience and progress that our daughter has made whilst at The Cottage Nursery. We are excited to be sending our second daughter here over the next few weeks. The feedback we get from staff about our daughter each day is excellent and she always comes home with a smile on her face having learnt something new and exciting.

The Cottage Nursery staff are absolutely unbelievable! They always go above and beyond for all the children and not only do they do a great job of looking after the children but you can tell it’s more than just a job for these girls, they genuinely love and care for the children. Every day my kids look forward to attending nursery and they always come home with full bellies and big smiles on their faces!

My daughter has been at the nursery for just over a year now and I couldn’t be happier, we viewed several nurseries in the Trafford Park area and the cottage was by far the best and I am certain I made the right choice in nursery my daughter has thrived so much since starting here the staff are brilliant and the setting is beautiful could not recommend this place enough.

Both our children have attended and have thrived here. We feel very much part of The Cottage family, the staff go above and beyond every single day.

Very impressed and reassured by the care provided to our son. The team are friendly and professional. The facilities are great and overall we feel that our son is beginning to thrive due to the overall experience.

We are so delighted with the nursery. We moved our second child here and are delighted that we did. The staff are very caring and professional and the culture is clearly very good (something our first child’s nursery lacked!). Our baby is so happy and has been in the nursery for 10 months now. We recommend the nursery to everyone - it’s loving, kind and fun! Some days I wish I could stay!

My son has been at the nursery for a little over a year and is super happy there as are we with the nursery overall. The staff are amazing, the building/environment is clean and safe and all the kids always seem happy and occupied doing some kind of activity.

I looked at a number of different nurseries in the area and none come close to the standards of The Cottage.
