Both my little ones attend here. Eldest started in Feb 2024. Never had any issues very attentive to detail and love how multi cultural they are. They cater to all dietary needs and super careful with allergens. Would recommend this nursery to all parents.

Such a warm atmosphere, my son loves it here, he has settled so well into his first term with their brilliant settling in sessions, he walks in happily into the setting daily and loves the girls. All my queries are dealt with promptly and the Pre- school staff are brilliant (Khadija and Charlotte) always give lovely feedback reassuring me they are trying their best to support my child.

The nursery has really supported her developmentshe's progressed with potty training, trying new foods, and has become much more confident, playful, and social. She loves being there and enjoys playing with the other children.
The nursery is clean and tidy, and Zahra always comes home well cared for, with no mess on her clothes or in her hair. It's clear the staff really look after the children.
One small improvement could be more regular updates, weekly or at least every two weeks with pictures and details of daily activities. This would help parents feel more connected to what their children are doing. More activities outside too

My son began attending Bright Horizons earlier this year and he absolutely loves it. His face lights up as soon as he sees the nursery doors, he adores all of the girls who work there. The setting is wonderful, it is always clean and tidy in a morning with plenty of toys and activities for my child to choose from.
I always recieve positive feedback about my child's day at nursery, staff are happy to answer any questions I have & always have a smile on their face, and emails/messages are responded to promptly. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others!

Amazing nursery! Our son has been with Bright Horizons since March 2024. The staff have been great and reassured a nervous first-time mum and dad so much and made us feel very involved with our son's time with them. He has come on leaps and bounds and developed so well. He comes home from nursery so happy and often babbles the names of staff. We genuinely love our son attending Bright Horizons Bolton Day Nursery and Preschool and couldn't recommend enough.

My son has been coming to nursery for just over a year now. The settling in sessions when they first start really helped settle him in. He absolutely loves coming to nursery. He talks a lot about some of the staff when he's at home. The staff are knowledgeable and really friendly. He's come on leaps and bounds since starting here.

My son has been attending this nursery since 2 he is now 4 and he loves it, the manager and staff are amazing they always do 110% for me and my boy, nothing is too much for them. They listen to him and meet all his needs and support me also. My son still gets upset after 2 years of attending and I feel always reassured that I’m leaving him in safe hands. Thanks again couldn’t recommend a better place to leave my child knowing he’s getting looked after as good as I can.

Colette has been with the company for three years but began her journey in childcare 30 years ago. She holds a Level 6 qualification in Childcare and Development and brings a wealth of experience within the childcare and education sectors.
Colette is extremely passionate about her work and is truly committed to ensuring each child receives an outstanding, high-quality experience. Her dedication and expertise make her a valuable addition to the Bolton Family, where she looks forward to contributing to the development and well-being of every child in her care.
Naomi has been with the nursery for 8 years and is Level 3 Qualified. Naomi has progressed from Nursery Room Leader to Assistant Manager through hard work and dedication to the nursery.
She has a wealth of knowledge in childcare and education her expertise is nursery environments to implement all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage to ensure our children have outstanding environments to grow, learn and achieve their full potential.
