Brilliant Nursery! 5 stars in everything! Such a warm atmosphere, my son loves it here, he has settled so well into his first term with their brilliant settling in sessions, he walks in happily into the setting daily and loves the girls. All my queries are dealt with promptly and the Pre- school staff are brilliant (Khadija and Charlotte) always give lovely feedback reassuring me they are trying their best to support my child. The management is excellent Thanks Collette!

My daughter has come such a long way since joining the nursery. It took her a couple of weeks to settle in, mainly with drop-offs, but she quickly grew comfortable. She initially bonded with one key worker in the baby room and another in the toddler room, and over time she's become more open to all the staff. The nursery has really supported her developmentshe's progressed with potty training, trying new foods, and has become much more confident, playful, and social. She loves being there and enjoys playing with the other children. The nursery is clean and tidy, and Zahra always comes home well cared for, with no mess on her clothes or in her hair. It's clear the staff really look after the children. One small improvement could be more regular updates, weekly or at least every two weeks with pictures and details of daily activities. This would help parents feel more connected to what their children are doing. More activities outside too Overall, we're very happy with the nursery

A fantastic nursery and brilliant staff! My son began attending Bright Horizons earlier this year and he absolutely loves it. His face lights up as soon as he sees the nursery doors, he adores all of the girls who work there. The setting is wonderful, it is always clean and tidy in a morning with plenty of toys and activities for my child to choose from. I always recieve positive feedback about my child's day at nursery, staff are happy to answer any questions I have & always have a smile on their face, and emails/messages are responded to promptly. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others!

Excellent nursery with incredibly caring staff. Provisions they provide are next to perfect. My child is autistic and the support they provide her is more than anything I could have ever hoped for. Highly recommend.

Brilliant nursery with excellent staff. Amazing quality activities within the room keep children occupied. My child has come on really well since starting nursery and has bonded well in her new room, making new friends. Staff keep us updated daily through the app which is ideal!

My little girl has been at Bright Horizons Bolton Day Nursery and Preschool for two years, she was a very shy girl but within a few weeks, she had changed and learned so much. The staff have been absolutely amazing with her and with us. We have had so much help with potty training too. I couldn't thank the staff enough for the amount of effort and care they have put in, in making my little girl more than ready for reception.

Caring and engaging staff, always going above and beyond. Take the time to get to know each child and build confidence and skills whilst having fun. It's always hard to choose where to leave the most important person in your life. Bright Horizons Bolton Day Nursery and Preschool was an easy decision.

Amazing nursery! Our son has been with Bright Horizons since March 2024. The staff have been great and reassured a nervous first-time mum and dad so much and made us feel very involved with our son's time with them. He has come on leaps and bounds and developed so well. He comes home from nursery so happy and often babbles the names of staff. We genuinely love our son attending Bright Horizons Bolton Day Nursery and Preschool and couldn't recommend enough.

It's been more than a year that my son has been coming to the nursery. The staff are very accommodating and considerate. Never had a problem. My son loves going to the nursery and is very attached to all the staff.

My son has been coming to nursery for just over a year now. The settling in sessions when they first start really helped settle him in. He absolutely loves coming to nursery. He talks a lot about some of the staff when he's at home. The staff are knowledgeable and really friendly. He's come on leaps and bounds since starting here.

Nursery has been a great start for my little one in pre-school, he has settled in well and is happy and the staff are great. With my child having multiple allergies the nursery has gone above and beyond to reassure me in all aspects.

My son has been attending this nursery since 2 he is now 4 and he loves it, the manager and staff are amazing they always do 110% for me and my boy, nothing is too much for them. They listen to him and meet all his needs and support me also. My son still gets upset after 2 years of attending and I feel always reassured that I’m leaving him in safe hands. Thanks again couldn’t recommend a better place to leave my child knowing he’s getting looked after as good as I can.

Our daughter is thriving at the nursery. She started when she was only 12 weeks old and she’s just turned 1 the care she gets from all the staff and the fun she has is a credit to the team. The facilities are fantastic with loads to do for the children and babies.

My son has been with Bright Horizon since he was about eight months old. He’s four years now and in preschool and I have had no regrets whatsoever. I want to thank you for all your hard work, patience, love and dedication to the children, helping with potty training, caring when they were not feeling well, making everyday a fun environment to go to which was also very important and most especially doing all you can to get them ready for the main school. These mean a lot to us and we want to thank all the team for their hard work.

This nursery is a home away from home for my little one, and the staff are family to her. The work, care, and dedication they put in is noticeable every day: she comes back happy, energetic, and full of new knowledge. This review is as much a sincere thank you to the wonderful staff who show up every day for my daughter as it is an encouragement for new parents who are yet uncertain about choosing to be reassured that their little one will be much loved here.

So impressed with the level of care. All staff are very friendly and attentive! My daughter always has the best time and always has a smile on her face when she leaves! Could not be happier with the nursery!

Love the nursery. My kids always come home happy. They are always having something exciting happening, such as PJ day! They have really tried to cater for my kids being fussy and listened to our concerns. All the staff are friendly and really actioned some plans to help my kids. My kids have developed so much, especially in their speech and behaviour. I find it reassuring and enjoyable to find out what my kids have been doing at the nursery through the app and know how much they have eaten or pictures of their learning.

My son joined preschool last year from the nursery there at Bright Horizons Bolton. He has many friends and loves going. The preschool has exceeded my expectations, they have clear plans for what they will be teaching the children through fun and playful activities. I know this as they have their own app and update me via email on everything they've covered that day with pictures and explanations of what they're working on so I can continue at home. My son's confidence has grown so much and I know he will settle in school when he goes because of how the girls make it a joyful experience. The full nursery is managed really well as the girls have been there with my son from the start and if anything is asked there's always someone wanting to help. They've recently been cooking with their chef who comes into class to show the preschool children and get them to make their own to take home like pizzas, scones etc which is a lovely touch. All the girls are amazing with my son.
