We had such an amazing experience at Stepping Stones! Our child attended for almost 3 years and she loved it! We highly appreciate the kindness and supportive all the staff was while we were part of the nursery! They did an incredible work with our kid! We will miss you Stepping Stones! Stepping Stones is a really fantastic nursery. All members of staff are friendly and approachable, and really care for each child. We are so happy with the progress both of our children have made whilst in their care.

We moved our daughter from another nursery to Stepping Stones just after her first birthday. Tomorrow she starts reception at the local primary school, so it's a big milestone for all of us! From the moment we first visited this family-run nursery, we knew our daughter would be taken care of and she settled very quickly. The staff work incredibly hard and are invested in the children's wellbeing and development. Her language skills and social confidence have come on leaps and bounds. Every milestone has been handled with care and attentiveness, the team were always there to offer additional support and advice, addressing any worries we had as first time parents (also from the 'lockdown' era!). Our daughter has absolutely loved engaging with trips to the local parks, visits from the emergency services, and regular yoga classes. The meals are of a very high standard, security and communication are always very consistent. A brilliant nursery, highly recommended.

I cannot fault Stepping Stones at all. We moved from another nursery where he would be so upset when we got him home, constantly sick and the turning point was a number of incidents where no one could give us a full account.

Since the move, he is a completely different child, the happiest little thing I've ever known. The team in the baby room are fabulous. I have complete confidence in his care and wellbeing, as well as his developmental support and most importantly his happiness!

Issues are taken seriously with plans and risk assessments, we have parents evenings where we can learn where he is with developmental milestones and plans are made on any areas we can work on as a team and loads of fun opportunities for us to get involved!

It really feels like an extension of us, which is something I never thought I'd write as a nervous first time mum and we are so pleased with the choice we made to move here.

Shoutout to all the staff and those in the office for giving me all the guidance and advice on everything childcare cost-related!

I cannot write/say a bad word about Stepping Stones, my daughter has been attending since just before she turned 2 and her development has come on leaps and bounds! The staff are so professional and so lovely too! I really cannot say anything bad! Everything about this nursery is fantastic, from the facial recognition to enter the building to the fantastic play areas for the children, the spacious rooms full of activities for the children even the variety of healthy meals served to the children. I really will be sad when my little girl leaves Stepping Stones.

As a mother, it's so important to know your child is left in the care of professionals and a safe and clean environment and I can confidently say Stepping Stones delivers this.

She will certainly miss Stepping Stones, thank you so much for taking care of her.

Our child has been at the Stepping Stones Day Nursery for three years since he was one year old. Our experience has been very positive, and we feel confident leaving him at the nursery. They provide fresh, delicious, and healthy food, the facilities are excellent, and staff are friendly and approachable. I would like to thank all the staff and the managing director for all their help, support, and kindness. Overall Stepping Stones is a caring environment and I can't recommend it more.

Our time at Stepping Stones Day Nursery has been a truly wonderful experience, filled with love, learning, and growth of our child. Throughout the time our little one spent at the nursery, we have been consistently impressed and deeply grateful for the exceptional care, attention, and education provided by the dedicated team of teachers and staff. I visited a few nurseries prior to Stepping Stones; however, I knew straight away this was the nursery for my son! Absolutely brilliant! The staff are incredibly supportive. My child’s needs were met and attended to! The nursery is hygienic and clean. I could not have asked for a better experience for myself and my child.

Firstly, I would like to leave some feedback following the Mother’s Day stay and play session yesterday morning. The staff in the red room are brilliant; you can really see that they work well as a team. Everyone was engaging with the children, and it was nice to see how included each child was during drinks time and singing and sitting together. I am very impressed and happy to know how familiar each staff member is with my child, considering he only does two mornings a week at the moment. I am also very pleased with his transition from the baby room and how friendly the staff are that still work there. As a first-time mum, I am very happy with the care he receives whilst at nursery; he is always welcomed at the start of the session, so please pass this on to both baby room and red room staff members!

We are really thankful to everyone who looked after our son and gave him a great start.

My son has attended this nursey for 2 years nearly and it is exceptional in all areas such as cleanliness, variety of food offered (catered for individuals' needs), activities and interaction with children, development strategies for individuals and most importantly the staff are amazing to say the least. My son has had an excellent time with Stepping Stones and I couldn't thank the staff enough for all the time and effort they have given him and other children to help them in their development. Special thanks to one staff member who has been very attentive, caring and supportive to my child and another staff member for her support with the referral to Speech and Language Therapy.

Stepping Stones is the first nursery for my two-year-old daughter. She loved it and was so happy there and leaned a lot. The staff are kind, friendly and always willing to help. We are very much pleased with their service and would highly recommend this nursery.

My 3-year-old daughter joined Stepping Stones just before turning 1. The team has been amazing with her, and we are greatly thankful for their kindness to our little one. She absolutely loves going there every morning, and I am sure being in the nursery has helped her develop her self-esteem and knowledge of the world.

Stepping Stones Day Nursery Ltd has been fantastic. My daughter has really thrived here and we have been really pleased with the progress she has made. All the staff are fantastic, particularly in the yellow room. Everyone we have met has been attentive, helpful and has always put our daughters needs first. We are sad to be leaving but we are so glad we got the chance to experience the nursery.

Within days, the staff knew my son so well. He's now coming to the end of his third year now (sadly disrupted by Covid) and still loves it. The staff are professional and friendly and clearly love what they do. The environment and facilities are stimulating and changing. He has learnt so much more than I could ever teach him at home, and there is a clear attachment between him and the staff.

We don't have enough words to say how professional, helpful and lovely the staff has been (two ladies, for example, are outstanding), but also how much positive impact this nursery has had on our daughter's development. She was there as early as 7-months, and Stepping Stones has been fantastic, and we already tried another one before, so have a point of reference. Would definitely recommend it!
