My son loves nursery and most of the time he doesn't want to leave!

This is all thanks to the wonderful team that has cared for and supported our daughter throughout the whole of her journey with you all. We are very proud and would like you all to know how much our time at Stepping Stones meant to us. So a big thank you to you all. We will miss you.

Overall very impressed. The nursery has recently been extended and is bright, colourful, with lots of toys and equipment. All the children were happy and enjoying lots of activities, helping them to have fun, explore, learn and interact with each other. The staff were helpful when I visited and were caring and professional. The outside space is bigger than many nurseries we have visited and is safe, fully enclosed with lots of toys and equipment to use. Love the coloured rooms to identify which age range is catered for.

Both of my daughters have attended Stepping Stones and in the 5 years we have been coming, I have never had any reason to complain about anything. The nursery was recommended to me, and both my eldest daughter and I loved it from the very first time we looked round. The girls adore all the members of staff, most of whom, have been there throughout the five years. They eat home cooked meals they probably wouldn't even touch if I tried making it, and always more that one portion without fail! My younger daughter suffers from eczema and they have always applied her necessary creams and ointments frequently and met all her additional needs.

Every member of staff is friendly, welcoming and caring and the atmosphere is always so positive, no matter what time of the day. I leave them knowing they are safe, well cared for and above all having the most amazing time ..... I could not think of anywhere else I would want them to be! Thank you so much Stepping Stones.

I would recommend the nursery to anyone my first born son started at 9 months old and I still recall feeling at ease at work knowing and trusting that the staff at Stepping Stones would take great care of him. I value the fact that most members of staff are extremely maternal and are fantastic with the children. My daughter will be starting Stepping Stones in January 2016 and I am confident that they will deliver a fantastic service. The staff have helped my son beyond words they are a credit to the nursery and I am extremely grateful for all their support, patient and care towards him. I hope that you continue to do extremely well as a nursery. As a parent, one of the hardest thing to do is to leave your child with anyone, but as a nursery, you have made this part a bit easy for me.

The level of care within the nursery is outstanding! One of my daughters is an introvert and the other an extrovert, both have come on leaps and bounds during their time here. Having their personal needs being tailored for individually.

I myself am sad to be saying goodbye, never mind my Daughter. Thank you especially to the staff, an amazing run family nursery, to say you are the proprietors and how down to earth and welcoming you are is the key to your success. Also not forgetting the amazing team behind you from the yellow room all the way to blue! Congratulations on your expansion and we will miss each and ever yone of you!

My daughter attended from the age of 18 months to 4 years. We have found that the care given to my daughter has been brilliant. The staff are really supportive and my daughter has always formed a great bond with the wonderful members of staff.

Wonderful environment for the children, and the staff are all brilliant. My children love going to nursery its a shame my eldest is going to school now, I would have kept him there for another year. Thank you for being great !!!

Before I chose this nursery my son was in other and he can't be accustomed. In Stepping Stones he was happy very soon, every time when he came back he was happy and ready to go there again. I will recommend this nursery for everybody who's working, professional staff and very friendly place.

My daughter has been attending Stepping Stones for nearly one year she has attended other nurseries before, but since she has been at Stepping Stones she has developed really well in all her areas... She started in Green room 1 and loved all the ladies, she formed some good relationships with the ladies as well as the children, she then moved to blue room 1 and she enjoyed it very much. She is now in blue room 2 and she loves it, she has a very special bond with one of the ladies in blue room 2. All the ladies from both blue rooms are really nice and friendly and always ready to support... I know my child is safe and been looked after.

I honestly cannot imagine a better nursery than Stepping Stones Nottingham. The care and appreciation they show to each child makes every family there feel special. Every baby and toddler is cherished as they grow into a pre-school. As the children grow they are gently introduced to education through play, learning to investigate the world and learn about it in fun and innovative ways. An integral part of this is Forest School where the older children take well supervised trips to nearby parks (one of which borders the nursery grounds) to learn about nature, create natural art, learn about seasons and plant bulbs and spot animals. Staff need to have obtained at least an NVQ2 to work there so they are all well qualified as well as dedicated. Most importantly though my daughters 1.5 and 6 live it there.

Since starting the nursery I have found my charge to be very happy and content with her environment. The staff who care are very attentive and provide all information when collecting.

Since my daughter started attending stepping stones I feel happy and at peace with myself "the guilt of leaving your child/children while going to school/work". The facilities and staff are always happy to explain things as well as all the updates of my child while she is there. This has really made me feel at ease and not feeling guilt of leaving my child in care. Stepping stones have families at heart. What a fantastic nursery.

My experience since day one has been absolutely great. The previous manager and all present staff were all welcoming and supportive! In situations such as when I experienced unemployment the team were very understanding and supportive until I found new employment. In cases when my child was ill, all their policies and procedures were executed very well. The day to day feedback of my child's day is always given in such a way that as a parent I do not feel like I have missed out on my child's day. The work they educate the kids with is really well presented to both the children and the parents. I always feel that the staff and team are working with me and I with them when it comes to my child's development skills and well being! I love this Stepping Stone Day Nursery and I would truly recommend it to anyone!!

My daughter has been attending the nursery (yellow room) for the past 3 mths and she has been wonderfully looked after. The staff are lovely and very caring towards the children. The food is great, they offer a wide variety of meals. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other people.

My daughter attended Stepping Stones (Blue Room) for just a brief period of time, due to relocation. She has been exceptionally happy here and progressed very well. The staff are caring, thoughtful and accommodating. The food is excellent and varied. My daughter loves the outdoor space and all the staff. Thank you Stepping Stones!!

The nursery itself is clean, safe, and have good places to allow the children play. The staff are friendly. Of course every thing has something negative, however, the thing I noticed the most was that sometimes I bring my child at 10:45 am, and the staff of her room always say that she will not have lunch because she came late even though her place is full time. This is not acceptable at all.
