My son has been going to Paper Moon since 2020 at the branch of West Bridgeford, when we moved to Aspley and due to their excellent service, we chose to be with them in spite of the long distance. They work hard to provide the best daycare. The manager is so kind and helpful. I would recommend them
definitely to my friends and relatives.

My daughter has been attending Paper Moon Day nursery for 1.5 years, and I'm very happy with the care. I love that the staff are very friendly, professional, and regularly update me on my little one's daily activities.


The nursery staff does a great job at making exciting activities for the children

and celebrating all kinds of cultural events and holidays. My daughter has been moving from full-time to part-time and vice versa, and I appreciate that the nursery manager was flexible to arrange that within a short period of time.

My sons love the nursery, as a place as well as teachers there. He's passed through a very long and crying journey until he got used to the nursery, so well that he never wants to leave and always asks when is his next day in the nursery. Me, as his mum, I'm very satisfied with the care and variety
of food and activities kids have there. Football wednesdays are the best for my little one, as he loves playing with the ball. The teachers are always friendly and their positive attitude is very recognisable. Can fully recommend that to the new kids.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last two and half years and I can say that the nursery is very good and all the staff are professional, always met with a smile. The nursery in total has a positive vibe and the staff have a friendly attitude. They always try to nurture a close connection
with kids so that they feel like a second home. Regular updates regarding a child's progress is available through an app, catch up calls and face to face. Nursery always makes sure they celebrate all festivals, special days and occasions (eg: Seasonal festivals, Halloween, Eid, Diwali, Valentines Day, Chinese New Year, World Book Day, Red Nose Day, Mother's Day), thus children are aware of those and they learn to have an inclusive culture. Nursery always welcome parent's ideas and opinions. I also want to appreciate the nursery manager for the timely communications and details.

Fantastic nursery, with great staff who are extremely friendly and great with the children. Both my children started at the age of two and settled in really well, never any problems, staff are always on hand and there if you have any queries or concerns. Would one hundred percent recommend this nursery

My child started nursery here last year and it is local to my house. Before starting nursery I asked friends with small children to recommend a nursery as the last nursery I used for my older son was in lady bay, Nottingham. Three friends of mine said how lucky I was now that I had moved house to have
an excellent nursery, Paper Moon Lenton, more or less on my doorstep. Within days my child was settled and very happy every day to arrive at nursery. All of his dietary needs are met, and the staff are just wonderful. I am so pleased I chose this place for him he is a happy child.

Our daughter has been attending Paper Moon Day Nursery in Lenton since March and at first, we were really apprehensive about her starting a nursery due to the current pandemic but all the staff at the nursery have been so supportive and understanding. They have put our mind at ease as they follow the
strict safety measures put in place and they have no problem with me contacting them at any time just to check on our daughter. We also get regular updates and photos are sent over on Tapestry so we get to see what our daughter has been getting up to. My son attended Paper Moon when he was younger and he absolutely loved it and after meeting the nursery manager for our induction we knew we had made the right decision by sending our daughter here. We love the fact the nursery itself is quite small, it gives you that home from home feeling. The staff are always attentive to the children and it's clear to see how much the children enjoy being there. We cannot thank the staff enough!

My 3 years son has been going to Paper Moon Lenton Nursery for almost 1 year and a half now and we absolutely love it. I can see the growth and learning every day! The Director is awesome and such a loving and understanding person! The staffs are great with so much heart and a caring mindset. In the
beginning, I was very worried to send my little one to a nursery due to the hygiene issue, which you may face in some nurseries! However, this nursery is clean and careful about hygiene. One of the most important things is when you have any notes or comments, it is taken into consideration and addressed directly and very carefully! The director and staff really make an effort to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment, and we’re very thankful to the director and the whole team at Paper Moon. My son was very shy before sending him to the nursery, but now he is very confident and very excited to go to the nursery every day!

Staff are always happy and smiling and have supported my grandchildren and offered advice and support around learning and development. Although nursery has a wonderful range of activities, it would be nice to see more ICT. Love the variety of food on offer, it really reflects the nursery; it's healthy
and very balanced. My grandchildren often talk about helping prepare food and baking with the chef.

Paper Moon Day Nursery - Lenton really is an amazing nursery. The staff are so welcoming, they are really attentive to the children’s needs. My son was so shy and only used to being at home with me but he settled in instantly and within a couple of weeks was asking to go everyday! The indoor and outdoor
areas are homely, clean and full of good toys and equipment. The food they provide is always amazing and they include meals from all the children’s cultures. The staff go above and beyond for the children, they provide fun and educational activities everyday and keep us updated with pictures and in-depth descriptions of all the fun the children are having via an app. The nursery is run very well and in the eight months that my son has being attending, I have not had any problems or issues. The staff have really made me feel so comfortable leaving my son, knowing he is in such good hands. They care for all the children so well and are so friendly.

Due to Covid-19, my daughter's day-to-day nursery closed for six weeks. They decided to only open for key workers' families and because both my husband and I work from home, we are not key workers. Our daughter had nowhere to go for around six weeks. We rang Paper Moon Day Nursery - Lenton and explained
our situation. It is challenging to be in full-time jobs and look after our daughter. The nursery staff were super kind and helpful. They took our daughter in and treated her very well. My little one is so happy to go to nursery daily, and sometimes when I pick her, she had so much fun that she does not want to go home. Thank you so much for everything.

Lovely staff and nursery, my child thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery to explore all the different ranges of activities they provide. Great communication skills between staff and parents and getting feedback on collection. My daughter is very happy at nursery and I would recommend this nursery to all.

Great Nursery and lovely staff. Our son has been attending the nursery since 2017, and is now in preschool and has always been cared for brilliantly. He absolutely loves it there, they have so many activities going on, lots of stories, numeracy and literacy sessions. Our son is already able to count
to 10, recognise numbers and he knows some initial sounds. Cannot recommend the Nursery enough!

From the time I inquired about a place for my daughter, the staff seemed welcoming and friendly. It was in September during COVID-19 restrictions but I was able to visit the nursery safely after hours and see the setting. The nursery has a car park and is a good distance away from public transport.
I was anxious about leaving my daughter for the first time at 7 months but I was reassured that she would be fine and comforted if she needed. The nursery uses an online platform called Tapestry where they communicate and update parents on the children's daily activities. My daughter was exclusively breastfed and didn't take a bottle but settled in well and sometimes took a bottle from the nursery, otherwise, she was given plenty of food. She doesn't cry at drop off or pick up and is happy to go to any staff member there. The nursery encourages parents who speak another language to continue doing so with children. Staff always listen to parents and work together with them. Highly recommend!

This nursery goes above and beyond to support you in any way they possibly can and if they are unable to they will point you in the right direction and support you through as much as they can.
They engage with you and your child very well.
They have a good understanding and listen to your views.
My
little boy has come on so much with this nursery so much I pulled him out of starting mainstream school till a later date as he's coming on so beautifully there.
They're very nurtured and cared for in such a high standard, I know 100 per cent, my child is being taught well and cared for in high standards and taught such beautiful things.
I'm very grateful for all the staff and the part they all play in supporting us as a family unit, not just him going to school. They really show they care.
I'm deeply grateful and thank you for everything you have done for us.

My children have been going to this nursery for the past 6 years. This year especially, the nursery have adapted well to the covid 19 pandemic. They have been completely supportive of my child's learning and always encouraged learning by play and discovery. They have carried out Zoom calls so all the
children can see each other and have kept in regular contact with parents through Tapestry, and face to face handovers.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone to help aid their child's growth and development.

I was very apprehensive about sending my daughter to nursery as I had been a stay at home parent for two years and we had formed a strong attachment. This coupled with the national Coronovirus lockdown at the beginning of the year, meant that my daughter was very wary of strangers and didn’t like being
apart from myself and her dad. Despite all of this, in the space of a mere two weeks in September 2020, she settled into Paper Moon with absolutely no issue. She now talks about the nursery and the staff *all* the time and is always excited in the mornings. The staff are all wonderful, friendly and accommodating; they’re more than happy to chat to you about any concerns you might have about your child and also keep you up to date with any achievements or milestones your child has reached. Her language and social skills are constantly improving due to the environment created in the nursery with a full range of activities available. Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, to be honest!
