Paper Moon Day Nursery - Lenton

I have always been pleased with the care my child has received at Paper Moon, however, under new management, the nursery has made significant further improvements. Every day there are now purposeful activities set up for children to explore, and when I have been in to collect my child, there is a sense of calm and that children are happy and engaged in learning. The whole nursery has been freshened up since the new manager started, and it is now an even more stimulating and inviting environment. I am delighted with the caregivers who look after and educate my daughter. They have made a significant effort to get to know her personally and when we speak to them, it is clear that they have a plan for her learning and that they value her achievements. My daughter adores her grown-ups. It is clear that the fresh input of the new manager has encouraged a major step forward. We will be sending our second child with no hesitation and we give the team the highest recommendation.

I am pleased with the progress my children have made in the nursery. They both are full of confidence and have a wonderful time. My children are happy and enjoy the wide range of educational activities. The staff are caring but at the same time, I would like to have more parent's evenings to discuss my children's development. The management team should ensure effective communication with parents. I also think preschoolers should be pushed to do more challenging learning activities.

I am really pleased with the nursery's conditions and with the staff. My son has learnt a lot of new things and he has improved his English.

The staff are kind and gentle with the kids. My son has learnt so much since going to the nursery and he is excited when we leave him there.

I was worried my 10-month-old son would find it hard to settle so young, as well as only attending 2 days a week, but the staff at the nursery are so friendly and lovely, he settled instantly. They really listened to us at 'settling in' visits and helped put our mind at rest. My son has now been attending the nursery for over a month and loves it! He smiles at all the staff when we arrive which shows he's happy and settled. Keeping up to date on tapestry is fantastic - it goes straight to your phone so you can see photos and observations, which are lovely to receive during the day. Having a key person is fantastic but equally, you get a real sense of 'team' in the nursery and I know my son would happily play alongside all of them. Overall I couldn't be happier and I'm so grateful I found this fantastic nursery to help nurture, and guide my son, as his inquisitive mind grows! Thank you!

The staff are great and welcome you with a warm smile and welcoming hugs for the children. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I am very pleased with the nursery that my daughter was attending for half of a year after we had moved to the area. She is especially very happy with the activities they provide, like yoga or French and as she is a good eater, she enjoyed all the cooked meals. The ladies are friendly, caring and joyful. Children spend a lot of time outdoors and the nursery has a big backyard with lots of outdoor toys. I wish there were more adult guided crafts, where children can produce some curtain craft objects, rather than doing whatever they want with all the craft supplies (carefully supervised though). Overall our experience is very positive, my daughter started crying and not wanting to attend and ended up running happily to the nursery with a big smile on her face.

This nursery is totally great my daughter went there as a baby and is still there now and my son goes there to. The staff are great my daughter absolutely loves it here, I would recommend this nursery 1million percent staff are amazing and they have many different things for the children to take part in aswell, it is an absolutely amazing nursery

As a parent, I am so pleased with the manner in which Paper Moon Nursery is run. I have found their team to be committed to their roles as nursery practitioners. M son is able to take part in a wide range of activities which have aided his early year's development. I have found the staff to be extremely friendly and caring. My son looks forward to the days he goes to nursery and so do I as his parent. I'm proud to be part of Paper Moon Nursery.

I am very happy with the care provided for both my girls as they have both attended the nursery. The nursery is very focused on the children's development and encourages all the children to take part in the activities to provide.
