Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' Paper Moon Day Nursery (November 2022) is a purpose built nursery with a bright and modern interior that enables children to learn in a caring environment. All early years practitioners are highly-trained and committed to quality care and education, assisted by an outdoor play area, meals freshly prepared on site and a bio-metric security system.

Key EYFS objectives are adopted, as the team look to help set the building blocks for life. There is a focus on getting to know each individual, made possible by a key worker system that allows the team to respond to any specific needs and keeps parents up-to-date with progress.

Fantastic nursery. My daughter started in Babies last September. She loves going! Her keyworker has a lovely relationship with her. She has some specific dietary needs, which I was nervous that a provider could meet, but it really has been no trouble for them. They created her a food diary and ensured
she has as close to what the other babies eat as possible.

My son has been in the nursery for over one year from the toddler’s room to the preschool. The teachers are all nice and patient. My little boy has got his friends during his time at nursery. He is shy and a bit timid but he loves the nursery. Every time I pick him up, he’s happy.

My daughter loves going to Paper Moon. The staff are very welcoming and she settled in instantly. They have great facilities, equipment and activities to ensure she remains engaged throughout the day. She’s always occupied with some sort of activity when getting picked up and always looks forward to
the next time she’ll be there. Additionally, we’re kept up to date via their app with photos and videos of all the activities that she does during the day and the developmental goals they seek to achieve. Overall we’re very happy with how it's going.

The care and development of my child is brilliant. They taught them many things while playing. He improved in his confidence and learnt how to be engaged with other fellow kids after joining the nursery.
They do very well in teaching them manners and other daily lifestyles through different day-to-day
activities.

My daughter has been going to Paper Moon Lenton for around 18 months and she absolutely loves it.
She enjoys being at nursery and socialising with the staff and other children.
A friendly, family-like environment but still professional.
My daughter has come on leaps and bounds in the past year
and a half and Paper Moon has definitely had an amazing impact on her confidence, her speech and her all-round development.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My eldest was there for 3 years and my youngest is still there. They have always been super supportive, whether that be helping with toilet training or accommodating us on different days in the holiday. My Son attends this nursery setting and absolutely loves it. All staff members are very attentive and you can see they all have great relationships with the children there. I've noticed a difference in my child's development since he has been within the setting and am very grateful to the management
and staff there. The nursery itself is very clean and there's always a mixture of activities to support development. Nothing is ever too much for them and it's always great to know your child is in the best of environments once you drop them off. Thank you!

Our daughter started at nursery when she was 7 months old, she has settled into nursery life really well and thoroughly enjoys her time there. The day is adapted to my child's needs accordingly. Since my child started eating solid food she has been able to try lots of different foods from around the
world, through the amazing menus the nursery has. The staff are all kind, caring and enthusiastic and have the children at the heart of everything they do. My child went on holiday to the seaside. The staff took the time to print photos off I had sent them for when my child returned to nursery. They also had lots of sand and water play out for her. As they knew she had experienced this while on holiday. For me, this demonstrates them going above and beyond expectations and their passion for caring for the next generation.
The manager is very hands-on and knowledgeable, she is approachable and is enthusiastic around the children. You all do an amazing job, definitely an outstanding nursery!

Our daughter has settled in so nicely to this hidden gem of a nursery. It stands out from the rest because its so small, so all the staff know all the children and they form a close bond. The manager, is very hands on and has always been flexible and really helpful. She knows all the children really
well and will also resolve any issues asap. The staff always incorporate whatever is happening at home into daily play, e.g holidays. They also went out of their way to celebrate my child's birthday week. My daughter loves going to Paper Moon, she calls all the team her friends and shares many happy memories, also reflected in the way she has developed so well since she started in October 2021. I can't fault the nursery, the staff have all been super friendly, approachable and reassuring whenever I have first-time mum fears. They adapt their day accordingly, have great meal plans and words cant describe what a great job they do, keep up the outstanding work Paper Moon, Lenton!

My child has been at Paper Moon Day Nursery since she was nine months. It was not easy trusting someone to look after your child but Paper Moon were reassuring and gave us enough sessions to settle in until we were both ready. The staff are very nice and do a good job looking after my little one.

This was the first nursery my daughter went to and she absolutely bloomed there. The staff are great and she also developed great eating habits since she has started. She now eats everything. The nursery environment is very clean and friendly and both of my kids really enjoy their time there and have
