Overall Experience

Little child joined a couple months ago, really pleased with everything. Excellent service, staff and managers really go out of the way to help and make sure everything is perfect and my needs have been met.

Was a little nervous about sending my child to nursery as I would rather him be looked after by me or my wife, but I'm really pleased with the results especially in the short period of time. His behaviours, as well as intelligence, has improved by a lot. He is a lot more well behaved and is a pleasure to take out in public now!

Really impressed with Educare, can't thank them enough. The best nursery I've visited, so glad my child is there. I'm excited to see what he's learnt today!

Keep up all the good work :)

Many thanks.

Overall Experience

What a lovely nursery, we are so lucky to find this total gem on Pelham Road. We have two children one a baby and in the Pre-School room. EduCare started us off with a few free supervised visits to get them slowly used to it. This really helped me and their dad feel more at ease. Our children have come on immensely since joining, the staff are warm, friendly and so helpful. They work tremendously hard playing, nurturing and caring for all the children in their care. When we collect both children the staff ensure that we know as much as possible about their day and anything they feel is a real importance to us. They kindly give me calls to make me aware if either child is feeling unwell or if they feel that one of the children needs to visit the doctor, which I personally find very helpful. The management team are excellent the manager is very welcoming and will offer us support whenever we needed it.

I started my journey in early years just over 15 years ago!

I have an open degree where I mainly focused on early years but also did a year in primary education and did research studies that also focused on childhood studies. I have my forest schools’ level 3, level 3 in speak and language and I’m also an accredited language lead.

I have so many favourite moments working with children it would be hard to choose. One of the things I enjoy the most is when you make incredible relationship with the children and know their individual personalities, so you can tailor their experience to meet their needs and make it fun and exciting.

Another element I love about working with children is when you support them and see them achieve their goals, developmentally or even just like this week when a child was very nervous about using the climbing frame. The child needed lots of help and reassurance from me to use the climbing frame, to then getting up on it by themselves and then completing it with little help and watching them smile and be proud of their own achievement.

I think what attracted me to work in nurseries stemmed all the way from my early childhood. I have very positive memories from when I was in nursery and loved my nursery teachers. I then went on to do my work experience in early years settings and loved it! I suppose I wanted to be that teacher (miss honey) and give children the best early years’ experience where they are nurtured and can grow into the best little people they can be.
