Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Bingham

Really pleased with the nursery. My son has attended since he was 7 1/2 months and has always enjoyed himself. He now runs in every morning - he can't wait for the day to start. The staff are caring and are willing to listen to any concerns that you may have. I was happy to hear, that on the unusual occasion of my child not liking the dinner provided, there was another option for him to try. His physical, emotional and mental ability has developed continually and is recorded and reported back on a regular basis.

The main thing is that I feel my child is safe and happy there.

My 2nd child has just started in the baby room in Jan 2018 and I am absolutely delighted to see that nothing has changed; we had such a positive experience with my eldest son I was worried my expectations would be too high but I shouldn't have worried. The staff are incredibly loving, caring and patient with my son and in the few short weeks he has been going to Serendipity is a more confident little boy. He is super happy every morning to go in and happily, goes to any member of staff who are all equally wonderful!

My eldest son is still in the Preschool room within Serendipitys and they are equally as amazing. Seeing our son getting ready to start school being guided and steered by the staff in a play driven manner is just fantastic. Absolutely nothing I can fault the nursery on and have 2 very happy contented boys to prove it!!

From the warm welcome at the door to the excellent personal feedback on my child's day, I cannot praise this nursery enough. The fact that my child is always eager to attend and has such a happy and engaging experience surrounded by caring and talented staff, is testament to the outstanding provision provided. I would recommend the nursery without hesitation and suggest anyone considering it to make a call and arrange a visit to see it for yourself.

Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Bingham is an excellent nursery.

Since starting with Serendipitys at the age of 9 months, he has grown in confidence and has developed in many areas.

I love the fact that Serendipity's take my son swimming every Tuesday, as again I can see that his confidence in water has grown and he is slowly learning to swim. Furthermore, he has been learning French once a week.

My son has suffered from severe allergies, they handle his condition really well and accommodate his needs.

I couldn't fault the nursery and would recommend them to anyone.

Staff are very friendly. Management are flexible and accommodating. Our daughter enjoys it very much and would not hesitate to recommend to others. She learns so much from the staff and other children.

I have already recommended to friends. We moved our son to the nursery last November having moved areas. Wish we had made the move earlier, he has gained so much confidence in all areas including speech which he has had difficulties with. The staff are truly amazing and supportive with a friendly and professional attitude, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. Above all, they really listen and act on any queries or concerns you have, whether that be an issue in nursery or helping when contacting external sources of support.

This is an incredible setting. I am so pleased my son attends here.

The staff are engaging, always enthusiastic, and operate a setting that is full of activities, and focus on the whole child.

He loves it, and that's the most crucial indicator for me.

My little girl has been at Serendipitys since January this year and has settled in really well due to the amazingly kind, caring and devoted staff. I have been kept well informed of her progress and felt like I could discuss any aspects of her care with the staff at any time. We had a very poorly little girl in April and the managers went beyond the call of duty to assist me in getting her to the GP and then to hospital while my husband was away on business. They didn't leave my side until they were certain my little girl and I were ok. I never expected it but it went a long way in showing that they not only care for the safety and well being of the children but also the parents. Their approach to accommodating working parents is also really flexible, far more so than previous day nurseries I have dealt with, and this makes life that little easier. My little girl is very happy here and loves all her carers and little friends. You know what they say, happy baby = happy mummy!! :)

My daughter who is now 11 went to Serendipitys and thoroughly enjoyed her time there, before going onto school. Now my 11 month old son goes 2 full days a week, he is loving his time there. I've never had a problem dropping him off, he's always so excited to see the lovely girls that look after him. He sleeps and eats well, also the structure of how they make the children progress through stages is fantastic. Even as babies having targets to hit. I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are all so lovely.

Our daughter has been at Serendipitys 3 days a week since she was 9 months old. Initially joining the little babies room then transitioning on to big babies, then toddlers and on to her current preschool class.

Whilst her key worker and management have always been intuitive and proactive to our child's development, tailoring tasks according to her capability, they have also been extremely supportive of our feedback and ideas (when I'm being a pushy parent!).

Our friends and family a genuinely amazed by our daughter's knowledge and ability for her age and this is in no small part down to the environment at Serendipitys and the way in which her key workers engage her imagination.

Thanks to Serendipitys we are calm and confident that our child is more than ready for school and thank them for all that they have done.

Both my children have attended Serendipitys Bingham since they were 7 months old and I have to say that it's a fantastic place! The baby room is a calm, safe and loving environment to leave your little ones and the toddler room is full of fun and structured learning which has helped my eldest develop into a well rounded and confident little lady. The staff are local, friendly, dedicated and leave me safe in the knowledge that my children are happy and being taken care of. I couldn't recommend Serendipitys Bingham highly enough to anyone - I mean where else do they have a purpose built mud kitchen?!

Both of my children have been with Serendipity's Bingham since they were 8 months old. They are now 3 years and 2 years old. I cannot thank or praise the girls who care for them enough. My daughter had some issues early on with her walking and the nursery were very supportive with regards to this.

I feel that both of my children have come on so well whilst being there, their general play, feeding, speech is fantastic and I feel as a working mum I would not have been able to put in the time to get them to the stage they are if I hadn't have put them in Serendipity's. I would definitely recommend this nursery to my friends and family, I would not hesitate to put any other children I have in there either.

Both of my boys have attended Serendipitys nursery and the care they have received has been excellent. The staff, facilities, food and resources are second to none. The boys have enjoyed the activities and play and the newsletters and Facebook page keep me updated with events.

My son has had an absolute fabulous experience here since Sept last year. We love the care that is given to my son. I like the way I am welcomed every morning, the warm friendly environment. I love the diary dates and all the events planned. It makes me very proud my son is here. I love the menu plan. My son is always delighted to be staying for tea. Nothing is ever too much hassle. I think the nursery nurses are fantastic, always gave time for a chat. I like the way I can organise care for my son whenever I need it.

Both of my children have been at Serendipity's in Bingham from babies, so I have had a child there for the last 7 years. The staff are brilliant, really accommodating and make you feel like your child is important and individual to them as well as you. The facilities and food are great and there are always extra trips and activities to support whatever subject they are covering. I would not hesitate to recommend leaving your child with them, it really supports their independence and helps them develop in a safe, loving environment where you don't have to worry about them once they have been dropped off.

Both my children have been at serendipity's and I can honestly say they have both flourished into great kids due to the care and learning they have had at the nursery they both thoroughly enjoyed their time at the nursery and I could not recommend it highly enough.

My son attends nursery 4 days a week he has a lot of fun and enjoys his days the staff are extremely lovely and work around our needs they are very professional in their role. I am so pleased I chose this nursery for my son as i feel the staff have helped build my trust in looking after my son I highly recommend Serendipitys to everyone that is thinking of enrolling the child at nursery they really are fab.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 1 and is currently in her final year before school. I have been really impressed with the grounding that nursery has given my daughter in preparation for school. I find all the staff extremely welcoming and helpful, especially first thing in the morning when I am always greeted with a warm friendly smile. The baby room in particular were fantastic at understanding my child's individual needs and being able to accommodate them. I have been really happy with the nursery and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We are so pleased we chose Serendipitys, it is a massive thing to leave your children in someone else's care but we have always felt very confident that they are being very well looked after and are having a fantastic time.
