Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Bingham

Brilliant, caring staff. Always enthusiastic, and my daughter loves it at preschool. She's learnt so much over the last year and become really independent too with the personal skills that she has developed so well!

A fantastic nursery! My child started here in February, and nothing was too much to ensure she had settled in well. My daughter absolutely loves her days at Serendipity’s and is always excited in the morning. There is a great deal of care taken in the small baby's room, and they always do a very detailed handover. All the staff are lovely, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice for my daughter.

The staff have all been great. Our son has a milk allergy, and we’ve always felt this has been well catered for.

Both our children attend Serendipity’s, and we have only ever been happy with the nursery. The staff at the nursery are very approachable and caring. Our eldest daughter often speaks about her key worker(s) and explains that they showed her how to do something eg, how to put her coat on or to make sure she washes her hands before she eats. Facilities are good and adequate outdoor provision too. We are also happy with the variety of meals offered and how great the nursery has been with our food choices and allergies. Staff put a lot of time and effort at the end of the day to explain what they have been up to and how much they’ve eaten and slept etc. If there were any issues, I would feel happy to contact the nursery and/or speak with management too, which I think is important as a parent for transparency. Overall, very happy!

My son started in January, and he absolutely loves it. He settled in so quickly, and the great staff are to thank for that. The range of activities they do with the children is fab, and very happy with the varied meals they provide too. It's such a comfort to know that my son is very happy when he's at nursery, meaning I can go to work without any worries!

Our daughter has been going here 3 days a week since she was 9 months old and she absolutely loves it. She has developed so much in the last few months and always comes home happy. She loves the soft play and sensory rooms and is very well looked after.

Both my children are really thriving at Serendipitys Nursery. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and both my children love attending, which makes mornings much more pleasant. They are always in communication about the topics the children are working on, and the summary at the end of each day gives a good insight into their activities. The management team have been really helpful with any questions I've had and is always happy to help. I would 100% recommend this nursery!

My son could not be happier and better taken care of than ar Serendipitys. It is like a home from home, and all the staff look after the children like they are their own, developing extremely strong bonds with each other. The range of activities and resources are incredible, as are the meals. I cannot recommend Serendipitys Bingham highly enough!

Serendipity’s are absolutely fantastic! My child attends 5 days a week, and the staff are incredible with my little girl! I would not have her anywhere else! She has excelled in her speech and overall cognition since attending this nursery! Thank you to all the staff!

Fantastic nursery with lovely, friendly staff! My older child went a few years ago, so when I went back to work after my second child, I didn’t hesitate in sending her to Serendipitys. She has been going since she was 10-months-old (now 18-months), and she loves it, never any problems dropping her off, and she has lots of fun and does so many great activities.

The staff are absolutely amazing and take in what we ever we say to them about our child. They saw my worries about sending my child to nursery and did everything they could to ease my worries. My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery and can’t wait to go in. She is usually really clingy, but she goes straight in without any issues at all.

They are really friendly, and I always feel like he is in excellent hands.

Both of my daughters have attended Serendipity (one has since moved on to school), and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The facilities are excellent with a wide range of activities provided in a safe and clean environment. Having attended throughout the pandemic, I have seen the staff and management respond to the changes and continue to provide excellent care. The management is great and is always willing to be flexible according to our needs. And this professionalism is reflected in the rest of the staff. They are always caring and take the time to know the children and deal with their needs. Both of my girls have gone in happy each day and come home having had a great day. One of my daughters has additional needs, which were actually picked up on and highlighted to us by the nursery. They have been brilliant in helping us as parents come to terms with this, making referrals for additional support, and putting us in contact with the relevant authorities.

We have been so impressed with Serendipity's since enrolled our daughter last year. The staff are all highly professional and caring, and the facilities are superb. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since she started attending, and we've recommended the nursery to all of our friends and family. They are a superb organisation, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
