Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Bingham

Confident on the day that I left my little boy that he was going to be happy and settled. I knew that if he was upset at any point he would be quickly cheered up and his mind put onto something else. Lovely members of staff who helped him settle in and listened to all my worries and concerns.

I have to say that his learning has come on in leaps and bounds since starting back in September and the staff always tell you what they've been doing that day. There's always a great atmosphere and I know that when I leave him that he's happy and well looked after and I don't have to worry.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Serendipity's - always welcoming, happy and enthusiastic. Communication is good and I am kept informed of what my daughter has been doing/eating throughout the day - always a wide variety of activities including outside play, soft play and my daughter loves the new guinea pigs! I really enjoyed having a parents evening and looking through her development folder to see how much she has been doing but the main thing for me is that my daughter is happy to go to there and more often than not, runs straight into her room to play with not so much as a backward glance!

Serendipitys have the most polite, wonderful staff. My oldest child started the school in January, and she has come on so much in the months she's been there. My youngest started in September and she's coming along so well. Everything they do and have done with my children is amazing. I couldn't of sent them to a better school because Serendipitys is the best pre-school going. The activities are different every week, my oldest always brings home a lovely drawing. I would just like to say a massive Thank you for all the staff for everything you have done and are doing for my children. I'd defiantly recommend your school to family and friends.

They treat every child as an individual and they work with parents to develop the children in fun and exciting ways. A wonderful nursery that I'm sure we will use for many more years to come.

Our daughter has been attending Serendipity's since she was 7 months old. We have always been happy with the care and attention given to her. All of the staff are friendly and easy to approach. Now she is nearly 3, she loves all the activities that she does in the toddler room and the transition ready to go to pre-school has been fantastic. All of the staff are very patient with her and make sure she is always happy. The communication to parents is really good and I feel updated at the end of the nursery day. The management is brilliant and the extra little touches they do for charities and on special days like Halloween and Christmas is really good. I would definitely recommend this nursery to my friends and family.

We decided to enrol our daughter into nursery and had planned on visiting numerous establishments in the area

Everyone looked happy to be there, the children laughing and playing all team members being very friendly everything look organised clean and very efficient.

We had two more appointments that day but after walking out the door these appointments were cancelled.

Everything felt homely and friendly exactly what we wanted not just daycare.

The team in the baby room are great and have encouraged our daughter to do so many things and she has a special bond with her key care person.

Every morning we are greeted at the door by a big beaming smile from her key worker which always makes her smile and puts everyone coming through the door in a good mood.

I like the fact that during my first parents evening I was amazed at the level of work they do monitoring her and writing down the little things she does and needs to do to move on to the next area of development.

And when picking her up they are more than happy to sit and discuss at great length what kind of a day she has had what we can do at home to bring her on further with little tasks and the most important thing ever they listen to you and not just get you out the door.

All 3 of my children have attended Serendipitys and we couldn't be happier with the care they've received. The staff are brilliant and so helpful, I can't speak highly enough of them. My son left in September to start school but still likes going back to say hello to everyone when he picks his sisters up.

My daughter loves going to nursery and always returns with a smile on her face and I am also confident that she is being well looked after. The staff are always friendly and keep me updated. The meal options are excellent and there are always plenty of interesting activities provided for the children to learn and have fun.

I would highly recommend this nursery.

They have always been extremely flexible should I need to swap a day or book additional days. My daughter loves going and enjoys her time when she's there and she always has something to bring home at the end of the day. The ladies in the toddler room are exceptional.

Our daughter has Auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder. our daughters key worker and the deputy manager, have worked with our teacher of the deaf to assist her with her time at nursery. The TOD was impressed with the nursery teams enthusiasm and knowledge.

Staff at Serendipitys continue to amazing me with their continued dedication in creating inspiring day by day activities for my son to get involved with and learn from and then turn these into themed seasonal events for all the family to enjoy. Harvest Festival sing along and Halloween week were fabulous! It is also a real pleasure to be greeted by a friendly face at 8am in the morning and then again at 6 when we bounce out the door. I would highly recommend Serendipitys nursery, the staff create a caring and friendly environment in which both our children have thrived and enjoy their time there. As parents we have found staff to go above and beyond our expectations and to always be so accommodating and welcoming. The variety of activities is fantastic both during the days when our children attend and for special events outside of regular nursery days which are always well supported. We had no hesitation in sending our second son there and always felt confident that our children are being well looked after and enjoying their day!

There are always lots of themed activities going on which really help the children to get interested in different things. Whether it be baking competitions, French lessons, football or golf lessons, there are always fresh ideas and things to get involved with.

Serendipity's is wonderful! I can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family or friends. My daughter joined the nursery when she was eight months old, and although I knew she would be fine, I was as a first time mum, a little nervous about handing her over to people that I didn't really know. I shouldn't have worried at all, as they made this process so easy.

The staff are warm, friendly, caring, upbeat and so easy to get on with. They really are a credit to the nursery. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I was so impressed, when a couple of weeks ago, I took my seven year old step-son along to collect his sister, and one of the staff members (who doesn't and hasn't looked after my daughter) remembered his name. He has only been a couple of times! He had a big grin on his face that they had remembered him! Each morning though, my daughter is greeted by her name as the door opens, no matter which member of staff it is.

They offer such a wide variety of activities, as well as teaching her new skills to help her as she grows and develops. She is always coming home with something she has drawn or made! The rooms are well equipped and they have plenty of space to play. The indoor and outdoor play areas are lovely and everywhere is really clean. My daughter loves spending time there. The menu is varied and she clearly enjoys the food as she seems to eat everything!!

Ultimately, I want my daughter to be happy, and everyone at Serendipity's go above and beyond to ensure this. I love the nursery and so grateful to everyone there that makes growing up and learning so much fun for my daughter!

Our daughter has been at Serendipitys for two months now but it feels like she's been there longer! She has settled in very well and the staff have supported both her and us as parents through the transition to nursery life. She has noticeably grown in confidence around other children and adults and she often brings home pictures and things she has created. She has bonded very well with the staff who have got to know her preferences amazingly quickly. As a family we were naturally daunted by the prospect of our child going to nursery for the first time (at 9 months old) but we have been pleasantly surprised by how settled we are into our new routine. Nursery have been able to accommodate our requirement for 3 days without any hassle. We would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone considering childcare in our area.

Serendipity Day Nursery in Bingham is a wonderful nursery. My son has been here since he was 10 months old. He loves nursery so much and runs into the building as soon as the door opens in the morning. The staff are all friendly and caring towards the children. My little boy has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and made lots of friends. Serendipity provides parents with regular newsletters and updates. Parents are also provided with a diary on their child's progress and what they have been up to on a daily basis. I would recommend Serendipity to any parent.
