My older son went to Serendipity's Day Nursery. He was very young and the staff with there warmth and kindness took care of him for me in a way that impressed me. This was a no brainer for me when I had to bring my second born that I did not think twice as to where to take him. Serendipity's is one
of the best nurseries I have ever come across. I would not hesitate to recommend it to someone else.

My son has attended Serendipity's since he was 10 1/2 months old (he is now 3 1/2). I have always felt confident and happy leaving him with the welcoming staff within the nursery setting. He has developed so much since being there and always seems happy when I drop off and pick him up.

We moved house when our daughter was 2 years old, so we left our previous nursery and started at Serendipity's. She was never really settled or happy at her previous nursery, but from her very first visit, she loved it here. She never cried even on her visit so we know instantly that this was the right

From our first visit to the nursery, we loved the friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We know our child gets the best care and his development is paramount. The values that the nursery have fit well with what we want for our child. Like taking the children to the old peoples home to mix with the older
generation, using sign with all children and feeding them proper food not just fish fingers and chips! We love the nursery and look forward to our child growing up and experiencing the different rooms and learning, playing and enjoying himself as he goes.

Two of my grandchildren attends this fabulous nursery. The eldest is now in pre-school. Each stage of her development has been carefully managed by attentive staff. I am impressed on their open-door invitation for parents and carers. The new building has accentuated the high quality of care and education
with its terrific resources. Each child has a designated member of staff who is well equipped to deal with individual needs. The children are stimulated and shown an excellent opportunity to engage in fun activities, play and learning. Security and child protection is a priority, children feel safe there.

My daughter has been attending already for 3 years, I will send my son here when he's old enough. I have recommended to family and friends. It's so nice to leave my daughter with staff in a place I completely trust and know my daughter's supported to learn and develop in every way possible. The staff
are very real and you know they enjoy their jobs and the children love them. The facilities are excellent. My daughter loves it there and has learnt so many lovely and important developmental and behavioural things from Serendipitys. The range of food she eats is excellent and activities such as French and woodwork are amazing for a 3-year-old!

My son has been attending Serendipitys since he was 9 months old. He started in babies and has progressed through big babies, toddlers and is now in pre-school. He settled in so quickly with the help of the friendly staff and has transitioned through each room with ease. He absolutely loves the new
pre-school house with great outdoor areas to explore and develop new skills. The staff are great at letting me know what he has been up to each day and also regular parents evenings to discuss his progress.

My son has now been attending Serendipitys for two years and has moved from little babies, to big babies, to toddlers and will soon be moving up to preschool.
Every member of the team have been wonderful and have always taken brilliant care of him. I often watch him playing as I come to collect him
and he is always having the best time, with lots of fun and varied activities.
My son is Dairy intolerant and they have been fantastic about ensuring that he has a dairy-free, varied diet without missing out on treats too much.
In addition, the nursery have been great about offering flexible days, as my husband is a shift worker. Which is a big help to us.
I have two older children, who both attended different nurseries and I have to say that Serendipitys is my favourite of them all.
I am very happy with the nursery and would recommend to anyone looking for a place for their child.

Our 3 children have all attended Serendipitys and we are extremely happy with it. They have all loved their time here and thrived educationally and socially. The staff are all incredibly caring, friendly, welcoming and professional. With our 3rd child, we could have chosen a preschool at the school
and logistically would have been easier but the other 2 had such a wonderful time there and we felt so happy with the care received and the little trips locally around the town that we didn’t even consider it. I would heartily recommend this nursery without hesitation.

Brilliant nursery. My son has settled in extremely well. The key workers are caring and supportive. He gets up to all sorts of activities which help with his development. We get a detailed summary of each days activities and food, sleep and nappies. Parents evening are also a great way of understanding
his development and what to focus on next. The nursery is flexible and accommodating with half days and swapping days where they can, I am so pleased we found Serendipitys Day Nursery.

My son has been going to Serendipity's since March 2018 and he absolutely loves it. He started part time but is now full time due to me going back to work. Going back to work full time after 2 years at home with my son has been a huge transition for us both, but Serendipity's has made it so much easier
for me and has given me great peace of mind. The staff are all so caring, friendly, helpful and professional. We are always greeted with a friendly smile. I know my son is in safe hands at Serendipity's and as a parent that is invaluable.

Really pleased with the nursery. My son has attended since he was 7 1/2 months and has always enjoyed himself. He now runs in every morning - he can't wait for the day to start. The staff are caring and are willing to listen to any concerns that you may have. I was happy to hear, that on the unusual
occasion of my child not liking the dinner provided, there was another option for him to try. His physical, emotional and mental ability has developed continually and is recorded and reported back on a regular basis.

I have loved my son attending this Nursery and they have always made me feel accommodated with my changing work days and hours. All the staff are friendly and approachable and care deeply about the Children they're looking after. My son has come along leaps and bounds with his speech, manners and social
skills. I have recently potty trained him and the support I have had has been great. They follow any routine you want your child to stay in and I can ring as many times as I want to check on him!
The main thing is that I feel my child is safe and happy there.

My 2nd child has just started in the baby room in Jan 2018 and I am absolutely delighted to see that nothing has changed; we had such a positive experience with my eldest son I was worried my expectations would be too high but I shouldn't have worried. The staff are incredibly loving, caring and patient
with my son and in the few short weeks he has been going to Serendipity is a more confident little boy. He is super happy every morning to go in and happily, goes to any member of staff who are all equally wonderful!


My eldest son is still in the Preschool room within Serendipitys and they are equally as amazing. Seeing our son getting ready to start school being guided and steered by the staff in a play driven manner is just fantastic. Absolutely nothing I can fault the nursery on and have 2 very happy contented boys to prove it!!

From the warm welcome at the door to the excellent personal feedback on my child's day, I cannot praise this nursery enough. The fact that my child is always eager to attend and has such a happy and engaging experience surrounded by caring and talented staff, is testament to the outstanding provision
