Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Bingham

We are so happy with our son's progress at Serendipitys Bingham. He has established great relationships with his coworkers and carers and seems to be thriving in all areas of his development. Thank you to all the staff for all your hard work.

The space and varied activities allow my child to learn each week new things and the food is carried on a 4 week schedule.

Our little boy loves coming to Serendipitys and always has the best time here. His development has come a long way since he started and he has formed bonds with his carers.

Serendipitys is a phenomenal nursery, we couldn't be happier and our little girl loves it. It is so reassuring to know your child is so well looked after. My child adores the staff. I recommend them to everyone.

My little one has been at the nursery since 2022 and she has loved every second of it. She has grown to be a confident, independent and sociable little girl, thanks to all the amazing staff. The staff are friendly and approachable and nothing is too much of a big task. They are compassionate and put absolutely everything into their roles. She has just transitioned into preschool and looks forward to her days, playing in the outdoor environment and exploring activities inside. At the end of the day I get daily updates on what my little girl has been busy doing things, also how she has eaten and any wow moments. Thank you for taking good care and providing me with the reassurance I need. I know she's in safe hands with you lovely lot. It's a 5-star from me!

My child has just moved from Big Babies to Toddlers and the transition has been seamless. She really enjoyed her time in Big Babies and her development has been evident throughout the time she has spent there. All of the staff have been excellent and we hope this continues during her time in Toddlers.

Our little one has been in the nursery for almost one year now. He started at Little Babies and recently moved to Big Babies. Staff treat him like he is one of their own. He’s learnt a huge amount and the staff make him feel confident and loved. There are no daily updates, but we get a rundown of his day at pick-up. As parents, we’ve been supported through his nursery journey so far, both dropping him off for that first day and moving rooms. He has had great relationships with his key workers; key workers have often been led by him and whom he has connected with. We couldn’t be happier with Serendipity.

My daughter has been in this nursery for two years now and I can't sing their praises enough. She has transitioned between small babies, big babies and toddlers and each step has been well planned. Centered around my daughter's needs and always ensuring her happiness. Every member of the team has gone above and beyond and most importantly I know my daughter enjoys her time there. This offers me the reassurance I need to leave my daughter in their care.

Sometimes key information isn’t cascaded down to parents very formally, for example, key staff leaving, which when it affects your child as it’s their key worker, would be good to know so you can prepare your child that they will not be seeing them again.

A great nursery and preschool. My eldest settled in from day one, and is now settled in fantastically at school, had no doubt in our second joining and has been attending preschool since September, has settled in really well and is going from strength to strength. Staff our fantastic there and has a lovely personal feel. Love hearing about all the activities the children have been up to and what they have learnt. The children are encouraged, and the space they have is fantastic, great indoor and outdoor space.

My daughter has been going to Serindipitys since she was one and a half and she has loved every minute of it. The staff are amazing with the kids, and they do fun activities with them every day, and they serve really nice food too. So helpful and nice. Highly recommend this nursery/preschool to everyone I know.

Wonderful staff, cannot fault the care they provide, great home-cooked food, imaginative activities and a superb environment to help children thrive! So impressed with everything and can highly recommend.

My daughter has attended Serendipity’s since she was 6-months-old, and she has always been so happy to go to nursery and has formed strong bonds with staff throughout her time. When she first went, we had struggled to get her to take a bottle, the manager gave me lots of reassurance and supported me in transitioning her to the bottle, and within one day, had managed to get her to take one, which was a huge relief! I’ve found all the staff to be really caring and friendly, and the management is really helpful and flexible if you need to switch days. I have experience of other nurseries in Bingham and had very different experiences (inflexible, rude management, not helpful) but have nothing but praise for the staff and management here, just lovely people, who genuinely have your child’s best interests at heart. My daughter leaves nursery every day happy and having done lots of fun activities, couldn’t ask for anything more!
