Edwalton Day Nursery (Nottingham)

Edwalton Day Nursery has exceeded my expectations. All of the staff are superb and my daughter has made an evident bond with the staff. I would highly recommend this nursery. They have a lot to offer the children here, rooms are full of activities and everyone is lovely and friendly. Edwalton Day Nursery has helped my daughter from 9 months of age. She is now a happy confident toddler! Thank you Edwalton Day Nursery.

The day nursery has been a fantastic place for my son to begin learning. He loves the place!! The amount of progression he has made in such a short space of time has been overwhelming for us. The staff are all great and the interactive parent zone is a great way of showing what he is doing during the day when we are at work.

I have been really happy with the pre-school room at Edwalton. Every member of staff is fantastic and they all bring such different skills to the role. My son loves pre-school. The staff really care about their jobs. I get detailed feedback every day regarding my child. The staff go above and beyond what is expected of them eg helping parents with party invitations and responses, holding parents evening and catch ups whenever requested. I have seen such a big development in my child since he has been in pre-school.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery and settled straight away when he started and during his recent transition to the next room up.

The staff are welcoming, approachable and it's obvious they enjoy their jobs.

Our experience of Edwalton Day Nursery (Nottingham) has been very positive over the last two and a half years. Our little boy is settled there and his development has progressed very well. I like the fact that there is a room for each age group rather than grouping them together (a 2-year old has very different requirements to a 3-year old). The staff are all very pleasant and accommodating and it's possible to talk to them if you have issues. General communication is good.

All the staff at Edwalton are truly amazing and the care that they show to the children is second to none. The activities each day are varied and stimulating and my two children thoroughly enjoy their time here. They eat healthy nutritious meals which just makes life so much easier for busy mums. I would highly recommend Edwalton, it's a fantastic nursing place.

I also wanted to highlight the qualified practitioner in Bumble Bees who dressed my twins up and accompanied them for their nursery photos. We are so pleased with the results. Thank you.

We have just had our second child and the team at Edwalton Day Nursery (Nottingham) have been amazing about preparing our first child for the change - from sourcing books about babies, new siblings etc to encouraging our child to talk about how he felt about the new arrival to producing artwork about her. The staff have been great at helping us manage the transition - I've been really impressed and I am very grateful.

Both of our children love this nursery and have settled in well. They have food allergies which have been accommodated fantastically by the kitchen staff - nothing is too much trouble and every effort is made so that they don't feel left out. The teachers are lovely and all know everyone by name. Our favourite part of the nursery is the garden - it's fantastic and the children get to spend lots of time out there.

The flexibility with 'swap days' is very much appreciated.

Lovely nursery with great outside space and friendly staff. Would have liked to have seen more trips and special occasions e.g sports day, teddy bear picnic ect. where whole parties are involved.

Great place, my little boy loves going. He stands at the front door waiting to go every morning. It helps me with the difficult decision to return to work. I'm so glad he's happy.

Really pleased with all aspects of the nursery. Great staff that teach really well and provide care and fun to both of our children (1 and 3 year olds).

I am very pleased with the service that is provided to my girls during their day at nursery.

My very shy daughter has absoloutley blossomed during the 6 months she has attended Edwalton. The staff are extremely kind, patient, engaging and fun. It is a very loving, warm daycare, and while there are lots of children, the care is individual and the personality of each child is embraced. Management run a tight ship; it is a safe, very well run facility. We are extremely happy with the level of care our daughter receives and would recommend Edwalton highly.

Fabulous staff, friendly, honest, helpful and informative. My daughter didn't settle straight away (wanted to stay with mum). Staff were brilliant in caring and supporting her to help her settle. Providing great honest feedback and helpful advice to me. Staff at are Edwalton Day Nursery fantastic.
