The staff are so friendly with a family feeling touch. I can’t thank them enough for the care they give my daughter. The baby room listens to all needs and changes and so accommodating with change. Highly recommend to anyone, they settled my nerves from day one.
My son (6 and a half months old) started nursery a week ago and has settled in so quickly. He is very well looked after and I am assured that he is enjoying himself with the pictures uploaded onto a tapestry every day and by the big smile on his face when I pick him up. The taster sessions were excellent in getting him used to his new environment and the staff.
I have 2 boys at Alphabet House couldn't be happier with the level of care, learning, activities and understanding the whole team show towards them. The boys love attending and have so much fun when there. I would 100% recommend Alphabet House to anyone!
We are happy with the staff teaching and tracking of the children. We feel well informed on his progress.
The staff are a credit to the nursery and feel the nursery deserves the outstanding Ofsted Report it has.
Our son smiles when he sees the ladies in the baby room, so I know he is well cared for. Communication from management is fantastic, and the variety of events and activities happening all of the time is brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone.
Since our two children starting attending around four months ago, our experience as parents has been nothing but positive, with great staff, a great variety of activities and spaces for the children to play. I would highly recommend Alphabet House to all parents.

Amazing nursery and amazing staff. My child has been at Alphabet House Day Nursery from 11 months old. He has really enjoyed his time at nursery and always comes back happy. All the staff are friendly and really amazing with our son. We can't thank Alphabet House Day Nursery enough.
The staff are excellent. I feel safe leaving her as I feel she is in safe hands and the staff really care about her.
The menu is great with lots of vegetarian options. My daughter has started eating a lot more too.
Also, good activities, messy play, yoga etc and they accommodated my eco cloth nappies.
This nursery is like a second home. My son is so comfortable and confident with the staff, he was even happy to come back after a nine-month break. A big thank you to all the staffing team who have encouraged him to be himself and get him ready for big school.

I really couldn't have picked a better nursery for my daughter. All the staff are amazing, I've seen my child grow so much since starting. I'll be very sad to see her leave.
Our experience with Alphabet House has been absolutely fabulous since our daughter started in 2016. The staff are friendly and great at what they do, they care for the children and we would highly recommend based on how much our daughter loves it there. She has her journey at nursery document and we get to see how she's developing. Great outdoor play and indoor activities but mostly is the staff that make this nursery great.

From the first visit to Alphabet House Nursery (Lowdham) the staff were very attentive to my son's needs. They helped settle him in and offered him lots of cuddles and care when I initially started to drop him off and he was upset. Since then, our son has developed lots of skills and experienced an array of fantastic learning opportunities. He is happy and really enjoys coming to nursery. I feel very confident in the high level of care and support that all the staff provide for him. I highly recommend Alphabet House.

Meet the Team (1)
Hi, my name is Kelly, and I'm the nursery manager here at Kindred Lowdham.
I decided to begin my career in childcare after helping out as a parent at my son’s nursery, and I saw the rewards of working with children.
I now have over 20 years’ experience, as well as a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management and qualifications covering first aid, food hygiene and child protection.
Most importantly, I have a passion for helping children develop and having worked my way up from a nursery practitioner, I now manage a thriving nursery with happy children and caring staff.
