The Parade Day Nursery - Abington

My son has recently joined the nursery and I and he couldn't be happier. He is just over one and is always smiling when we get to the door, he always wants to go to the nursery staff which is a huge contrast to his last place where he was always crying. The staff all seem to have longevity and you don't feel like you're handing your child over to a teenager. The daily updates are really good and they can't do enough for parents and the children. I honestly love the nursery and staff and have such piece of mind when my child is there. I also think it's very competitively priced.

The observations are thorough and at the end of the day for pickup, I get to speak with staff about how the day has gone as well as details on the app. I am happy we picked this nursery, their foundations are reflective of what we try to do at home with lots of educational fun and outside time.

The headteacher is always ready to help whenever the need arises.

Wonderful staff who have grown to know my daughter so well in the short time she has been there. They always go above and beyond to ensure that she has a wonderful day, as well as ensuring she is meeting all her educational milestones. I honestly couldn't be a happier parent and I thank them so much for all they do.

We highly recommend Day Parade Nursery. They are friendly and approachable to kids and parents are kept informed each day of progress and parents evenings. They are well organised, provide a range of activities and explore outside settings. They have helped my child progress academically, progress in life skills and in losing shyness to form friendships.

Our little boy attended the nursery, we recently had to move out of the area otherwise our son would have continued his time at The Parade Day Nursery until he left for reception class. He loved every moment here we as a family would 1000% recommend - well-done guys!

It’s excellent, we have absolutely no complaints. The staff are great and very engaging, and my child’s development has come on leaps and bounds during their time there. We would both highly recommend this nursery.

We have had a great time experience here, so really enjoys his time at nursery and staff have always kept good communication with us. Can definitely see an improvement in our sons development and would highly reccomend.

Both of my children went to this nursery a few years apart and both had a brilliant time. The nursery made a big difference to their development and the staff were really helpful whenever I needed them.

Absolutely incredible staff, worth their weight in god. Played a huge part in my daughter's development and we are very sad she no longer attends as she starts school next week, but I am really grateful to the staff. She misses them terribly.

Fantastic! My whole family has used the nursery since 2006 and we all loved it. Happy, friendly and experienced staff who care about your kids. They listen to concerns and work with you to overcome anything. No matter what, we will always use them.

My daughter has been at the Parade Day Nursery for three years, and I don't have a negative word to say, it is a fantastic early years setting. The staff are welcoming, caring and professional. The volume and variety of activities, arts and crafts, and play that they do each day is impressive. There's never a dull day. I'd happily recommend this nursery setting in a heartbeat, and I'm so pleased I choose it for my little girl.

My daughter has been at the Parade since she was 11 months old and has enjoyed every day. The nursery staff are very caring, honest and welcoming. My daughter loves the staff as her second family and talks about them and the other children all the time. As well as being a nurturing environment they have helped to shape my daughter's personality and she is very sociable, chatty and likes to try new things. The staff keep you regularly updated about day-to-day activities and always greet my daughter with a smile. She strolls into nursery every day without a worry in the world and has built solid friendships and trust with the other children and staff.

My Daughter has been at the Parade since she was 6 months and will soon be getting ready to move on to school and I'd just love her to stay at the nursery for the caring and nurturing environment it has been. I have nothing but praise for the nursery, the staff are all warm, welcoming, caring and friendly. They all know my daughter and have helped shape the little person she is. My daughter talks about the staff in her room, she enjoys spending time with two members of staff, in particular. Each room she has been in she has had a well bonded member of staff she can go too, when she first started. They are all responsive and any questions you ask on drop off or collection are answered. I would highly recommend the manager and the team at the Parade.

Wonderful staff, like a home from home for my children. Always attentive and supportive towards the children and their individual needs. They have also tailored for my child’s dietary needs, which I feel goes over and beyond.
