Albion House Day Nursery located in Grantham, offers quality childcare for children aged from birth to eight years in a fun, happy and stimulating environment.

The nursery consists of three age specific rooms with a secure well equipped outdoor area.

The first floor houses the toddler and preschool rooms, which incorporates a range of child-height furniture, toys and play areas. Children have the option for free play and organised adult led activities throughout the day to encourage independency. The toilets are located nearby and staff are happy to help with toilet training.

The babies' room can be found on the ground floor. This room has been designed as a sitting room and offers a home-from-home environment where sleep and meal routines can be followed to ensure babies feel safe and comfortable. Babies are encouraged to enjoy activities with sand, water, painting and even jelly play alongside lots of quite time, cuddles and singing.

The garden provides a safe and fun play area and includes climbing equipment, a playhouse, a sandpit, mud kitchen, digging area, and a patch where children grow their own plants.

All staff are NVQ qualified and each child is assigned a key person. Breakfast and lunch are included in the fees. It offers funded places for 2, 3 and 4-year olds, (15 and 30 hours). More information available on request.

    Term time only (15/30 per week)or streteched funding (11.3/22.6 per week) available for 3 yr olds and vulnurable 2 year olds, slightly more flexibility with session times, please enquire.
    Funded hours will be deducted from your weekly costs in accordance with our price lists. Please ask for more information.

I could not ask for a better nursery! It is beautifully laid out and presented and the staff are 100%, if not more than, committed to the care and wellbeing of my daughter. I cannot recommend Albion House Day Nursery highly enough. My daughter has attended for nearly 3 years now. The manager and her staff are amazing, supportive and genuinely care. My daughter’s development has been phenomenal which I whole heartedly believe is because of the nursery. They have also been
supportive to me as a parent. They truly do work with you. It’s a kind, friendly and homely setting.

The nursery itself is beautiful, the children love playing indoors and outside, they use the outside as much as possible with the children. My little one loves going and cannot wait till it's her days to go into nursery. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming and treat the children and their family
like family. They are very supportive as a whole. I have had both my children at this nursery both at different times and they have always been as wonderful as the last time we came back with our new addition. I would recommend this nursery and their staff above and beyond to anyone looking at taking their little one to a nursery or pre-school.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 11 months old. They have supported his development exceptionally well. He is always happy to go into nursery and appears to be well-liked by his peers. He has had some delay in his speech, but with their support, his speech has improved over the last couple
of months and continues to do so. The team are very friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to others who are searching for a nursery place. We will be sad for him to leave in August, but on to the new chapter - school.

Albion House is a great nursery, my daughter comes home happy and tells me she has had a nice day and what she has been doing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and it didn't take her long to settle in at all. It is a warm and homely nursery and has great outdoor space too. I would recommend

Both of my children have attended Albion House nursery and it is the best decision we have made. The staff are all wonderful, really friendly, welcoming and the children adore them.

Our daughter started nursery as a shy 15-month-old and is now a confident 3 and a half year old. She has been nurtured and nourished by all the staff at Albion House, they show exceptional care. There is nowhere else I can imagine sending her and she loves going, they have nurtured her in all areas

We needed a nursery for our son and knowing what picky parents we can be we knew it would be a struggle. Until we met Albion staff, right away we felt at home in the nursery and extremely comfortable with the staff. 2 years later and we absolutely 100% made the right choice. The nusery manager the

Albion House provides an excellent standard of care. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, great with the children and very happy to discuss any issue with parents. The various rooms are well equipped and the children experience a wide range of activities; staff ensure the children's key development
needs are met, but also give them plenty of opportunities to develop their own interests. My children have thrived at Albion House and I have no hesitation in recommending it to any parent looking for a great childcare option.

Albion House nursery offers children a lovely environment to grow and learn. The staff are wonderful and are like family. They nurture each child as an individual - they encourage the children to develop in confidence. They learn all the basics that set them up for the next step in their education.

All the staff are so friendly and professional, they have made both myself and my son feel so welcome and at ease. The communication I get about my son is great and the staff are always more than happy to talk and listen about anything I have to say about my son. My son has already developed his confidence
in recognising numbers and beginning to sound out his name even in the short amount of time he has been there. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has been attending the nursery for over a year. He absolutely loves going there and is very fond of all the members of staff. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and I think a lot of this is to do with the activities and the interaction between other children as well as the
staff. I love that activities are planned outside of the nursery too and that they always get outdoor play. All in all, I would strongly recommend the nursery to other parents who want their children to develop in a kind, caring, personal environment.
