Albion House Day Nursery

My youngest son is currently at Albion House Day Nursery. He has autism, global development delay and sensory processing disorder. Not only have the staff helped me attain these diagnoses but more importantly they have supported and cared for my son. The staff are fantastic and I would be happy for any of them to look after my children. The Special Education Needs Coordinator has a wealth of knowledge and has gone above and beyond to help support us and guide us through what was a very difficult time when we had just obtained a diagnosis. She was able to point us in the right direction in terms of the help and support we needed. My son is always eager to go to nursery. He goes in happy and comes home even happier. I cannot rate or thank Albion House Day Nursery enough for what they have done for my family. The nursery is a home from home setting, the children are able to be themselves and thrive, but are taught how to work as a team and communicate with others effectively. Five star in every aspect.

I cannot recommend Albion House Day Nursery enough. The team are genuinely interested in the progress, development and character of every child. The level of interaction between staff and parents is superb, this team really does go above and beyond for their families. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful setting for our children. Our eldest is now in the preschool room and I cannot wait for her preschool days to come around. Our youngest has settled very quickly in the baby room. We couldn't feel more confident about this nursery!

I could not ask for a better nursery! It is beautifully laid out and presented and the staff are 100%, if not more than, committed to the care and wellbeing of my daughter. They have gone beyond any expectation and have helped us beyond what we could have asked for. I will always appreciate everything they do.

I cannot recommend Albion House Day Nursery highly enough. My daughter has attended for nearly 3 years now. The manager and her staff are amazing, supportive and genuinely care. My daughter’s development has been phenomenal which I whole heartedly believe is because of the nursery. They have also been supportive to me as a parent. They truly do work with you. It’s a kind, friendly and homely setting.

Excellent little home from home nursery with excellent staff members, our son has grown so much in confidence and that is all down to the lovely staff who look after him, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is looking for a nursery as your child will be very well looked after.

The nursery itself is beautiful, the children love playing indoors and outside, they use the outside as much as possible with the children. My little one loves going and cannot wait till it's her days to go into nursery. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming and treat the children and their family like family. They are very supportive as a whole. I have had both my children at this nursery both at different times and they have always been as wonderful as the last time we came back with our new addition. I would recommend this nursery and their staff above and beyond to anyone looking at taking their little one to a nursery or pre-school.

Albion House is a great nursery, my daughter comes home happy and tells me she has had a nice day and what she has been doing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and it didn't take her long to settle in at all. It is a warm and homely nursery and has great outdoor space too. I would recommend it to anyone.

Albion House Day Nursery has a fantastic home from home feeling. Our little one has only joined recently and enjoys her experiences at the nursery. We regularly receive communication of the activities that our little one has being participating with at nursery.

Our daughter started nursery as a shy 15-month-old and is now a confident 3 and a half year old. She has been nurtured and nourished by all the staff at Albion House, they show exceptional care. There is nowhere else I can imagine sending her and she loves going, they have nurtured her in all areas of her development and know her as an individual.

Both my sons have attended here over the last 7 years. Cannot recommend enough. Homely, caring environment. Excellent facilities and outdoor play. Creative learning and play. Excellent meals. Excellent help and continuity with development skills from birth to preschool. A wonderful family environment with staff who truly care.

We needed a nursery for our son and knowing what picky parents we can be we knew it would be a struggle. Until we met Albion staff, right away we felt at home in the nursery and extremely comfortable with the staff. 2 years later and we absolutely 100% made the right choice. The nusery manager the ladies have been amazing with not only our little boy but with us too at times when needed. It’s not just a nursery it becomes a part of your life like family and Albion checks every single box!

Albion House provides an excellent standard of care. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, great with the children and very happy to discuss any issue with parents. The various rooms are well equipped and the children experience a wide range of activities; staff ensure the children's key development needs are met, but also give them plenty of opportunities to develop their own interests. My children have thrived at Albion House and I have no hesitation in recommending it to any parent looking for a great childcare option.

Albion House nursery offers children a lovely environment to grow and learn. The staff are wonderful and are like family. All the staff are so friendly and professional, they have made both myself and my son feel so welcome and at ease. The communication I get about my son is great and the staff are always more than happy to talk and listen about anything I have to say about my son. My son has already developed his confidence in recognising numbers and beginning to sound out his name even in the short amount of time he has been there. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Very pleased with Albion House Day Nursery. My son is so much more confident and they really helped with his separation anxiety and put us both at ease. He now loves going to nursery.

A lovely nursery with an amazing team of early years practitioners. A homely feel and always a warm welcome. My daughter has been attending here since she was 9months old. She is now 3 and loves it. She always comes home happy. Communication is great and nothing is too much trouble.

Staff are extremely helpful.

My son has been attending the nursery for over a year. He absolutely loves going there and is very fond of all the members of staff. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and I think a lot of this is to do with the activities and the interaction between other children as well as the staff. I love that activities are planned outside of the nursery too and that they always get outdoor play. All in all, I would strongly recommend the nursery to other parents who want their children to develop in a kind, caring, personal environment.
