Little Harts Childcare have a number of nurseries located across Lincolnshire. All nurseries offer a homely and calming environment, with a team who provide quality care to all children, encouraging their creativity, natural curiosity and creating the best foundation for their education.

As well as offering spacious and stimulating indoor areas, the nurseries also have a focus on outdoor play. Aiming to deliver outdoor experiences in all weathers, there are great outside spaces for children to play and learn - and the team lives by the motto "the most memorable days usually end with the dirtiest clothes".

We truly couldn't have asked for a better nursery for our child. The staff are amazing - super friendly, incredibly helpful, and wonderful with the children. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always go above and beyond for both the children and parents.
Their Hygge approach creates such a
warm, calm, and nurturing environment. You can really feel the care and thought that goes into making the children feel safe, comfortable, and happy.
The food is also fantastic. Our child really enjoys the meals provided, and it's reassuring to know they're getting healthy, well-prepared food each day.
Since starting here, our child's development has been incredible. We've seen such positive growth in confidence, learning, and social skills, and it's clear how much the team genuinely cares about each and every child.
We feel so lucky to have found this nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, loving, and high-quality setting for their child.

Absolutely amazing nursery, I've been sending my daughter for the last 2 years and my son recently started. The nursery has been absolutely brilliant, my kids have learnt so much in their time at Albion House Day Nursery.
Albion staff are all extremely friendly, and lovely. My children absolutely love
seeing them and go in for cuddles with staff when I drop them off which makes me feel so happy that my kids are so comfortable with the staff!
The staff have also been so supportive through different challenges I've faced and always given great advice and helped me to the best they can do.
My kids absolutely thrive at Albion and I wouldn't send them anywhere else. They atmosphere is so cozy and warm! They have a fantastic garden that kids can play and use their imagination to explore to outsides.

My son has thrived since going to the nursery, his speech has come on leaps and bounds. All staff are approachable and considerate and willing to go above and beyond to make things easier for the child and family - from finances, to dietary requirements, to learning capabilities.

The Old School Nursery provides excellent support and care for our son - he gets nutritional meals, a fantastic outdoor area for exploring, playing, and exercising as well as walking around exploring the village. The staff are great in their communication and provide a variety of learning activities
to help prepare him for school as well as activities for all areas of development and for fun! My daughter who is now in school still talks about the nursery and enjoys visiting and it's hard to get them both to go home sometimes! The nursery has thrived under Taylor's management and each staff member is always cheerful, patient, kind and welcoming each day. We have had such a wonderful experience here and we will be very sad once our son leaves to start school but we know he has had a fantastic few years from starting there as a baby, taking his first steps in the garden, and now recognising letters and writing his name - he has been set up for the next chapter. Thank you so much!

My two children started in January and they honestly have thrived so much. They love going to nursery and even on their days off ask can they go. Developmentally they have come on so much and each day come home having learnt something new. All the staff, management and owner is absolutely incredible
and so supporting and understanding.
I really couldn't have picked a better nursery for them to attend!
Thank you to all Albion House Staff for being a huge part in their life and development.

Albion House Nursery has been an absolutely wonderful start for my daughter. From day one, the team made us feel so welcome and reassured. The staff are truly amazing- warm, patient, and incredibly attentive. It's clear they genuinely care about every child and take the time to really get to know them
as individuals.


The environment feels calm, nurturing, and thoughtfully planned to support learning through play. My daughter comes home happy, confident, and excited to tell me about her day, which is the biggest reassurance any parent could ask for. I've seen such lovely progress in her confidence, social skills, and independence since starting.


I'm so grateful for the dedication and kindness of everyone at Albion House. I couldn't recommend it more highly - a well-deserved five stars!

My daughter has been at Albion House for just over a year now and I couldn't be happier with them. She has made an enormous amount of progress with her counting, speech and confidence. We love the hygge ethos of the nursery and find that it complements her personality. She loves how much they get to
play and explore outside.
You can tell that the staff truly care about the children and want to see them shine.
I couldn't recommend Albion house highly enough!

My daughter started The Old School Nursery last September. It became apparent very quickly that she was struggling to settle into a new routine away from me. The nursery were nothing short of amazing in helping her to build up her confidence and trust by putting a plan in place with me to get her used
to it. Sh absolutely loves it here, as do I. I feel very lucky she attends such a brilliant nursery!

Such an amazing, homely nurturing nursery setting. Our little boy started in January 2026 and it's always such a daunting experience having your baby start nursery and leaving them with people you don't know. After a few short weeks, they feel like family and our little boy gets so excited on his nursery
days.
From initial enquiry when I was pregnant to being shown around was outstanding. Every question or query has been answered with a reassuring, kind and friendly manner.
They are so well cared for in every aspect and they eat amazing well. Hats off to the chef! The app is amazing and informative seeing what your child is doing and regularly uploading photos.
I am looking forward to seeing our little one progress through nursery, forming friendships and preparing for his onward journey to primary school.

The staff are amazing. They are good at communicating and nothing is a silly question. They are very supportive and understanding and my daughter loves going everyday. They are good at nurturing friendships between the children and helping out with organising play dates and passing on messages to other
parents which is absolutely going above and beyond. I love that there is so much time for messy play and playing outside.

My daughter started at Albion House back in September on staggered days until going up to 4 days a week from November. I found the whole idea of her going to nursery and me going back to work really overwhelming and was worried about it. I had no need to be! The team at Albion House are absolutely fantastic
and my daughter loves it there. I would recommend this nursery to anyone else, it has a homely feel and the hygge approach is fantastic.
They post updates regularly throughout the day which is very much a highlight of my working day as I get to see what fun my little one is having!
Very grateful for the team there & such a fab nursery!

My baby girl has just started in January and she loves it. Every day we drop her off she smiles at staff. I can see that the staff care so much about the children and all the staff are lovely and communicative.

Calm and nurturing environment for babies and toddlers. Really lovely staff and good communication with parents - they use an app to update through the day and always have a clear handover at pick up. Really pleased with the care for our daughter and would recommend to others!

Do not pick any other nursery in this area! Having lived in the area for 25 years and had experience of many local settings, the Old School Nursery by far exceeds others.
Each child is cared for as an individual in a home from home setting. The small size means the care is like a large family but
with the advantage over child minders of social interaction with a few more children. There is an outdoors ethos and nurturing environment. Whether your child has a routine or each day goes with the flow the nursery adapts to the little one's needs. Their comprehensive learning environment I cannot believe what my daughter has learnt in terms of emotions, counting, speech, communication and motor development. Most of all the staff are lovely and my daughter reaches out for them each morning. She even asks at 2 years old to go and play at nursery on our weekend! I would definitely recommend this nursery to any parents.

What a wonderful nursery in a beautiful setting. I personally find the app fantastic. Daily updates are so reassuring and make us as parents feel included our daughter's day, and also gives us nuggets of information that we can use to aid conversation with her when she gets home. Staff are so caring,
very helpful and extremely flexible. The team are genuinely interested in her development and are proactive in ensuring the schedule works for you. I trust my daughter is in safe hands when she's there.

Excellent nursery! Both daughters who have attended have loved going and have bonded amazingly with their key workers. All the staff are so lovely and easy to talk to and they work with you to ensure the best care for the children they are looking after. Definitely recommend.

After reading the reviews from other parents and seeing the facilities, it was decided to put my daughter in the capable hands of the staff at Albion House Day Nursery.
It proved to be the best decision. The friendliness, care and attention shown by all the staff put me at ease - as leaving your child
with strangers isn't a natural thing to do! They nurtured my daughter and through play, education and teaching social interaction, developed her ready for primary school. She is now thriving at school.
Without any hesitation, I placed my youngest daughter there too and staff are currently providing the same level of care and attention preparing her for when she goes to school later this year.
I cannot thank the management and their amazing team enough, and for any parent wondering if Albion House Day Nursery would be right for their child, I'd 100% recommend it. Thank you!

We've been part of this nursery for years now, with both of my children attending, and I honestly can't recommend it enough. The setting is just wonderful - homely, welcoming, and full of opportunities for the children to engage with nature and each other. I really love the hygge approach, and I feel
it's been so beneficial for my children, helping them feel safe, happy, and nurtured. The staff are fantastic - friendly, warm, and brilliant with the children. My eldest, who has now moved on to primary school, is excelling in phonics and other areas and I put a huge part of that down to the activities and experiences she had here. It really prepared her so well. And I have to mention the food - my children have made it very clear that nursery meals are far superior to my own cooking! All in all, it's just a brilliant nursery, and I feel lucky that both of my children have had the chance to be part of it.
