This was my first stay and play. It was fantastic. My son was soo excited to show me all the activities her does at nursery. The staff are excellent and engage so well with the children. There were so many fun activities, and my son loved it. No wonder he doesn't want to come home.
My son has improved very well in his speech.
Highly recommended.
Lots of educative activities and wonderful staff.
Excellent environement. I have seen my son evolve from a silent bot to a self-independent boy. He loves his little family at St George's, and now I can see why. It's lovely to see him smile, mingle and have fun here.
Lots of fun activities organised.
Stay and play is a great way for parents to interact with their children in a setting they love, away from home. The nursery has helped to develop her social and interaction skills - she has learned so much. The only feedback I would give is at times when dropping/collecting children. Otherwise, love the nursery.
St George's (Oadby) is brilliant. They give regular updates on the app, which puts my mind at ease. My little one is always happy to come to nursery.
Our nephew loves going to the nursery every day.
He really enjoys the activities and the daily outdoor play.
He is always talking about the nursery, the staff and his friends there.
Thank you, St George's, for such brilliant care!
Thank you, St George's, for the amazing care you provide to our grandchildren. They love coming to nursery - they always tell us how yummy the food is, how much they love doing their activities and how much they love their teachers! Highly recommend St George's
Kind staff that clearly cares for him. Good communication, particularly regarding medical policies. e has lots to say about friends, activities and food.
My daughter has evolved a lot.
I am very happy with the teachers who helped my daughter to be more confident. I would like to thank you for the care and help care given to my daughter.
My daughter is very happy there, she is supported very well by the staff in her development. The staff are always friendly and helpful if any information is requested. I can see my daughter learning new things every day.
Very friendly and helpful staff. My kids love the nursery. The nursery is always keeping me updated with everything, including events and the kid's daily activities. I would definitely recommend St George's nursery in Oadby!
They have a very nice environment for kids and have good facilities and an outdoor area. I would recommend this nursery.
I have been using the nursery for many years for all of my children, and our experience at St George's has been excellent. We have found the staff pleasant, caring, hardworking and very enthusiastic. A lot of credit must be shown to the work they do.
All three of my children have attended St George’s Nursery over the last 11-years. They have all loved their time at the nursery, and my youngest will be starting school in September. I would highly recommend it. The staff are welcoming and friendly.
Fantastic nursery. My son has been attending this school for 10-months now. He found the change very hard at the start, but all the staff really helped in getting him settled, and I knew I could always phone to see how he was. He now absolutely loves going to nursery, and all the staff are amazing.
The nursery staff are extremely reliable and trustworthy. They are helpful and always kind. Our son has so much fun there he doesn’t want to leave. All the staff love him, and we know he is being looked after well.
He also enjoys the activities they participate in, and his development has definitely been encouraged by his time at St George's.
We moved to Oadby very recently, and after visiting three other local nurseries, we decided on St George's mainly because of this location, ample parking and friendly staff. My kids love it so far - my eldest is at preschool, and the younger is in baby class. Both settled in very quickly, and we can see how busy they are kept whilst at nursery. Lots of crafts, festive based learning, self-exploration and lots more. Staff are very accommodating, and we are very pleased with our pick.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm pleased to hear you are happy with the service that we provide and your children have settled in well.
My little girl is always eager to go to the nursery; she seems really happy to be here!
Thank you, team, for the wonderful work your all are doing.

Meet the Team (1)
I went to college in 2000 to study health and social care and English language at a level. During my time at college I went on a number of placements in primary schools, pre schools and nurseries. I then left college and started working at St. George’s Nursery in September 2002. I have worked with all age groups and completed my NVQ level 3 in Childcare in August 2005. I then worked my way up to the managers position in August 2009 and completed my Management NVQ level 3 in August 2014.
I enjoy managing the staff team to help them achieve their best potential in caring and nurturing the children to achieve the best start in life.
