This nursery has been fantastic since day 1. Very happy with my daughter's progress, all staff have been fantastic with her. She loves coming here and is always looked after really well. Looking forward to her continuing on here.

My son loves coming to nursery, he used to be very shy and reserved but he has come on so much with his confidence. His speech has made a drastic improvement too. The staff are absolutely brilliant and I feel so happy leaving him in their care. His key workers have been particularly brilliant with us.

Excellent nursery, professional, friendly. My granddaughter is very happy and contented to be there. Staff are second to none and give their all.

Our son broke his foot and the staff here were wonderful with him for the 4 weeks he had it on for. They went above and beyond to enable him to still be involved in all activities. They also enabled him to have a shadow, to prevent himself getting anything in the cast and from getting it wet. The staff are amazing!

My son really enjoys his time there and the experience he gains is invaluable.

My child feels very at home at nursery, all of the staff show an interest in their wellbeing and the key person system is fantastic. There are a number of nurseries in the local area and having visited most of them for viewings, it was the staff at Treetops which set it apart, even from the warm welcome at reception every morning. The recent outstanding Ofsted review is well deserved.

Generally really good care of our daughter with excellent staff. The only significant area for improvement is in the administration of our account which has been unsatisfactory at times. (Conflicting information from different staff, unclear invoices which weren't correct and slow to correct some issues.) Seems to be more a process issue than a people issue and could easily be made so much better. All in all, really happy with Treetops Oakwood Nursery and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The nursery is very welcoming. There are lots of activities for my daughter to do. All the staff are friendly and ready to help when needed. My daughter's learning has progressed so much since being here.

This place is amazing, the staff are great easy to talk to and approach. Always helpful when I need any advice. I can't recommend a better place.

The care of my child has been outstanding. They have taken everything on board regarding my son's medical condition and always asked about his care if anything needs adjusting. The staff at the nursery are very friendly and are just like an extension to our family.

Very impressed with the care my 3 1/2-year-old receives. All staff are patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. My son looks forward to attending. There are varied activities. Lots of outside play (which he loves). The food is lovely and my son even eats his greens there. Absolutely amazing team!!!

Brilliant nursery my daughter loves it she's always happy and learning something new all the time. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and I have peace of mind leaving my daughter here knowing she's in good hands.

Amazing, no problems at all! My daughter has settled in really well and is progressing as she should be. When my daughter gets upset the nursery staff are really good at settling her down and she loves going to nursery.
