Having completed my level 3 qualification, I have gained a wealth of experience in our Kings Heath nursery in Birmingham for 4 years, from room manager, senior room manager, assistant centre director, and now moving up to Centre Director here at Bishops Drive. Throughout my time at Kings Heath, I have supported the nursery and other nurseries in the area with a keen eye on quality and ensuring every child within our care has the best start in life.
