My daughter finished Pre-School today in the Buzz room! She started just before her 1st Birthday upstairs in Bombos and has grown up through all of the rooms here. The team is amazing here they are kind, supportive, and fair in everything they do. My daughter built trust with all staff members, and
has learned many life skills and made so many friends too. I am so grateful to Everyone there including a very helpful manager, kitchen staff, and cleaners! I will miss them all but we are onto our next chapter. I could not recommend this place enough!

My son has been at Busy Bees Oakwood since he was 6 months old. I can not recommend this nursery enough.
Firstly they supported me in getting a routine together, which kept me sane and not sleep deprived ( I work full time) constantly giving me tips and advice for each next step I encountered.
I
can honestly say without Busy Bees Oakwood life would have been a little harder.
Most importantly my son has been consistently happy and content with all his nursery mummies. He is thriving developmentally and emotionally in pre-school.

My little boy attended this setting and I cannot thank of anything negative. The staff have been in the setting for years, they are passionate and you can tell their role as a key worker is important. They will send learning home to engage parents with their children's development. My little boy loved
coming and has made friendships he will continue with at school. Well done to the whole team and management team.

This nursery is absolutely fantastic. During the pandemic they have demonstrated hard work, they always keep us up to date with news and have recently introduced an app where I can see my child's progression and what she has been doing. yesterday they celebrated World Book Day and while waiting in the
queue it was wonderful to see all the children's excited faces as they saw what their friends were wearing. The nursery always ensures the children are happy. Keep up the good work.

We have been really pleased with the nursery! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our two daughters love it here and their development has really excelled. The way the staff have adjusted in the current Covid-19 times has been a credit to them, they have ensured that our children feel comfortable
and happy, whilst being kept as safe as possible. They have recently launched a new app which is fantastic, with updates throughout the day including meals, activities, photos and observations all populated. We cannot recommend this nursery highly enough!

The nursery has been amazing throughout 2020 with the way they have handled the pandemic. We have received numerous communications throughout the year keeping us informed. The launch of the app has been amazing to continue engaging my children even when nursery has been closed, and even more recently
with the parent launch. You feel constantly connected to your child even when they aren't with you. The measures they have put in place through 2020 are over and above what would have been expected under the current circumstances and only cements what a great group of nurseries they are.
My children have been attending this Busy Bees nursery for over 3-years, and I really wouldn't send my children anywhere else. The manager and her team are amazing.

Fabulous nursery. My children love their days at Busy Bees and have great relationships with their keyworkers. My three-year-old daughter has been recently learning about the human body with the staff and they know about the heart after the activity the staff did with her. I was very impressed.

My daughter has loved coming to nursery with Busy Bees at Derby. She has made lots of friendships, always talks about the staff and asks when she can come again. When my daughter first started nursery she was very unsettled and straight away the staff were very reassuring that she would be ok and settle in eventually. Within 3 weeks she felt right at home!! She absolutely loves nursery and every one of her teachers. All the staff have made my daughter and myself

During lockdown they have been amazing. They have kept us in the loop whilst they were closed and upon opening they were great with all the children. My son was very nervous about having his temp taken but they didn't rush him and made him feel at ease. They have been amazing throughout his years there
and made him comfortable about going and he loves it.

My son has been with this nursery since he was 10-months old (he is now three). At every different stage, his needs have been met. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and he has made some wonderful friends. During the covid19 pandemic, the nursery reopening has been organised in an efficient manner,
and parents have been well informed throughout. Two weekly newsletters have been useful for detailing what our 'littles' have been up to and who they've been playing with as parents aren't able to see for themselves.

I am very happy with the childcare provided to my son, learning activities are of the high standard, staff are very caring and make great bond with him. Garden is very good equipped, however, I know my child would benefit from other activities sometimes like trip to the park, library etc. just to give
him more variety. Management is helpful and always ready to give support and advice. I'm positive that my son benefits from attending the nursery and I know that he is in good hands.

I'm Chloe and I am the Centre Director at our Busy Bees Derby Oakwood Bishops Drive nursery.
Having completed my level 3 qualification, I have gained a wealth of experience in our Kings Heath nursery in Birmingham for 4 years from room manager, senior room manager, assistant centre director and now moving up to Centre Director here at Bishops Drive. Throughout my time at Kings Heath, I have supported the nursery and other nurseries in the area with a keen eye on quality and ensuring every child within our care has the best start in life.
I have a passion for ensuring environments are enabling and inviting, offering a range of learning opportunities to our children.
In my spare time I really enjoy going on walks and spending time with my family and friends.
I really look forward to welcoming you to our Bishops Drive nursery very soon!
