Our child is always pleased to attend nursery and will enter with a smile and settles with the staff quickly which as a parent is a good sign that the child is happy. Staff are always helpful and smiley and our child always leaves nursery happy and waves goodbye to the staff.

My son started Treetops in January 2018, from the day I first met with the manager all I have is good things to say, I was very nervous and anxious about my son starting nursery as it was my first child. The manager reassured me from day one and made me feel at ease.

My son was put into Monkeys as he was very advanced for his age eg walking extra, I have so much to say about the three girls who look after him. My son's main carer is fantastic, not only do they feel like family/friends but they have been outstanding with my son. The care they give him is fantastic, they go above and beyond to look after him, teaching him new skills every day.

He is always coming back with new things he has done and achieved. The room is always clean and well looked after. They have made me feel so welcome and I cannot thank the nursery and the three girls enough for making my little boy so happy to be left without his parents. They look after him as if he were their own.

Thank you Treetops for giving my little boy the best start in life education, socialising and learning. I want to say a massive thank you to the manager and my son's main leader in Monkeys. The work they do is above and beyond. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and could not think of anywhere else I would want my little boy to go to thank Treetops at Belper. Outstanding is the word.

Treetops staff have been extremely supportive to both myself and our grandson during an extremely difficult time in our lives. Many, many thanks to all, especially management team.

The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They get to know the children very well, recognise the children's strengths and where there is a need for assistance. I cannot fault the learning programme and my daughters level of learning is amazing. Thanks to all the staff's hard work. The facilities that are available are fantastic.

My daughter has been coming to Treetops since she was 5 months old and absolutely loves it here. The staff are very caring and really get to know each child individually.

My daughter has been in Bear Cubs and Monkeys and has loved both sides. The staff are lovely and engaging. I love hearing my daughter sing the new songs learnt at nursery. She seems to learn something new every day.

Our 2-year-old son goes to nursery just one day a week but the variety of activities that he has done at Treetops is huge. A great mix of indoor and outdoor and you feel that the staff really care for your little person.

Both of my daughters have attended this nursery and I would highly recommend it. The staff are super and provide a wonderful environment for children to grow and develop.

My little boy has been attending this nursery since he was 10 months old. Nursery has really helped him to build his confidence and make new friends. He has built great relationships in each room he has been in. The deputy manager, in particular, is his favourite.

Overall, a good nursery and somewhere where your child will feel comfortable and safe. However, I am not happy with the several price increases that have happened - the latest one will be in September this year. Both myself and my partner don't mind paying more when the service provided improves, but if anything, things have gotten worse with staff communication not being great (messages not being passed on etc) and a lack of communication relating to management changes. As a result, we will be looking for a child minder instead.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery and so do I. Not only do the staff who look after her know her very well, they really do care about her and enjoy the activities they do with her and her nursery friends.

To me, the nursery is like a second home to my daughter and every time I drop her off, I feel confident that she is well looked after and I trust the staff completely.

Love this nursery. The bear cub room is brilliant. A little home from home. The same lady is looking after my daughter currently who looked after my son 3 years ago. My daughter took a few weeks to settle which is hard when you have to leave them to go to work, but I trust the staff completely and I rang every day for weeks to see how she was - they were really reassuring. She loves going now and happily waves me off each morning. Staff always take the time to tell me about her day and what she has been up to.

My child loves coming to Treetops. He comes 3 days a week. I would highly recommend Treetops to anyone.

Very impressed with this nursery. The staff are fantastic and caring. My daughter loves coming.

All the staff have been friendly and helpful. My son wasn't keen for me to leave him at nursery but all staff, particularly his 'key person', did so well at comforting him and helping him to settle in. Staff are approachable and deal with any of my concerns wonderfully.

Our daughter has been attending Treetops since she was 10 months old and we have been very pleased with all aspects of the nursery, the staff are friendly and chatty and everyone seems to know each child even if they don't directly work in their age group. We get a good daily overview of what our daughter has been doing each day and are pleased with the learning/activities taking place. I feel that despite only going two days a week our daughter has formed strong relationships with the staff and I really like the fact the staff remain mostly unchanged which gives a nice family feel. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely friendly nursery to anyone in Belper.

My daughter moved nurseries and was welcomed into Gibfield like a member of a family. Staff were friendly and so helpful and supportive. She has settled into Gibfield so well after 2 years at a previous nursery, where she had never been cared for and calm. She loves the crocs room, all the staff and the children, everyday a new friendship is formed. Staff are always doing activities and my daughter has thrived since joining.

Excellent, caring nursery and staff. My son has made great progress whilst here and looks forward to coming every day.
