Since my child started, I have seen a huge change, she is absolutely thriving. We are kept up to date regularly, and the staff are friendly and approachable. It's really heartwarming when you walk in, and the staff know her name, she is well cared for, and we can't thank you enough.

My child has made many friends, including the staff who he wants to invite to his birthday party!

We have used this nursery since 2021. Our eldest has transitioned into school fantastically, and nursery played an huge part in how ready he was for school. Our second child started last month, and the care she is given and the experiences she is exposed to are second to none. The staff are caring, friendly and professional. I feel like she is looked after like one of their own, I feel she is safe and happy. The communication is always excellent. They go above and beyond for their children and families.

Absolutely love the team at Gibfield Lane. We are using the nursery for our second child after having used Gibfield Lane for our first child. The staff are friendly, conscientious and go above and beyond with the fun activities they do with the children. The nursery is well run and we receive regular correspondence from management. We love the updates on the app and the handovers at the start/end of the day are fantastic. Our little one loves his days at nursery!

Staff are really good at communicating with parents and supportive when managing my little one who has multiple allergies.

The nursery provides an excellent service. My son absolutely loves going and is always eager to get in and start his day. Supportive staff team and lovely environment. Would highly recommend. He has been attending for the last 2 years and I have been happy with the service provided and the staff who have supported him for the duration of his time there.

All staff are amazing and my 2 boys are thriving. Thank you for all the work you do to help them grow and develop. You're all fantastic humans. I love the fact that everyone is cared for in the same way and loved.

Outstanding nursery! I feel they really care for my son and it's so lovely I can fully put my trust into the team there! I know he's in safe hands and he loves going! He also is coming along so well in his development.

My child has been attending here since he was 10 months old, he's now in preschool and he he absolutely loves it, the staff are brilliant with him, always kept upto date with what he's been doing during the day, the management team are very accommodating and always there to answer any questions or queries, my child starts school in September and I will be sad for him to leave here.

She is well cared for and nurtured, the staff are supportive and the communication is good.

Our little boy is 22 months old and has been going to nursery since he was 18 months old. He absolutely loves it. We've noticed a significant improvement in his speech, language, and communication development, his sharing with other children and all over confidence. I especially love seeing all of the updates throughout the day and seeing all of the crafts he gets up to. It's so heartwarming to see how happy he is when he's there. The staff are all so amazing and caring, which gives me immense comfort knowing he's with people who genuinely care. Thank you for everything you do for our children.

Everyone at the nursery is very kind and caring. My son really enjoys it. Good communication daily. Happy with the provision overall. Some more climbing equipment inside and outside would be nice for the kids but otherwise good.

My little boy settled so well here thanks to all the amazing staff who go above and beyond every day to make him feel loved and safe. I love Gibfield Lane nursery, the staff are all friendly and have great relationships with the children and their families. We are very happy with our child's development and get daily handovers from the staff.

My daughter is so settled and happy with this nursery. I couldn't recommend it enough, staff are all lovely, all know my daughter by name. I have no concerns with my daughters care, she is well cared for and safe. I am astounded how quickly she settled in and I think that is a reflection on the amazing staff.

I cannot overstate how happy I am with this nursery. The space for the children is lovely with plenty of activities and outdoor space. My little girl loves being at nursery and is always excited to tell me how she had a good day at nursery and what activities she did. The staff are outstanding - they take the time to provide an update at the end of the day, answer questions and give advice. They're always happy to work with parents on things like potty training and eliminating binkie use. And most importantly, my child is excited to see her key worker and the other ladies in her room and is happy to get cuddles and reassurance from them.

Brilliant nursing with highly trained and supportive staff. My daughter has been at the nursery for about 5 months and the staff helped her settle in really well. I feel the staff promote a high level of education and learning and really care about the children. Staff are really supportive of parents and their worries too. Management are excellent at communicating with parents and seems to really support their staff.

The management team are very obliging and helpful with last minute bookings or sorting any issues.

The team at Gibfield Lane Busy Bees Nursery are excellent. They have a child-centred approach, they are caring and nurturing. They have been endlessly flexible and supportive to those of us with difficult jobs like myself. I am a doctor and I am always hugely impressed with how confidently, safely and kindly they cope with illness or injury in children and how sensible their policies are on sickness. I have two children both of whom have been cared for by the staff at Gibfield Lane and I could not think of a better, safer, more wonderful environment for them to learn and thrive. The staff are excellent, communication is great and nothing is too much bother.
