The nursery has been amazing with the additional medical care my daughter has needed. They go above and beyond to ensure I can relax knowing she's in great hands.

Fantastic nursery, the staff have been amazing at helping my boy settle in. We are now seeing how much more confident he is and his development has increased when he's at home. Thanks to all the staff. Would recommend this nursery to everyone!

Both my daughter and son have attended/attend this nursery, I have always been so impressed by how much they both love it here. The staff go the extra mile to get to know the children and their requirements, likes and interests and individual personalities. The level of the communication and contact is really welcome to know how they have been getting on throughout the day. Any issues have always been addressed professionally and with keeping the children at the heart of decision making. I feel confident that the nursery has played and is playing a key role in the development of my children through the various activities and tasks they do with them. The school readiness process I was particularly impressed with and my daughter is now thriving at school. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough and everyone I speak to I always advise booking a place here.

A lovely, clean nursery with really welcoming staff. The children appear really happy, and the activities that I can see when I drop off and collect look really inviting. Any queries that I have had have always been answered or dealt with really quickly.

My daughter has recently started at Busy Bees and I have been made to feel so at ease about the whole transition, this is my first child so I was very anxious about leaving her. The staff are so lovely, welcoming and friendly. My daughter is settling in well and the feedback you get and the contact from the nursery is above and beyond, my daughter has come on so much since joining, a wonderful nursery, and we are very happy with our choice.

My twin daughters recently started nursery here. I was very anxious about them starting as they were premature and they had their own medical requirements. I couldn’t recommend Busy Bees Alton Manor highly enough. They made the girls feel so comfortable and me too! I always feel relaxed knowing they are being cared for whilst at nursery.

Both my daughters attend Busy Bees Alton Manor and enjoy their time at nursery. Both children have increased with confidence and are developing well. The staff are very approachable and always hand over about their day and they put updates on the app throughout the day.

My daughter has been attending Alton Manor Busy Bees since she was 4 months old. She settled in really well and has loved going to nursery since. Her key worker and staff in the room have a lovely relationship with her. The rest of the staff throughout the nursery all know who she is and are all very approachable and accommodating. The nursery organises different events and activities for the children and their families to take part in throughout the year. Since being at Alton Manor Busy Bees, my daughter's confidence and skills development have come on leaps and bounds. Updates are posted throughout the day on the app and detailed feedback from the day is given verbally at pick-up time. The meals provided are always diverse, meaning that she tries different foods. The outdoor area is spacious, separated for each different age group and full of different equipment/activities. We would highly recommend this nursery, we are so glad we decided to enrol our daughter here!

We have been using this well-managed nursery/preschool now for nearly six years and it's a wonderful setting for the children. The staff are incredibly attentive and engage well with them to the highest degree. The cuisine offered is well-balanced and is always discussed with enthusiasm at the end of every day! I fully recommend sending your kids here, it'll be one of the best decisions you make as a parent.

My little one has been attending Alton Manor, Busy Bees, since she was 10 months old She loves all the imaginative activities that are planned and that there is lots of outdoor time in summer. The staff are all welcoming and attentive to the little ones needs and the food always smells amazing. Highly recommend this nursery.

My son started attending Busy Bees, Alton Manor in August. Since joining, he has settled in exceptionally well, he absolutely loves going in! All the staff who work in his room got to know him really quickly and were all aware of his medical and dietary needs. They set up a grandparents' day which both of his nanas' loved attending. The staff were able to talk about my little one with them, despite him not being there for long. They had organised cards painted by my son for them both as a thank you for coming. Since he has been attending, my husband and I have seen him really develop a love of dancing, to music and drawing! We get regular updates on the app including photos, which is lovely. My husband and I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff who work with my son, we can see how much they care and the hard work they put in daily. The catering staff also go to extra lengths to make sure his dietary requirements are met, which is a huge weight off our shoulders!

Started my two boys at this nursery (2 years old room and preschool room), at the beginning of 2022 and always really pleased with the care provided and all the staff are lovely. Would recommend this nursery to any family or friend.

Absolutely amazing experience throughout, from the settling in sessions to the first day starting! Was made to feel very welcomed and everything was explained along with any questions that I asked. The information and knowledge was there and they understood every need that was essential for meeting the needs of my little one. The team are lovely and very friendly!

Lovely staff, cannot recommend them more. They have great facilities and such a warm environment for my child. They always give great feedback on my child when needed. Always answer any queries we have, when requested.

My daughter has been at Alton Manor since January 2022 and loves it. The staff have been brilliant and made the transitions from different age group rooms so easy. There are regular updates of photos on the app, which allows us to see what she's been doing during the day. The variety of activities they do is great and are always done to help development, whilst having fun.

My daughter loved Alton Manor. The staff are fantastic, always encouraging kind play along with potty training and reading/writing skills, all ready for school. Alton Manor provide kind and caring support as well as excellent food. A big high five from us.

Not only have we had our youngest daughter at TreeTops, who is the reason for this review, but we also sent her there because the Nursery were so good with her older sibling who has complex developmental and physiological issues. The staff not only go out of their way to understand your child, but they also engage and help them get the confidence to be school-ready. This they do through informative play that increases in sophistication as the child gets nearer to school age. All the child's work and key development stages are assessed thoroughly and as a parent, was regularly briefed on how my child was getting on. Both girls are now at school, one has adapted well to school, despite having complex issues, but is confident enough to work in a class with able-bodied children and not feel out of place. The younger of the two is doing very well and was above average on her key stages, thanks largely to the efforts of Tree Tops nursery. Special thanks to the manager and her team. I highly recommend it.
