Busy Bees Alton Manor, Belper

We have been very happy with the care my son has received at Alton Manor, particularly the transition into the next room - Crocs. There have been lots of changes at the nursery, but the staff in the rooms have always remained friendly and my little bot loves them all.

Great nursery, staff all lovely, look after my daughter very well, each and everyone of them does a brilliant job nad have brought her on so much.

I have used this nursery since my daughter was born in 2005. When she used to attend we had no issues but since my son has been coming, I have seen a very large change in how the nursery is run etc. The manager has changed approx. 5 times in the short time he has been coming (since 2014) and a lot of staff which were there since my daughter was there have left. I do feel like it has gone down hill quite a lot in the past few years.

We're really pleased with the care our little girl gets from the baby room upstairs. She loves her key worker and always seems to enjoy herself. The only downside is when she is off work!

Staff are very attentive and make an effort to get to know the children outside of just their nursery environment. Arrival at nursery could be improved as it can be chaotic in the mornings and sometimes feels that staff are not aware of which children are present. The staff encourage the children to play in a varied fashion. They also encourage the children to try lots of different food. Overall staff are excellent but some procedures could be improved.

The nursery has been great, very helpful and accommodating. My son really enjoys nursery and comes home full of stories about his day! We are very happy and feel he has settled in well.

I couldn't ask for a better nursery for my daughter. She has settled in so well and loves all of her teachers. I always feel confident in leaving my child in the nursery care. First class nursery.

I would highly recommend the nursery. All staff are amazing and supportive with the children.

Fantastic care provided with a sensitive and caring attitude. My daughter loves going to nursery and has grown in leaps and bounds since starting here. Facilities provide all the necessary opportunities to develop various skills, including sharing and social skills. Highly recommended!

The overall feel is very warm and friendly. It is well equipped to keep little ones entertained. They have accommodated my daughter's intolerances so I don't worry about mealtimes. She comes home very happy and the feedback each week from staff is very informative. Would highly recommend.

My 2-year-old started nursery at the beginning of January and settled in very well due to the way the staff were with her. They were very supportive. They keep us informed of her progress on a daily basis, this makes us secure in the knowledge that our little girl is in safe hands. She comes home excited about her day and it is so nice to see.

My daughter started nursery this year and settled in straight away without any problems. She (and me!) were made very welcome and Treetops Alton Manor has a lovely warm and friendly environment. The staff are extremely helpful and my daughter loves going to nursery. She always smiles when we arrive and is happy at the end of the day! It is a big relief for me that she enjoys it so much.

My little boy started Treetops Alton Manor Day Nursery (Belper) when he was 9-months-ols and he loved every minute. His key workers are incredibly kind and caring and always share the fun and exciting things that my son does every day. My son is now 22 months old and enjoys coming to nursery every day. He smiles going in every morning and always has lots to say.

My experience with the nursery in question is very positive. I find the staff to be very friendly and professional and feel completely comfortable leaving my child in their capable hands.

I love the staff here. It's sometimes daunting leaving my children but everyone makes me feel very reassured that they are well looked after and they come home happy and clean!

I have only been into the nursery a few times to collect my child and the feeling I get from the environment and the staff is warm and welcoming! They go over and beyond to look after my child and it was an easy choice to make choosing this nursery! My child comes home happy and talks about the staff, their friends and what exciting things they have been doing!

Would recommend, my daughter has never had any problems and we have used for 3 years and it has had staff turnover and changes but everything has worked itself out, my grandsons really enjoy going to Treetops Alton Manor Day Nursery.

Treetops (Belper)is a safe, educational, stimulating and fun environment that my son really enjoys. His personal growth has been tremendous and this is down to the facilities and the excellent staff. I cannot recommend Treetops highly enough.

Very caring nursery. My daughter really looks forward to going.
