He loves the staff and the children. He has always been confident but we’ve noticed further development within a matter of weeks.
There’s a great range of food for the children and we get to check this on the website (although it should be updated more regularly in the day).
Clean nursery inside and you can tell it’s looked after and has new equipment.
Thanks for making going back to work easier and my little man is loving his time there!
The staff at Little Pioneers are really good. My son is involved in alot of activities which is great for him. The staff gives a personal touch.
We are offered opportunities to get involved with providing feedback on how things are run and invited to parent meetings to discuss with others.
Over the last year, we have felt confident that our child is happy and cared for on a daily basis, with individual needs catered for. Development activities are provided to help them grow and act independently.
I would recommend to everyone.
The staff are always so good with my child even when he struggled to settle in. They were very patient with him and reassuring to myself.
It’s great having the ParentZone app as I can see what she’s done during the day and can also see photos of activities she’s been doing.
I can’t thank the nursery enough for going above and beyond to ensure she’s happy and taken care of.
All staff apart from one, are friendly and approachable and I feel like my children enjoy their company and feel safe with them. I have a few issues with one staff member who I feel is rude and judgemental. But this staff member's behaviour is not enough to put me off keeping my children at the nursery because it is, on the whole, a loving and educational place for my children to be cared for.
The staff are very good and our child is very happy there. The only thing I would note the nursery down is billing - The process is still prone to human error which has led, at times, to having to query the amount we have been billed. Most parents with children at nursery will agree that times are probably tight and receiving a bigger bill than expected can be stressful.
My daughter has been attending Little Pioneers full time since she was 8 months old and will leave for school in September this year. The nursery staff are amazing - nurturing but also instrumental in getting her ready for school. Often she comes out with things I know can only have been taught through nursery, the planets, science stuff, writing her name, even getting her coat on herself, doing up zips etc. The nursery staff are also always on hand to tell you what to do at home to help development. The food is great, varied and they also teach the children about healthy eating alongside manners. The garden is a bit small but they recently had it done and there is all you need including an allotment type bit and a rabbit! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone, total peace of mind that my daughter is well looked after and most importantly happy and having way more fun than we could provide at home 5 days a week!
My daughter has been at the nursery for nearly 4 years, overall I am happy with the nursery, the staff, the care provided and learning opportunities. Communication is good and my daughter has loved her time at the nursery. There has been quite a lot of staffing changes during my daughter's time at the nursery but that is understandable and expected. I think updates on staffing changes could happen quicker than they do.
From working in the childcare sector myself I know the importance of finding the right nursery for my child. It’s just had a lovely feel about it, I could see the children engaged and happy and having fun with the staff. Now my son attends here, I love having the regular updates on the app to see what he is doing that day, he always eats and sleeps so well too! I get the feeling the staff genuinely care and love my son and he always comes home happy and with a new skill he has learnt. Would highly recommend if you want a nursery that you can feel the love and commitment throughout.
Great environment and caring and friendly staff. Time is always taken to talk through my child's day.
A really good nursery with great activities, facilities and staff. Both my girls went here. Their system prepped my eldest really well for Primary School. The kids are all always kept busy. They always seem to be having fun. Communication regarding my kids is good too.
My Son has loved his time in preschool, bonding with carers and making friends. All staff are passionate and attentive.
The staff and management have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Our daughter has really enjoyed her 3 years at the nursery. Preschool especially is well organised and forward thinking. During her time there our daughter has grown up so much and is now so aware of the world around her.
Staff are friendly, helpful and seem to genuinely care for the children. My little boy seems to have formed a bond with key staff which is lovely to see - I couldn't leave him somewhere he wasn't happy!
I like talking to staff and hearing all about what he's been up to when I collect him after work - its good that they take time to do this even though it is clearly a busy time of day for them. Also, the new app is great for seeing what's happening during the day - its especially nice when photos are uploaded showing them doing activities.
So thrilled so far with the care and friendship provided by the nursery. Our little girl seems to have enjoyed her days so much so that she is exhausted from the fun. It's fantastic to be updated using the ParentZone app, especially with photos and development updates, reassuring you during the day that they're busy and happy. The staff are extremely friendly and really offer a personal service, making you feel they really know your child as an individual.
My child loves going to Nursery and hands over to any member of the team with ease. He has come on in leaps and bounds since starting last year and we cannot recommend the nursery high enough!
Let's put it this way - today when I picked up my lightly paint-splattered child from nursery, he was engrossed in playing, but when he noticed me, ran over and hugged me, then he ran back to his key person and hugged them. This is basically everything I want from his nursery education. Activities, socialisation, and adults with whom he feels happy and secure.
We are very happy with the nursery - my eldest child (who is now 6) went to the nursery from 8 months old and our youngest who leaves to go to school in September, has been in since he was 6 months old. Both children have been extremely happy there - happy children mean happy parents!
Very friendly staff, all very welcoming to myself and my son on arrival. They take care of each child's individual needs. Son loves going!
