At Little Pioneers Leamington their children's voices matter and that's why they focus on making sure that each child's key person can provide all of the support and advice that they need.

Their nursery team are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained. They have 5 Little Pioneers who help to share their core values with children such as encouraging them to be independent to making a difference in the world.

They are big on happy children and so they have areas for growing food (and eating it), regular visits to local care homes and take care of each other and the world. They are silver eco schools accredited, a programme that sees children lead the way in making little changes that deliver big environmental differences.

They have a ParentZone app which keeps mums and dads informed about life at nursery with photos from their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress.

The interior is split into three separate age groups; babies, teenies, and toddlers, with the addition of a soft play area and a sensory room, as well as a range of outdoor toys in the garden and a large wooden play structure that makes for fun physical play. They also have a pet rabbit, Spencer, who roams around whilst they children stroke him and clean out his hutch.

Quality has decreased since our little one was moved to a new room, we don't feel she is getting the kind of attention she would need at this moment in time.
WiFi on the facilities has been down or on/off for the last few months and in the new room she is in now there is no proper handover to know
how our little one has been doing, eating, sleeping or any issues she may have encountered during her day at nursery. We need to be pretty much interrogating the carer to have any updates.

The staff are very conscientious and communicative and my child likes to attend this nursery. I have no concerns at all regarding her welfare or learning. Well done to all the staff! The only possible critique of mine would be that the decor is looking a bit tired and the whole nursery could do with
a repaint and refresh.

My son loves coming to nursery. Although he attends once a week he still turns up happy and keen to go in. He does lovely activities based on what he loves and that's really important to me. He enjoys the garden and the two rooms offer variety to his day he's not stuck in one room all day. Staff are
friendly and get nice feedback at the end of the day.

Our son attends this Nursery and thoroughly enjoys himself on a daily basis, joining in with most activities throughout the day that gets planned for specific development. Our child’s development is often discussed with us and our child’s key person, along with having observations and home learning
activities set, this helps the understanding of how our child’s development is growing. All staff are amazing, and can’t be faulted. Staff will always be friendly and approachable and help with any concerns/ worries about our child, they make us feel like part of the Little Pioneers family! The team are amazing!! We would recommend this nursery to all friends and family.

It's a great nursery, lovely staff and our child is always happy there. There's always room for improvement though. Sometimes it takes a while for the app to be updated or has things missing, but they're generally quite good catching up when they have the time or when we raise it with the staff. It's
more expensive than the competitors, and that's something I've already raised in one of the surveys. They're not flexible when swapping days in the week, even if they have availability, which is a shame, as we'd have to pay an extra day if our working days change.

We were happy when our daughter was in 1-2 and 2-3 years rooms although we had to constantly remind staff to update the app with relevant information. We also found that the handover can be frustrating as staff sometimes don't know if a child had their food, what they had and have they pooed etc. 2-3
years upstairs handover space is too small and unsafe as we nearly got knocked out a few times. Too many parents at once in a small area forces us to rush out without a proper handover. Improvement is necessary and parents need to have a larger space for professional handovers with relevant information handy from the staff.
Pre-school is overcrowded with a huge age gap which isn't accommodating for early pre-schoolers. Junior preschool or segregation to help younger preschoolers is necessary but the management doesn't seem to reflect on this. Safety concerns as anyone can let themselves in behind another parent and the door to preschool is unlocked. Happy to discuss further on a call.

Really great nursery with lovely staff that always have a smile when we pick them up, even after they’ve been chasing children all day long.
Always feel like the nursery staff know my child on a personal level (despite there being so many of them) and are engaged with my child’s development.
I personally
really like the app; there are lots of frequent updates of activities and meals and plenty of pictures and videos of the kid's day.

Outstanding nursery, my daughter has been attending since she was 6 months and she is now ready to start school in September. The facilities in the nursery are excellent and they have a good amount of outdoor space and a soft play area. The staff know us really well and have been fantastic with helping
my daughter learn and grow in confidence. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

Superb nursery. The staff are fun and caring and really seem to have our children in their best interest. They are patient and interested in learning about anything from home that might positively or negatively impact our son - always willing to help. Each day my son is entertained and learns through
different activities whether that be arts, crafts, water, sand or soil play, books etc. If the weather stops them from being able to go outside, they can expel energy in their big soft playroom, giving another change in location for my son to explore. He comes home each day tired but happy!

Little Pioneers Nursery Leamington Spa is a lovely nursery. All staff are happy to help and are willing to go the extra mile were possible. They have a good menu for the children and cater well for children with dietary needs. My son loves going to nursery and has a great time when he is there. Management
is also lovely and willing to help any time and they are easy to approach about anything.

Little Pioneers in Leamington is a great nursery and we are having a very good experience with it.
My boy loves going to nursery and the staff is helping him in developing well, always organising engaging activities.
The key person really takes care of my child and is always showing great passion

My little girl is twenty months and she has been going to this nursery for three months.
The nursery teachers and management are great. They have so much kindness and compassion and they really try to accommodate everyone's requests. They have really good facilities and lots of activities to keep
children interested. My little girl used to hate going to her previous nursery. Now she is looking forward to going and tells me all about her friends and what she did.

Really happy with the nursery. The staff make every effort to create a fun and caring environment . I have been really reassured by them especially as a first time mum leaving her daughter in their care. The app is also great as they post pics and info during the day so I can see what she’s been up
