Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery and Preschool

After a difficult experience with our previous nursery, we were understandably anxious about choosing another one. Bright Horizons came highly recommended by our son's former speech therapist and we're so glad we chose it. The staff are warm, caring and genuinely interested in every child. They have taken the time to understand our son's individual needs and have worked brilliantly alongside his therapists. A special mention to his keyworker, who has been absolutely fantastic. The biggest compliment we can give is how happy our son is. We would absolutely recommend Bright Horizons to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive nursery.

We couldn't be happier with our nursery. We have been impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the care shown by every member of the team. They are nurturing, attentive and supportive, and we feel they create a safe environment where the children are comfortable and happy. The activities are always engaging, creative and tailored to support development, with follow-ups to help us maintain the learning at home. Communication with us has been excellent and we love to receive updates on what our daughter has been upto. The facilities are clean and well-maintained with lots to entertain and inspire the children. Our daughter has been supported to build strong relationships with staff and we are confident that she is happy and well looked after.

We're so grateful to the wonderful ladies in the toddler room. They are consistently kind, patient and courteous, and it truly shows in the care they give each child. During our son's potty training period, they were incredibly supportive and encouraging, working closely with us and celebrating his progress every step of the way. Their calm, positive approach made a big difference and helped him feel confident. Knowing he is cared for by such thoughtful and dedicated staff gives us real peace of mind. Thank you for everything you do every day.

I can't thank them enough

We are excited to be moving to Reception stage in September but we are also going to miss the Bright Horizon family. If we could take one thing with us, it's the quality and standard of care everyone shows the children with their needs, self, educational and building of key relationships. It's really brilliant and shines through from leadership team right through to all the key workers and other support staff. Thank you for supporting our family for the last few years.

Our child loves going to nursery and is excited every time he sees all the staff in his room. They are very patient with him and encourage him to try new things. We can clearly see how our child developing as a result of their efforts.

My granddaughter loves going to Bright Horizons and has made huge leaps in her personal development since starting there. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and she has formed strong relationships with them all and made friends with her peers. The wide range of activities, both indoors and outdoors provided to stimulate and entertain the children, combined with the interactions of the staff have instilled in her a love of learning. The fantastic staff know the children really will and are keen to follow up the children's interests at home in the activities provided in the caring and nurturing environment I would thoroughly recommend Bright Horizons - it is well-managed and all staff throughout the nursery are so enthusiastic and dedicated in their care and support of the children especially at difficult times such as transitioning between rooms.

Since joining the nursery, I have felt nothing but unwavering support for my daughter. From ensuring she is happy and settled day to day, comfortable enough to sleep soundly and challenged in her development to monitoring our health concerns with her breathing difficulties and supporting us with this - nothing is too much to ask for any member of staff. My daughter is my second child to attend the nursery and I continue to be continuously impressed by everything that they do.

We really rate the nursery, we have used it for both our daughters. Drop off, pick up, and communication is all seamless, and we are very grateful. We appreciated the home visit before our daughter started, and the staff fully understand our requirements, which they have made adjustments for since she was 13 weeks premature.

We've had such a positive experience at Bright Horizons Rugby. When my daughter first started, she was very scared & hesitant about being away from home. It was a tough transition, but the incredible staff were so patient, supportive & genuinely caring. Thanks to their dedication, she has come out of her shell & is happy to take part in all the fun & engaging activities. She's even trying the different healthy meals they provide, which is a win for us! I highly recommend Bright Horizons to any parent looking for a nurturing, professional & joyful place for their little.

Bright Horizons have been fantastic! We unexpectedly lost our previous childcare setting at very short notice. Working full time meant a lot of stress and worry was created, however Bright Horizons came to our rescue. They originally agreed to take our son on a temporary basis until his usual setting was able to reopen. He was enrolled promptly and he loved his settling in sessions. Our son settled into the todder room so well that when the time came for our son to return to his other setting I asked whether he could remain at Bright Horizons permanently, to which he was! The whole team made a very stressful time so much easier, for which I cannot thank them enough. My son loves all the staff in the toddler room and I can leave him each day knowing he is happy, settled and receiving the very best care.

The staff and whole nursery are overall amazing. My son who is very confident, initially struggled with me leaving him at drop off, but the staff make you feel so at ease and I know he is being well looked after. They never mind when I call up plenty of times. He comes home so happy and tells me about how much fun he has had. He also eats the food he would never eat at home! I also love the updates and pictures through the day.

I couldn't be happier with the nursery - leaving your baby is such a big deal and from the moment we had her paperwork session, we knew she'd be loved and cared for as we wanted. Communication is fab and we're kept up to date. They clearly know our daughter so well already and can't thank them enough!

My daughter is currently in the baby room and I could not be happier. She very clearly loves going and all the staff treat her with such care and affection. She has already learned so much and the updates we get on the app make my day. I can honestly say, I have never been worried or nervous leaving my daughter at nursery and am confident she is getting the best care possible!

My little one started in January this year and has never really left me before. With the help of the staff he’s settled really well and loves his time there, always comes home talking about what he’s done and who he has seen. He hasn’t just built a relationship with his keyworker but has with all the staff in his room. I couldn’t fault the nursery at all, all the staff welcomed you with a smile and talked to you. The manager is amazing and welcomes the children by their name and my little one always has to say bye to her when leaving nursery. The updates on the app are amazing, love getting photos sent through of little ones playing and learning. The staff are always helpful with the next steps to help my child’s development and know his interests and set activities alongside these. Would definitely recommend this nursery to friends and family with little ones.
