A STUNNING AND SPACIOUS NURSERY IN KENILWORTH

You and your family will love Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool. Set in a beautifully refurbished historic school building close to the countryside, every aspect has been thoughtfully designed to support your child’s development from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

Each of the nursery's age-specific rooms has its own individual garden. The preschool room in particular has freeflow access to the garden, giving each child their choice of space. There is also a forest school and an allotment area for children to learn about growing their own vegetables and making healthy food choices.
Activities in the Baby Room are nurturing, with a focus on engaging their natural curiosity and developing motor skills, speech and confidence. The older children’s rooms are designed to encourage independence. From dedicated art areas to tables with big blocks that encourage experimental and investigative play, children are able to learn in whatever way best suits them.

This is an all-inclusive nursery which means all meals, snacks, nappies and wipes, are included. Your child will enjoy excellent, nutritionally balanced food that is prepared daily by the chef using fresh ingredients.
Ofsted have given Kenilworth Day Nursery a rating of Good in their most recent report (June 2018), stating the nursery as ‘a stimulating environment, indoors and out, that motivates children to use the resources and learn’.

My daughter came to this nursery very suddenly because her brother got diagnosed with a life-threatening condition.
The staff were and have been amazing in all their support.
I 100% recommend this nursery.

Beehive, Kenilworth is a superb nursery and preschool. My daughter has been there since she was 11 months and the service they provide is outstanding. The staff are incredible and provide a fun, stimulating and caring environment which my daughter has thrived in. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Both my children have attended Beehive Nursery, I have been amazed at all the activities that the children take part in and the recent day trips have been an added asset. All the staff are nurturing. Would recommend.

Excellent nursery. I have two children here and both seem to be really happy. My daughter has come on with phonics and writing and my son's confidence is improving day by day - both are really keen to tell me what they have been doing.

This is an amazing nursery. My daughter loves attending this setting. The staff are so lovely and very welcoming.
They know my daughter very well.

My daughter started at the nursery aged 14 months and is now almost 3 years old. She has loved it and we have been pleased to see how much they have helped her to develop as well as looking after her. Her key worker is particularly wonderful. My daughter loves seeing her and chatters away to her. When
you have to leave your children with other people, it's a huge relief when they look after them as if they were their own.

Beehive is a lovely place for my son to attend. The staff are really friendly and always have the best interests of the children at heart. I'm really impressed with the effort put in to the EYFS book and it's great to see and hear about what activities they get up to.


My son always looks forward

to going to nursery and have made some great friends. He plays, eats and sleeps well there and is always happy when I arrive to pick him up and he tells me about his day.


Price is competitive with other local nurseries and I think it's great value for the quality of care and education.

The staff at Beehive nursery have helped my son settle into the toddler room. They are always enthusiastic and very personable with him. He talks about the staff and the exciting things he has been doing. He loves yoga, going outside, reading, making biscuits and playing cars. They have helped develop

Bright Horizons Kenilworth is a fantastic nursery, our daughter has been there for the last 2 years and she absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing and help in any way they can. My daughter has been attending since she was 11 months old, now just turning 3 years old.
She has enjoyed her time there, she only attends one day a week so at times she has needed support to gain her confidence. The staff have all worked with her to feel comfortable, develop and gain confidence in
interacting with her peers.


The staff are approachable and listen to and respond to our views and concerns as they arise.


I would be happy to recommend the nursery to others.

Lisa

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Lisa has over 18 years of experience working in the childcare sector, starting as a nursery nurse and gaining experience in various nursery and school settings.


Over the years, she has progressed through different roles, from Room Lead to Third in Charge, then Deputy Manager, before becoming a Nursery Manager in 2008. During this time, she also achieved a degree in Childcare and Management, an Early Years Professional Status and a Forest School Leader qualification. She joined Bright Horizons Kenilworth Nursery and Preschool in January 2016.


Lisa enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in inspiring and supporting her staff. She loves watching children grow, develop and reach their full potential as they prepare for their journey to school. She finds her role incredibly rewarding and values the opportunity to continue learning every day.

Kelly

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Kelly, the Deputy Manager, has over a decade of experience in education, beginning her career as a college-level teacher for students aged 16 and above. However, her journey took an exciting turn when she chose to home educate her own children. This experience ignited her passion for early years education, inspiring her to retrain and complete her Early Years training with distinctions throughout.


She quickly progressed to Deputy Manager in several nurseries, where she utilized her skills to create warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environments. As a Qualified SENCO, she has also had the privilege of tutoring children with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive. Her background in the Police Force has given her a strong commitment to safeguarding, and she is dedicated to ensuring that every child in her care not only receives an excellent education but also feels safe and secure.


Now that her own children are grown, Kelly finds great joy in working with young learners and witnessing their growth firsthand. She considers it a privilege to be part of their early education and remains passionate about creating a safe, inspiring and enriching environment where every child can flourish.
