Excellent nursery. We are new parents and the staff guided us throughout. Very happy with how the space has been set up, a lot of room to play, learn and explore. Highly recommended. Well done to Bright Horizons Kenilworth team. Our baby absolutely loves it here. Every morning, he just wants to run into the staff. Very satisfied.

Our children have enjoyed their experience at Bright Horizons Kenilworth. We have always found the care to be excellent. The staff are very kind, caring and provide excellent communication. Our daughter is in the toddler room currently and she always goes in happily and smiling when I pick her up. The activities during the day are shared on the new app but not overly so, so time is spent with the children. Thank you for your care and support.

My child loves her time at nursery and often doesn't want to go home! The staff are all amazing and the setting provides her with plenty of stimulation and development.

My son is new to Bright Horizons and since he's started we've noticed such a difference in him. He's attempting his name and he's starting to count to ten! His confidence and his speech are developing. We're really happy that we moved him to here - thank you, everyone!

My son has been at the nursery since he was 15 months old so has been in babies, toddlers and preschool. We all really like the setting and staff and it's been lovely to watch him grow up through the different rooms. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and appear to genuinely care for my son and his development. There are always lots of different, fun activities going on at the nursery.

Having moved to Kenilworth last year we toured a number of nurseries but Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool stood out. We loved the feel of the place and the fantastic outside area on the first visit. The manager helped set up the smooth transition from her old nursery which put our minds at ease. Over a year in we have no doubt we made the right decision. Our daughter has settled so well and made some lovely friends. The staff are all amazing with the children and send regular updates/photos on the app. I have no negatives!

Our Son has been attending Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool for 4 days a week since just before his first birthday and he absolutely loves it! The staff are professional, thoughtful and so caring and he has built a great relationship with them. They work really hard to provide a variety of activities for the children and they make use of all of their huge outside space with lots of outdoor play. It is so reassuring to know that he is well looked after when we drop him off in the morning and we would highly recommend this nursery to any family.

One word describes this nursery, as fantastic. My little one has been attending Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool since 2020. I have never once had any problems or issues with the care they provide or their dedication to the safeguarding and nurturing of my child. The staff there are second to none, they are warm, welcoming and ooze an empathetic and understanding approach to their care. Having a nursery for your child where you know they are well looked after, in a clean safe environment with people that care about their job makes me as a mom feel happy and secure. The manager is always great, along with her team. I would personally like to thank them all for providing an outstanding service.

We are so delighted with Bright Horizons Kenilworth. Our two daughters settled in so quickly there and never looked back. They are excited for nursery and have made wonderful friends. They adore their teachers, do a fantastic variety of activities and have come on leaps and bounds since starting. Other impressive elements are the food (better than mum‘s cooking!) and hygiene. Despite playing in forest school and outside, they always come home clean! Leaving your babies is a hard thing to do, but the amazing team at Bright Horizons makes it 100 times easier. Cannot recommend enough!

It is really nice nursery. I think It is the best one in Kenilworth and Coventry area. It is highly recommended. All the staff here is very nice and friendly. Staff helps us all the time. All the staff teach, help and care for my child a lot. My son joined here last April 2021 when he was three and half years old. And my little boy first time come to nursery due to COVID 19. He never understands and spoke in English. But a few months later here, he can understand and talk in English. He is enjoying studying and playing here. Thanks all.

A lovely friendly nursery. We are confident our daughter is cared for, supported to develop and enjoys her time there. She has settled in well and we as parents have also been helped with flexible settling in, a parents evening and regular communication at pick up /drop off and via the app.

Fantastic nursery and would highly recommend to any families moving to or living in the area! The nursery fills us as parents with confidence our children are being looked after and developed in their early years in a brilliant way.

My son started here in September 2020 shortly after his 3rd Birthday. He's in the preschool room. He had never been to nursery before so I didn't know how he would settle but the nursery was amazing. He settled right away and has always run in happily. He really likes and trusts all the staff. The nursery has developed him so much in terms of social skills, language, manners, two-way conversations, phonics, letters, numbers, and he surprises me all the time with new things he knows or is thinking about because of the nursery. Most importantly he's safe, happy, and well looked after there. I've found the staff open and really happy to discuss things such as how is he doing, and areas I have questions about etc. It feels like a real partnership. The outdoor space is lovely and there are always great things for them to do outside.

My daughter has attended the nursery for the last six months and she enjoys her time there. She is eager to go to the nursery in the morning, smiles on the arrival when greeted by a member of staff and walks right in without hesitation, showing her fondness for the carers. The nursery significantly contributed to her development in all areas and we are very happy with our choice.

I was worried about my son starting nursery after the pandemic and lockdowns because he had only been around us and wasn't used to being apart. Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool have been so good with the settling in sessions, helping my son dip his toes in the water, which helped relax my worries about leaving him. Everyday that he goes he has fantastic healthy food, he has an array of different educational toys to facilitate his learning and lots of outside play, which he loves. He always tells me when I pick him up how he's had such a lovely day and sometimes even requests to go back tomorrow (when he's not due to go in). I'm so happy with my choice of nursery, the staff are super friendly and my son has thrived since starting there. I would definitely recommend and will be sending my youngest when he is of age to go.

Since my daughter started here all the staff have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of our family. I know that my daughter is looked after well, especially during the difficult times we currently find ourselves in. The staff communicate with parents daily and any issues or concerns are communicated effectively and in a timely manner. All staff here are so friendly and caring, they provide the children with the guidance and care they need to grow as individuals.

His development has come on leaps and bounds since he started, it is a lovely nursery with great outdoor space and we have now registered our second child there as we love the place that much and know he will get great care and enjoy it just as much.

The setting has very caring and friendly staff. The setting is open with good timings. The daily feedback is always useful. The parents evenings always have good availability and are well handled. The EYFS information completed in the books is always completed with care and attention.
