Child 1st (Stoke)

Very reassuring when you leave your little one crying, with updates that he's soon settled once I've left. Absolutely love the observations I receive very frequently on the progress my son is making. He's come on a treat since being at Childs 1st, and I will be forever grateful of them.

I'm definitely glad that I chose to send my son here. He's been enrolled for over a year and he loves it. They coordinate well with his speech and language therapist and make sure that his targets are realistic, they've really helped us this year which isn't an easy thing to do during such an uncertain time. The girls do an amazing job.

Great place to send your kids. The staff are great and my kids love being there. Already recommended it to two people who now have their kids here too and will happily be sending my baby six-week-old baby here very soon.

The nursery staff are amazing and my daughter really enjoys going to nursery. They have helped her with her development and the activities they do with her are great. I love the family app as I can see what she is up to during the day and love the photos they post of her. I would recommend this nursery to everyone with children of the nursey age.

Wow, my son has not long since started going to nursery and the girls are so lovely. He has come on leaps and bounds so far everyone is very welcoming. I love the app too to see what he's been doing and eating and I can send things into nursery via the app brilliant fantastic team and easy to talk to.

My daughter absolutely loves going to this nursery, she always has a smile on her face when she goes in and they have all made her feel at home. The girls there are lovely and I have already recommended this nursery to my friends and family. Whenever I have any questions they are super helpful, I couldn’t ask for anyone or anywhere better to take care of my daughter whilst I’m at work.

My child has been in the nursery only a few weeks and I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough. All the staff are kind, friendly and very helpful. My child has developed so well in these few short weeks and I've noticed a big difference in his confidence and social skills. Thank you to all the staff.

This is the second time we have used this nursery for our children and we wouldn't use anyone else. All rooms have all been freshened back up and are very child friendly. They are equipped with age-related equipment, toys and lovely outdoor areas for all the children. The staff are always very welcoming and can be approached with any worries or concerns to put a parent at ease. The communication from this nursery is incredible, always informative especially with the current situation. Me and my family love this nursery and highly recommend. I also love that they cater for term time only children and provide all nappies, formula milk and other things needed for the day to day care. Thank you to all the staff at Childs 1st Broom for your continued work that you do.

This nursery has helped my little girl to come a long way with her confidence and her trying lots of different foods as she is fussy. They also helped me with her toilet training, now my little girl aged 2 doesn't wear a nappy in the day.

Fantastic staff, so very attentive and caring. My son absolutely loves going here, there's so much to do and the staff work so hard, arranging activities for the children. They always give excellent details of your child's day and are always happy to chat with you about any worries.

My little boy loves coming here Monday to Thursday, there is plenty for him to do. All the staff here are brilliant. I even recommended this nursery to someone the other day.

I moved my son from another nursery so I was nervous to both move him and that we may experience similar issues, but I am so happy, six months in it’s been fab, he absolutely loves it and learned so much! My two older children love after school club as well. It’s been a great relief and a lot of fun.

My daughter has recently started at nursery after having only spent a few hours away from me on a couple of occasions so I was extremely nervous about how she would settle now that I am starting back at work. The staff have been very supportive and understanding of my concerns and absolutely fantastic with helping my little girl feel safe and happy. As a breastfed baby she is very reluctant to take a bottle however the staff in the baby room are very patient, understanding and supportive of this transition. There is an impeccable level of communication across the board and all staff interact with parents and children in a friendly and welcoming manner with daily records of each child being given to caregivers on the collection of each child. I am so pleased with my decision to choose this nursery and would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring environment for their child.
